Excellent care, linda stay in family.

Friends were staying at this hotel so we decided to grab a bite at their Restaurants (La Terraza, Jardin de Asia) while in Santa Cruz cause they were supposedly "the best" in town. Far from that. We found mediocre food, terrible drinks and a bad service. Waiters expected us to tell them everytime we wanted dirty dishes to be taken out of the table. Their "brunch" on Saturdays… noisy, dirty and food was nothing special. They use a napkin to hold the heaters at the buffet cause they're so old they get hot easily and might burn you! People are only welcoming at the Front Desk. Waiters, cooks and Hosts are not willing to help you and most of them seem tired. Later on, we found out personal is treated badly by managers and supervisors as we saw how one lady at the restaurant was yelling at a waiter in front of everyone. We aren't investing money in a place like this again, and I don't recommend this Hotel or their Restaurants to anyone in town. I'll leave the complains about the old rooms to my friends. Thanks.

Excellent Five star rooms with the height of fame… The breakfast It includes swimming pool where you can spend your day… Located more or less in the center of the city.

Fabulous… First class staff, superb facilities… my son of 8 received a very nice welcome with posters and cards full of colors… a delicious muffin with colorful stars… Beautiful experience very pleasant and above all first class attention.

Nice resort with good landscape and ambience. Could do with better signposts for the gymnasium, but was excellently equipped once I found it.

This is an icon of the city. Considered the jewel as a hotel and convention center. The place oozes with luxury and the tranquility needed for the traveler and the family. It's amenities include the finest cuisine, restaurants, and the flexibility to allow organize events of any size, amid the lush vegetation of the country. The service and attention is a priority in this place.

When Hollidays the Pool is packed. They implemented a special Packages. So if you need a relaxed vacation dont go their during school hollidays.

Excellent accommodations for food and rooms pool atmosphere is wonderful.

It is a very nice place, it is a resort in the middle of the city, if you doubt a hotel difficult to find in a city. The food is very good especially the Sunday buffet where you have a cheerful atmosphere with a great variety of food from asado to Peruvian gastronomy.

No doubt the attention is very good. But its remodeling is not harmonic. His mixture of modernism and tradition was not done well.

We feel satisfied and happy, we were staying 3 days and we found an atmosphere of first Level as it says 5 star, the attention in the room was first class with service and change of bed linen, towels, papers, soaps in the bathrooms, the newspaper every day, etc, In the atmosphere of the dining room and the pool area was first-we loved it. We are grateful to the hotel for the good welcome, the kindness and gentleness in every one of the employees of each areas.

Tradition Hotel in Santa Cruz. With large environments that recreate the view. It Offers Hotel service and Convention Center. The food service simply excellent. In the photograph a very picturesque dessert as it resembles a Cuñapé (typical baking of Santa Cruz)

It took 50 minutes for me to order and then receive my hamburger. The hamburger tasted and looked like it had been froze and it costed 92 bolivianos, about $13. This made me late for an international flight, so I rushed through check out. They forgot to tell me that the flight has been changed to a much lateral hour, the airlines had called them… Keep in mind, the airlines was paying for all this. All I wanted was a decent hamburgausa, delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Not wasting time traveling to the airport would also be nice. The grass could use more water. The room is nice.

Very good but they lack a little in order to really be the best hotel in SCZ or an icon of SCZ, may improve with the new Adm. It is more valuable to its name as the service, to improve on the attention to detail in all its services.

I was in Los Tajibos for work in the month of January 2016. Excellent hotel. Very clean and very friendly attention from all staff. As I was at the pool I could not use but, the truth looked great, very clean and well-lit. Is hotel tropical, under, with a swimming pool excellent and a lot of vegetation. For me the best is the food in the restaurants, very abundant and the quantity served is really very accessible.

I have visited this hotel several times as guest and visitor. The premises are very pretty as it has a great swimming pool, jacuzzi, and several restaurants. The room I was staying in was clean, but it was a bit oldish. Great location and nearby several eateries, and shop centres. I highly recommend it!

Saturday brunch is very good… Care is excellent and a great variety of international cuisine. There are 4 hours to enjoy.
