Unforgettable organic homestay! Every aspect of the Mongols’ home has been created and shared with love. From the picturesque setting to their beautifully decorated home, delicious organic cooking, and hot stone bath with a view, the Mongols enriched my experience with their enthusiasm, warmth and sincere interest in spending time getting to know me. I could not recommend their homestay more highly to travelers who want to experience Bhutanese home life and stay in a uniquely gorgeous home. I look forward to returning myself.

The stay at Paro Village Home Stay was amazing and unforgettable. Kind of hospitality extended by host Mr. Mongol was like a family right from the time we arrived at their Home stay with warmth and extending help in getting us comfortable from the outside cold. Also, the rooms were exactly same as posted on the website, neat and beautiful. Mrs. Mongol is extremely kind and generous lady, she cooked for us Bhutanese cuisine which were delicious and made with natural bio organic sources. The view the guests room to outside is great scenery, where one would always want to get up and look up to, while sipping hot Bhutanese tea. Both Mr. And Mrs. Mongol were great hosts and made our stay worth awhile to which we are greatly thankful.

If you seek a unique place to stay in Paro with close proximity to all the major sites with spectacular valley & monastery views & friendly Bhutanese hospitality then “Paro Village View Homestay” is the place you need to book. The family are very kind and generous, rooms extremely clean and food delicious. The traditional hot stone bath was a real treat. Floor to ceiling sliding windows open up to the soaring view over the rice fields while you soak for hours overlooking the panoramic vista. What I liked most about this experience was that it was open to the elements so you really felt that you were a part of the changing weather and landscape. The sacred monastery of Dzongdrakha is an easy 20 minutes walk away where you can see the local villagers making offerings and worshipping in the temples. I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone wishing to experience true Bhutanese hospitality — definitely one of the highlights of my time in Bhutan.

Fantastic views, warm hospitality and lovely decor. We experienced hot stone baths and a campfire, and our hosts went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Guests stay on the second level of the home with a dedicated dining area and lounge with potbelly fire Rooms have ensuite toilets but there is a shared shower which is clean and hot. Breakfast included but you pay for extras like dinner or hot stone baths (fair enough, it is a lot of work to make). I was travelling with my 11 year old daughter and we really enjoyed our relaxing stay.
