It was a cute place, Sabrina was very nice and helpful. You are about 15mins from a beach you can swim at. It has a excellent view, of the golf course and sunrise but you have a lot of rules. It's a cute little place and excellent choice if you want to cook your own food and meals.
A couple of most know things when you travel here. There is no hotel shuttle service so if you have luggage you must take a cab and that will run $60.00us dollars one way. You are not near any shops or major city's so you would need to take a bus to dockyard and take another bus, the ferry or a taxi. If you are a US citizen you cannot rent a car. Once you book your place and upon arrival there is a $125.00 cash only holding fee for cleaning. Once all of that there is a big rule book to read through and added fees if you damage anything or bring sand into the apartment. A plus you are very close to the golf course if that is your thing and the beach resort if you wanted to grab a bite to eat. Or if you wanted to save some money head to the grocery store along the way and cook once you get to the apartment. I hope this information helped when deciding where to book. If I was going back I would book a hotel if I knew a lot of time was spent on the beach. Even though Sabrina is very nice and helpful. If I was going for what I did I would definitely stay there. Except maybe rent a mo ped to save some money hopefully.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 125 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of Flight details (flight number, arrival time & departure time), using the Special Requests box when booking. Please note that guests who violate the smoke policy are subject to a USD 350.00 cleaning fine. Additional cleaning services are by request. Cleaning services are offered at the rate of USD 35.00 per hour. Travel insurance is highly recommended in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
