LOCATION: is in luxury area. “Erevan” Beach is against entry ticket = 250CFAF, but there are many others with free, & Supermarket “U” both of them are close about 0.5km to West direction, and next will come COO-Airport that is far 1.2km W. With easy walking. STM & STC intercity bus stations and also the Central are far about 4-5km E. N. You can walk without bag or there is no public transportation so Motorcycle cost around 300F or Taxi is with around 3000F.
— Single ROOM at back ground floor: is better than the description during the reservation. It’s not small size with view window, fan, rack, desk & chair but without mirror or recycle bin. Its Shared BATHRoom: is attached to it with reasonable size and look like 2 rooms only used it but it’s without shampoo, socket and hot water, but it’s not cold,
— HOTEL: It’s a Villa from 6 rooms in 2 floors with complete big shared Kitchen and outdoor Sitting area at Garden with games plus another large indoor seat area beside the reception including library & shared flat TV but it’s not working! so its evaluation V. G. Instead Excellent plus not used big terrace at 1st. Floor.
— Wi-Fi: is with weak signal inside the room but at attached back court was strong or you can use another one at front desk.
— STAFF & Night Guard that was a good Man who love his job: are existing 24 hr. With Info.
The guesthouse is located at a very clean and calm part of cotonou. So it's a good place to relax after discovering the more lively parts of the city. Also within walking distance of the airport and the beach. The staff is very nice and helpful:-)

Really Nice location. Near the airport, Super U, atm, MTN, beach. Also the staff was very friendly!
