Dear Management of Stari grad hotel, I would like to express my indignation of the employees behavior at Old Town hotel in Ijayce. At the beginning of June with friends I visited the town of Ijayce and we stayed at Stari grad hotel. Upon arrival I left at the reception one freezpack for cooler bag and the employee there promised to freeze it deep in the hotel freezer and to return it to me in the morning. Not only that no one was there at the agreed time (6:30 am) to give back the freezpack, but no one was there to give us even the breakfast which was included in the price of the room. We loaded the luggage, we waited a little longer, but the absence of hotel staff continued. We had to go. This is a hotel I will never recommend because the behavior of the employees is irresponsible, incorrect and disrespectful. I will make sure to pass this info to all travel agencies Bulgaria. Petya.
