The worst place. Abysmal customer service and rules at this property. Unfortunately I had the misfortune to stay here. I paid for a room but they charged me 100 bolivianos to have my partner in my room, when I made a booking for a double room on booking. Com. Even though I paid for a double room, which costs the exact same price on booking. Com for two people as it does for one person, they ruined my day and my experience here. They had terrible customer service and would not budge on this, they are scammers and I don't recommend you stay here at all. Furthermore, the property is far from any good restaurant and the centre of town, the hot water takes a long time to work, and there was not enough soap in the dispensers. Additionally there was urine in the toilet when I arrived which I had to flush myself. The room is small and not very comfortable for the price.

My experience with the Hotel crew was really good.
The hotel itself has an excellent location as you can reach from it within 30 minutes the transport station for Torotoro and the transport station for La Paz, Saint Cruz and so on. The 14 September place is at 10/15 min and the market is at 20 min.
