The staff is wonderful and the property is gorgeous!

5 star service! We have been here twice and both times it was perfection. Service and staff are amazing. Our favorite is Christian (pool and restaurant).

We visited this hotel for dinner. The hotel is gorgeous and the food was amazing.

My sons, husband and I were treated to a wonderful Easter Tea. The cocktails were amazing and vibrant and the tea was perfect. Add hospitable and welcoming service and it was a great day indeed! Thank you.

I’d recommend Spending at least two weeks here as there’s so much to see & do. There’s such Lovely friendly staff everywhere we’ve been. Super friendly & so helpful.

The staff at this hotel is unaccommodating, unhelpful, mistakes were done every single day without exception during our short stay. The front desk is chaotic. The worst staff I have seen and I have travelled substantially. I have asked to make a massage appointment 2 days prior to my departure and the front desk lady never bothered to make the appointment and never told me she didn’t. Complete disregard. It ruins the mood. The property is dead.

Very disappointed with the service. During reservation, I have consulted with the reservations team in order to determine the appropriate room that fits my family and Gabriela provided very useful information that helped me decide the perfect room to book. However during checkin, instead of the Harbour view room that I have booked, I was given a Superior Room which was an upgrade according to front desk. The superior room did not only not have the harbour view that I wanted when booking but it did not have a view at all. To make it worse, the view was the entrance of the hotel and the nearby construction site. We have to close the curtains because the taxis outside can see us from the balcony. I asked to be moved to the room that I booked but they said such room was fully booked. I do not understand how they can guarantee a reservation but just bump you to the worst room in the hotel without asking and without any other compensation. We also did not receive any welcome drinks which was included in the reservation email. For the price of the room it did also include in room coffee. There were nespresso coffee pods but there was no machine! The room did not also have some basic vanity kit like cotton buds and I tried calling housekeeping multiple times to request but never got hold of them. The hotel shuttle also takes forever to arrive and does not follow the schedule. The Palm Court Pool was also not very clean, I am not comfortable letting my daughter swim in it.

Highest rated resort on the island. 4 star and quickly headed to 5. Guest rooms are awesome, great bars, friendly staff and super clean with breathtaking views. Beach club is great. Food is great. Bring your wallet, it's worth every penny.

The hotel itself is beautiful! SOME of the staff is great! The beach is amazing! The only issue we had was with the service. It is unfortunately not up Rosewood standards. It's the little things that make high end hotels a notch above the rest. The rooms are expensive and the food pricey (it's not just here but everywhere on the island) but our expectations for a Rosewood were not met. We will probably go back because we love the island but when the St Regis and Ritz open in the island, they better step up their game.

I left a similar review on TripAdvisor, but I will repeat myself here. This should have been a 6 star review. The property is wonderful. The staff in general has been friendly and helpful although the quality of service was inconsistent as compared to other high end resorts. My major issue is that we booked a luxury vacation at a high end resort, and we were not informed AHEAD of time that they were hosting a corporate retreat for REVOLVE during our stay. The REVOLVE group being mainly a bunch of young models who would be more at home at a Las Vegas pool party… like the kind they have at the Flamingo… not a high end resort like I thought Rosewood should be. The first day we find out that half the beach is cordoned off for REVOLVE. At this point, it did not bother me one bit. I understand big parties can reserve certain amenities … but why weren't we informed prior to our our stay. We could have changed our dates… or gone somewhere else. The next day, they took over one of the bars… again… not a big deal… but once again… why weren't we informed WHEN we booked our trip. I heard other guests complain, but at this point, it still didn't bother me, and I told a manager that everything was fine. I give him credit for asking. Another day, they had the pool… still I understood. What finally turned the tide for me was our last night there. They hosted a pool party for REVOLVE where they played LOUD, OBNOXIOUS rap music that literally shook the windows to our suite.

A fantastic location on and near the water with impeccable service, beautiful dining, bar, pool and beach areas. The amenities all first rate except for the golf course. Not changing the hole locations for at least a week was dramatic in wear and tear around the hole as there were virtually no round holes! How does one gauge an oblong shaped hole for putting? And an abundant number of the flagsticks were on the front of the greens with a blustery following wind making it impossible to end close to the hole without a preponderance of luck. The crew member assigned this task was either not trained properly, didn't care or thought it funny to take away the fun in enjoying a good result from a well struck shot. I will add that Eason and Natalia in the golf shop were professional and nice as they realized this form of neglectful course setup would create unhappy customers and bad reviews ultimately hurting future business for the golf and the beautiful Rosewood Resort.

Great hotel especially if they don't keep you waiting to check-in!

If I had posted this review right after I left it would be much higher however, that was before the Rosewood fraudulently charged my credit card $2, 000 five days after we checked out without explanation. It required 10 phone calls to a host of people different times to get it resolved. It wasn't as though it was an accidental double charge, it was a different fee than our checkout by hundreds of dollars. Keep an eye on your statement after you leave. Overall the experience was as close to a 5 of staying at the hotel it was truly relaxing but the charge and the responsiveness to it was very jarring and disappointing. ROSEWOOD BERMUDA PRO'S Stunning and expansive ocean view room, newly renovated and very tastefully done. Gorgeous views from your private balcony and quick room service. Quiet and well appointed — in room fridge, plenty of storage, bar-ware, complimentary: robes, water, nespresso, flip flops, etc. Friendly people and wonderful culture. The shuttle is super easy and Roger is hilarious and kind. Henry, Trish, Georgana, Anna were also amazing staff that served us wonderfully. They have a recently converted bar called the conservatory which was previously a library and it is stunning absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful and clean resort which extends to the whole island clearly there is a sense of ownership and pride that permeates the Bermuda culture. Easy beach club shuttle with frequent trips 2x per hour.

It is a lovely hotel set across acres of land. They have a nice restaurant and you are able to get an annual membership to use facilities at a pretty steep price.

Stayed in the suites, it was gorgeous and beautifully laid out. The food was very nice and everything was generally amazing.

This place is absolutely amazing. The Point is the best restaurant in Bermuda. Fine finish at its best!

Initially thought the hotel was too expensive before I got there, but realized it well worth the price tag. The location is private and well above the sea level, with not many rooms but all facing the ocean. Everywhere is quite and neat. Servers are extremely friendly and try to help as much as they can. At the last night of our stay, my wife and I were talking about bring some pink beach sands home on the shuttle bus to the restaurant, and the shuttle driver offered us to call him after dinner and drove us to the beach to get some sands and then back to hotel. We really appreciate the driver. The hotel also has the best pink beach and restaurants on the island. Water is crystal clear. It also has its own watersports center on site, with all diving equipment available to borrow for free. Me and my wife really enjoyed the stay and highly recommend the hotel.

Our initial exposure upon checking in was a disaster, our suite was filthy. We spoke with the manager on duty who brought our issue to the attention of Paul Telford the hotels managing director. Paul was hands on in addressing our issue swiftly and honestly. It turned out that the prior guest had used the fireplace without opening the flue and an unqualified housekeeper had approved the room for occupancy. This property (with further renovations pending) is tops for Bermuda… just make sure Paul is the managing director and your stay should be memorable. Formerly with Four Seasons Resorts, Paul dealt with both us and his housekeeping staff in a steady and appropriate manner. When you visit, stop at the front door on your way in… you'll never find a friendlier staff presenting first impressions. Our best wishes to Paul on continuing his staffing improvements and gaining that coveted fifth star. We will be back next season!

This hotel is amazing! It sits on over two hundred acres of well kept property. The views are breathtaking the rooms are spotless and huge. The entire stay we did not see the cleaning service. No one knocks on your door because there is a doorbell! You press a button in your room when you want Housekeeping and one for privacy. This makes the hotel more private and a quiet property. The staff is wonderful they dress you by your name your entire stay. The beach is large, clean and has Pink sand! There is a restaurant at the beach which was lovely. Don't wait book this hotel now you will not regret it!

The property is absolutely picturesque and I can say better than the photos online. The service has been a little bumpy but nothing that couldn't be fixed. Thanks to Esan for making things go so smoothly for us. He goes above and beyond to make us happy. Thanks to Charity, Camilo, Andrea at the restaurants for also going above and beyond to keep our baby happy and entertained. The view from our room is spectacular. We love the quiet harbour and the little harbour beach. The food is incredible. We enjoyed the tour of the kitchen. Excellent job by Marisa cleaning our room. We always come back to a tidy suite… even our clothes are folded. We are having a lovely time. We will definitely come back.

You will understand true meaning of 5 Star Hotel. They will pamper you here. Reasonable priced, Super Clean, nice touches, Super Beautiful Resort. Rooms are Fantastic, Great and Spacey. Telling your Name 1 time is enough for stuff to remember you for rest of your stay. We have been to many 5 Star Hotels and they are NOTHING closer to this one.

The resort was everything we could have asked for and expected. We look forward to returning with our entire family.

Tucker's Point is pure paradise. The rooms are spectacular, the food is creative and uniformly excellent, and the staff are gracious and welcoming. The golf at Tucker's is good, and next door at Mid Ocean it is even better.

My partner and I have just returned home from Bermuda and would like to say that we had the most wonderful time. Rosewood Tucker's Point was an excellent choice, the room was fabulous, immaculately clean with sea view facing. The staff were incredibly polite and welcomed us with a warm smile everyday. I always wanted to go to Bermuda, so for my Birthday my partner decided we should spend it there. We were lucky with the weather in March and it only rained once for half a day. Most of the time it was quite warm, but some days we still needed to wear a jacket during the day. Tucker's private beach is truly amazing and so beautiful. Clear pink sands, looks so magical. The only thing that spoilt our holiday was when we both came down with a cold the second week of our holiday. I would like to say a special thank you to Dominique who prepared the lemon and ginger drink and for her being so kind and caring. Sorry we didn't have time to pop in to say good bye, but we will be back hopefully in July. A special thanks to Dallas for the prompt room service. Will miss the fresh orange juice in the morning. Thank you to all the staff at Tucker's Point for making our holiday so special. Hope to see you again soon. X.
