Hi! I was lucky enough to win a stay at the Rosedon during New Years! We had a wonderful time and love the boutique experience! Our breakfast included was spectacular and Joel our server extraordinaire was always greeting us with a smile and helpful tips! I would definitely recommend this hotel! :-)

Rosedon Hotel offers a truly comfortable and homey experience from the moment you arrive. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and elegant without feeling stiff, making it easy to relax and feel at ease. The rooms are cozy and well maintained, giving the sense of a peaceful retreat rather than just a hotel stay.
The food is absolutely delicious and clearly prepared with care. Each meal feels thoughtfully crafted, with great flavors and quality ingredients that make dining there a real highlight. Whether enjoying breakfast or dinner, the experience feels both comforting and indulgent.
Overall, Rosedon Hotel combines charm, comfort, and exceptional food, creating a stay that feels personal and memorable. It’s the perfect place to unwind and feel right at home while enjoying top-notch hospitality.

My wife and I had a delightful stay at Rosedon Hotel in Hamilton, Bermuda during the week of Christmas 2025! We arrived late in the evening and were promptly escorted to our garden-level room, which we found welcoming and relaxing after an afternoon of travel.
The room was spotlessly clean and spacious, featuring a striking accent wall with colorful wallpaper and a painted concrete floor. The room had a contemporary vibe. The bed was low to the ground and comfortable, great for easy access, though we noticed some rooms may have higher beds according to photos. So there may be an option.
A cozy sitting area with wicker chairs and a small table was perfect for unwinding. The kitchenette came in handy with a fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, and premium Illy pods as a thoughtful extra. Temperature control was spot-on, the big TV worked well (once we got the hang of the remote), and the bathroom was functional with a roomy walk-in shower and lots of counter space.
Daily housekeeping was meticulous and reliable. We really appreciated that as it’s not always standard these days in US hotels. We spent most of our time exploring Bermuda, but the room always felt like a peaceful oasis.
The location is good: conveniently close to Hamilton’s shops and restaurants, yet it’s a pleasant 5-10 minute walk to the main business district and Front Street area.
We loved dining at two of three hotel restaurants; Huckleberry and Bagels & Brews, both served fresh delicious meals.

We had a wonderful stay at Rosedon Hotel in Hamilton, Bermuda. Arriving late one evening, we were warmly welcomed and escorted straight to our garden-level room, which felt inviting from the moment we stepped in.
The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and full of thoughtful details—a vibrant wallpaper accent wall, painted concrete floors for a modern touch, and a cozy sitting nook with wicker chairs and a table. The bed was low and very comfortable (perfect for easy access, though some rooms have standard-height beds). The kitchenette was a nice bonus, with a fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, and complimentary Illy coffee pods. Temperature controls kept everything perfectly comfortable, the large TV was great (even if the remote took a minute to figure out), and the bathroom stood out with its roomy walk-in shower and plenty of counter space.
Housekeeping was excellent and daily—something we truly appreciated, especially since it’s becoming less common.
We spent most days exploring Bermuda, but returning to the room always felt relaxing and refreshing.

Dining on-site was a highlight—we enjoyed outstanding meals at both Huckleberry and Bagels & Brews in their lovely settings.
Above all, the staff were outstanding: friendly, attentive, and genuinely engaging.

This hotel is truly charming. Quaint, peaceful, and simply wonderful. The front garden is beautifully maintained, and enjoying breakfast on the front porch is a delightful experience. The included breakfast is outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The bar is warm and cozy, perfect for unwinding. The staff is fabulous, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Room renovations are tastefully done, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable.
However, a few enhancements could elevate the experience from wonderful to exceptional:
1. Lighting: The bedroom area is too dim, especially near the table and chairs. Additional lighting would make the space more functional and inviting.
2. Window Treatments: The windows currently offer only blackout curtains or full exposure. Adding sheer curtain panels would allow natural light in while maintaining privacy.
3. Vanity Space: A small table and mirror in the closet area would be ideal for makeup application, especially since the lighting there is excellent and there's ample space.
4. Hooks: More hooks in the bathroom or closet area would be helpful for hanging wet items.
5. Bathroom Mat: A larger floor mat would help manage water from the otherwise wonderful shower.
5. VERY IMPORTANT: In-Room Safe: This is essential for business travelers. A secure place for laptops, passports, and valuables is a must. I would not stay again without this feature.

Sunday brunch by the pool.
Went with my friends to spend the day by the pool, we had a great time, the food was varied and tasty, drinks were not included in the price deal. It’s a bit pricey but recommended.

Intimate and nicely furnished boutique hotel in the heart of Hamilton. Across the street from the Princess and an easy walk to numerous restaurants, shopping, and the ferry port. Staff and concierge, Ashley, were phenomenal. Will absolutely return.

I have never felt more taken care of at a hotel in any of my travels! The entire staff treated me so kindly at every moment of my stay! The restaurant was delicious and had a beautiful ambiance. The pool was fun and so peaceful. I will be back so many more times and cannot wait! Thank you to everyone, I seriously cannot explain how much you all made each day for me! I feel truly blessed for such a wonderful experience!

This hotel was just incredible! The staff was attentive, fun and so warm at every moment! I truly felt like I was in paradise. The pool is lovely, the grounds are well kept and my room was adorable! The bed was super comfortable and I am quite picky about those! I loved the restaurants as well as the location. The staff goes above and beyond and truly make you feel like family! I am so sad to leave such a wonderful place!

Was a great experience! The whole brunch was delicious and worth the price. Very relaxing and mature vibes. They had live entertainment playing on the side, very soothing. I well definently do it again.

Rosedon Hotel is an absolute gem—charming, historic, and beautifully maintained. The architecture is stunning, the food is delicious, and the staff is truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to make my husband's 40th birthday unforgettable.
While there’s no gym on site, they partner with Waterfront Wellness just across the street, which offers a full-size gym that I truly enjoyed using. We can’t wait to return!

Loved the costs, the menu, the pool temperature and he atmosphere however the service needs to be improved as on two occasions we had to call the waiters/waitress over for assistance as opposed to them checking in on us. The music could be improved as we are an island and guests do love to hear island music. The music was very low.

Atmosphere was lovely. Great place for quiet conversation. Felt private and charming.
Service was pleasant.
BBQ options were good. Meats were a bit overcooked. More gluten free options would be great.

The location was perfect, close to Hamilton buses, ferry and restaurants.
The hotel is charming but there is nowhere to walk or sit (like a lobby), mainly outdoors…
Overall we liked the hotel but there is definitely a lot of room for improvement, especially considering the price of the hotel.
There was almost never anyone at reception. The text messaging system was left unanswered. We are not demanding people at all but we were lacking some basics very often, which shouldn't be.
They are supposed to provide complimentary water. We only had our room done 3 times but they almost never replenished the water and when we asked them, it was always hard to find.
When our room was done, they never provided hand towels! We had to ask each time (thankfully we reuse the same towels a couple of days), otherwise this would have been so painful.
The room cleaning was inconsistent… Some put a liner bag in the trash, others didnt.
In the beginning we had no sheet under the comforter, one day someone added a sheet… once they didn't put a fitted sheet on the mattress and it kept coming out all night.
When we checked in, it was very rushed with minimal information provided.
They could offer a better tea selection in the rooms (only English breakfast).
We ordered a pizza from Clarabell once and the hotel was supposed to call us when it was ready but they didn't so we ended up with a cold pizza.

My husband and I had the most amazing stay for Father’s Day. From the moment I stepped foot on this property, I was greeted with warmth from every staff member I encountered, especially Michaela on the front desk. This property is stunning and surrounded by lush gardens. The room was immaculate and overall had an amazing stay. Can wait to stay here again. The food and accommodations were great and the warmth of the staff was refreshing.

I was in Bermuda for a wedding at one of expensive hotels on the island. I booked a cozy room at the Rosedon for two nights. My room was a bit faded; the newly renovated ones look very nice though, stylish but understated. The pool area is fabulous. Food’s delicious. The atmosphere is charming and the staff is great.

Exceptional hospitality at The Rosedon! We traveled to Bermuda for our honeymoon and wanted to stay a night in Hamilton before heading to our beach resort. The Rosedon was an amazing choice (perfect to explore Hamilton) and next time we are in Bermuda we will be sure to spend a few more nights there! We arrived later in the evening and Makayla had everything ready for us — food pre-ordered for us to have after traveling, plus a sweet honeymoon surprise…she’s such a gem! She really wanted us to have the best welcome to Bermuda and start to our honeymoon. The rooms are boutiquey & cute (and the AC is pumping! ). We spent time at the pool the following day which was lovely and it was easy to arrange the transport we needed in the afternoon. But here is the most notable part — Makayla & Shayla sent another sweet surprise to us at our NEXT HOTEL! If you’ve ever read Danny Meyer’s “Unreasonable Hospitality” — The Rosedon falls into that category!
