A disaster they sold one package and at the time of lodging they did not comply with what the package had. The worst thing that no one gave solution and worse seemed to matter little or nothing. Both the reservation and reception. Never again.

Nothing is better: I have done business there working for ten days and the team is spectacular: fast, smart, caring, profesional and esto al service beyond belief! Their food is also heathy and of international standard with bio food and again unique service that make you feel royalty! I do not have enough words to say KUDOS JUST PERFECT for us foreigners coming to Bolivia! 100% recommended and highly appreciated they service!

Cleaning has a lot to improve. Especially the showers. Not very private and noisy.

Very good hotel, I really liked the attention and kindness. The food is good but it could improve as sometimes lunch was a bit salty or the drinks very sweet. The noise of the parrots is not pleasant at all. For the rest is very good hotel.

Amazing hotel everything is perfect execpt 2 things 1-balcony locks needs to be fixed I got stuck in my balcony for 15 min until I was rescued (door only open from inside) 2 the bed needs to be firmly braked on the ground it used to slide when I sleep.

The Hotel was very good. Located in the fourth ring, near Ventura Mall, it is in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

The Plus is Q is located one block from Venturamall where there is everything. Worth paying the price to enjoy staying there.

Luxurious rooms, spacious hallways, good treatment on the part of the staff, there are staff who speak English, prices suitable to what they offer, comfortable, varied, clean, good hygiene, varied recreation areas, there are certain places that would be better under Roof because in Santa Cruz there are many sunny days. Exquisite food, varied, service to the first level room, good laundry service. Most of the staff are attentive to your requests. Suite was warm first day, but air conditioning worked better after first day. It is a nice hotel and the Ventura Mall is right across the street with a lot of familiar US stores and restaurants around mall. Facilities are nice.

All good as long as you do not touch a room that is on the road. In that case I hope you wear earplugs because the noise is awful. They have several rooms like this and I couldn't sleep. I asked to be moved from room and they put me in a higher one which also gives out to the street. They are poorly soundproofed and there is a lot of traffic. For me the rest is fundamental, and it is very deficient in this hotel. The rest is fine.

A hotel that becomes home, very good care, nice and comfortable rooms, beautiful outdoor areas, an outdoor swimming pool and a heated ludica indoor pool.

Everything amazing so far. Unfortunately I fell I'll die to something in the salad bar in the restaurant. (I hadn't eaten anywhere else in over a day). The rooms are amazing. Pools are both Wonderful. Attentive and friendly staff throughout.

Business wise this is a great place. Rooms are fairly well equipped with the standard flat screen, queen sized beds, small working desk and modern and clean bathrooms. Wi-Fi is definitely not great especially for video calls or high traffic information exchange (upload or download). It is well located in terms of distance to town center although not at walking distance. Taxi is needed. Facilities such as gym, sauna or enclosed and outdoor pool are very good although the gym is a bit unequipped and small for sport and gym fanatics. It has a barbershop. … quite unique, comfortable business meeting rooms with some of the smaller ones even free if one is a guest, and the restaurant is very good for some nights, although the menu is a bit restricted in terms of offers and variety. Additionally breakfast is quite ample and of good and fresh quality products. Generally speaking staff is very amicable, hospitable and friendly.
