Location is amazing. The staff are very warm and welcoming. The rooms are amazing with a great view of the hills. Amenities are modern.
The breakfast buffet was really good. Overall we enjoyed this hotel a lot. Perfect introduction to Bhutan.
Had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Khamsum. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing stop during our trip.
What truly stood out was the staff who was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcome and added to the overall experience. A special mention to Tandin Gyeltshen and Juranti at the reception for their exceptional service and kindness.

Our stay here was for one night on our way back to India from Bhutan.
While the rooms were very clean and pleasant there were small issues with the maintenance which I think the management should have taken care of before handing the rooms to guests.
One of the rooms provided had a leaking bathtub that resulted in a flooded washroom. Our room had a faulty clothes hanger which promptly fell off the wall. I do appreciate the staff's willingness to fix it when brought to their attention, but I will go ahead and deduct one star for it.
Food was also palatable, mostly catering to Indian tastebuds. Again management was a bit slower, with items taking longer to be refilled, glasses missing from tables etc.
