Honestly one of the most cosy and lovely atmospheres I've experienced in a hostel. The garden is beautiful and the beds are comfy.

It is a good quiet place. A little far from the plaza and finish, but by taxi or motorcycle there is no problem. The hotel owner and workers are very friendly.

Nice room, wonderful staff. The hot water was amazing. Close to parks and restaurants but about 15 min walk from the main plaza. Don't book specific for the pool, it's kinda underwhelming.

I didn't have a place to stay because all the hotels were booked. I had arrived in Santa Cruz at 4am and my previously booked hotel was unresponsive.

We went to the boulevard by the playground and it turned out that only that area cannot be used after 6pm. It's about talking to the staff on duty and they respond with a bad attitude.

Everything is clean and modern. Swimming in the pool was very fun; There’s a nice balcony for hanging out as well. Oscar is very friendly and helped set up my taxi to the airport for early morning.

Great Hostel! Conveniently located within walking distance of the September 24 Square. Nice pool, breakfast, laundry service and airport Taxi.

It’s very close the city centre but also in a very calm side. You’ll not hear anything absurd. Rooms are good designed and good quality. There is a complete kitchen that you can use.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay in Santa Cruz. The hotel’s location is excellent—conveniently situated close to everything you need while still offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

The room was very nice. Even though Santa Cruz was very hot, the AC in the room was very fast at cooling the room. The breakfast was very tasty especially the different kinds of bread they had.

Our home in Santa Cruz. Unparallel location — right behind the Cathedral and iconic plaza, good-sized clean rooms, nice breakfast and service, charming sculptured wood everywhere.

How elegant and comfortable it is.

Good for everything. Rooms swimming pool, staff. It's all OK.

After arrival, plenty of parking available, a nice garden invites you to walk to the cabins and enjoy a very quiet stay there.
Newer cabins are better overall.

I loved the quiet and calm place, the tangerine and orange trees in season are full and delicious.
