If you are visiting Bhutan the best hotel is khamsum Inn it is good restaurant surrounding is clean and good so I give it 5 stars.

The best place to stay in Thimpu! Nicely done property, friendly staff and is located close to the market. Must stay :)

Simplicity With Charm! If you want homely hospitality by sweet Bhutanese, then this place is where you must stay. Run by a family, Khamsum Inn is very affordable, yet provides descent, clean guest rooms. The Wi-Fi-enabled rooms are very cosy, and warm. The staffs are friendly and professional. They make sure of your comfort. Located at an easily accessible place in Thimphu, this property is good for any types of travellers. The food was fresh and authentic. Above all, the simplicity and the ambience of the hotel were something to mention about. For a nice and cosy stay, come to this warm and friendly hotel.

I kinda liked this hotel. Their restaurant serves good food, bed was little comfy than usual Bhutanese hotel, if you can manage to stay at 3rd floor you will have better view of the hills, cooperative stewards and close to town.

I stayed here for two days the hotel is mostly managed by women and have the best of amenities heaters hot water bath tubs you name it they have it, the staff is really lovely and helpful, I would recommend it.

Good location view from the room was amazing but TV in the room was not working despite of several complaints. More Indian cuisine required for Indian tourist.

Very Well Maintained Rooms, Room Heater was an additional heads up. Friendly staff! Breakfast options were sad. Located few kms from the main bus station/taxi stand. Close to the Postal Museum & the busy Norzim lam. Room service Timings are restricted to 8pm.

Room quality is very nice, you won't be disappointed. There is room heater, huge geezer, nice bathtub and other common amenities. The view from the hotel room is nice, you'll get to see the mountains. The stuff and reception are very nice and sweet.

It was excellent stay. Staff were friendly rooms were clean and overall hospitality was best. Experience your self.

Lift is not available. Breakfast menu is very poor and no option for choice alternative.

It was a very beautiful trip in bhutan… wow staffs behaviour was very pleasant. Foods were very tasty specially bhutan special. Everything was fine n well set up…

Nice place, located centrally still away from the noise and traffic. Courteous and helpful staff. Nice clean rooms with hot water 24x7. Thimpu tourist registration office is about a kilometer walk. Good resturants in the vicinity (like Zombala 2, highly recommend). The hotel itself has a very good restaurant. And the most amazing thing was the price. We got a wonderful deal, and to top that off, a complimentary breakfast.

Go for it if you are on a budget. Otherwise chuck it. Thimphu is amazing for the record but not the inn.

Good place just behind the main market. Very noisy at night as you can hear bunch of dogs barking all night.

Food, Stay and hospitality all very good.

So bad. So bad that every time something went wrong we began making jokes about it because it happened so often. "There's strike 5, 765! " Rooms were dirty, DIRTY, like they didn't bother to clean. Other people's hair clumped up in the bathroom, filthy carpets. Wifi didn't work. No toilet paper or towels when you arrive. Restaurant is mediocre at best. Front staff is friendly but not really interested in helping out much to solve the problems. Cockroaches making a home in my suitcase here. Suites are nice-ish, other deluxe rooms are dingy.
