A four-star hotel that gets five stars for hospitality and quality. Located half an hour ride from Sarajevo, the hotel is perfect for groups and individuals staying at Jahorina. Great rooms with all standard amenities, clean and affordable. Some of the amenities are however charged extra, such as indoor recreation. Food is very good.

Excellent hotel, staff are very polite and helpful, rooms are super clean, waiters are super polite, food is great, wellness is one of the better ones, and there is always place to park a car, bot outside, or in the shades or in the garage below, the choice is yours. One more thing, hotel have charger for electric vehicles. Great place to visit.

Excellent place to stay a couple days. Recommend it☺Excellent hotel. Good position. Everything is very near. Staff are so friendly. Rooms are very clean. One big window in a room is enough to get a fresh air. Corridors are clean.

A wonderful hotel. Very good services and facilities. It is well recommended both for tourism and business trips. During the winter the views are fantastic.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, right on the ski slope accordingly expensive for the prevailing conditions, the Presidential suite was pure luxury. The star deduction is available for the wellness area, as the ceiling is completely mouldy in the sauna and the swimming pool smells strange. This would require better care. The breakfast is very monotonous and you know it after seven days by heart. Dinner is varied, however. Also the room service is not rags, barely ordered in the room. The wine list is also very excellent, here I recommend the House Vine Shiraz. The adjacent ski area also makes a lot of known from the Winter Olympic Games 1984 it is still very beautiful. Very interesting for families with children especially because of the relatively low prices in comparison to Austria the ski resort is nothing in Austria. I'll probably go there again.

The rooms are unbelievable! You have your own desk, a highly equipped toilet, TV and a big wardrobe. The meals have a various choice. You also have many places to relax like their bar and living room.

Great hotel with a large range of facilities including a pool, sauna, ski rental and bowling alley. Fantastic location right on the mountain side. The only tiny complaint was that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms (although I suspect we could have used room service for this) and some of the rooms on the first floor can hear the bowling alley at night (it should close at 23:00). Otherwise highly recommended.

Very nice and beautiful hotel. Located right at the foot of the mountain with its ski rental and toboggan. Convenient racks for ski storage and boot drying. The food is very varied and tasty. The rooms are clean and pleasant staff. The entire staff speaks English. Had to communicate a mixture of English, Russian and gestures. But always successful.

Excellent winter resort, the rooms are very nice, the ambiance in and around the hotel are unique, the restaurant serves very good food, but for the conditions here expensive.

We stayed in the hotel during 5 nights in the New Year celebration of 2018. The rooms were well designed and warm, with floor heating and thermostat, with a beautiful view of mountains. But is it the only good thing about this hotel. In the first day we recognized that lamps near the bed were broken, we asked for staff 4 (! ) times to change it because it was very inconvenient. They fixed it only after small argue that I made on reception. The food was not tasty, pretty varied, but not tasty at all. Especially strange to watch delicious bake in lobby cafe and at the same time bad looking bad tasting cakes on the table for guests of the hotel (look at photos). After the New Year gala dinner, my husband had problems with stomach (i practically didn't eat during the dinner, the food was bad). Also, they have terrible problems with entertainment. Just 2 old bowling lane (one was broken, another after every 10 min asked helps to fix it, you should look for the special waiter for it). Two pool tables, one chair for computer game playing (staff did not know how to load it), and one table for tennis. Everything except tennis for an extra fee (bad working bowling 35 euro for 1 hour). Tennis rackets look like the stuff of homeless person, not like equipment of 4 stars hotel. And all of this for family guests who should entertain children.

Room is nice, It is clean But breakfast horrible, no bagels and bread everyday, only a little and IT s old, very very wierd. I can’t believe that is how they Save money. Wellness not good very noisy not relaxing at all.

Excellent place, polite stuff, parking with enough space. Restaurant with excellent food, ski path and ski lift is just to the hotel. Good and interesting offer during summer season such quadbike tours, mountbiking and climbing construction.

We were there in the summer and it was great but I think in winter it's even better. The rooms are very nice and clean. Food is great too.

Wonderful hotel, with a spa and wonderful surroundings of the Republika Srpska mountains. The hotel offered excellent breakfast, dinner a la carte and excellent buffet lunch for all the tastes, including Serbian and international menu and also halal. Personnel Extremely kind and professional.

This is one of the most exlusive hotels that I have been in Jahorina. It very near the skilift and has perfect view to the mountains. Highly recommend it.

Spent few days in this hotel on business, and afterwards visited it few times with family. Perfect, regardless of your reason to visit Jahorina. You should try everything this hotel offers: Excellent food, great pool, ski service, bowling ally, etc…

If you stay in Termag apartments, you are not able to use termag hotel facilities (SPA, pool etc) which really sucks. You do not have even discount prices for SPA as a guest of their apartments.
