A beautiful place simply.

Serviceminded and smiling staff, clean & good householding. Good quality food, buffet, breakfast excellence. Good Security. Good position to airport, port and supermarket. Good Wi-Fi. Minus: only few TV channels,

The rooms are OK, but the service is one of the worst I have ever had in a hotel! We asked for a second blanket. They told us, that there was not even a single possibility to get one, because the hotel had no more blankets than rooms and the rooms couldn't be rented without blankets. Weirdest thing I've ever heard! They charged us with a tax we didn't know about before and didn't match at all with our reservation policies. At last they don't have a shuttle within the town, but just to and from the airport. We asked them to get us from the hotel we stayed the days before to the ibis hotel. It was not possible. So we went spontaneously with the shuttle from the hotel before to the airport and took the ibis-shuttle. Nobody checked, if we were actually guests of the hotel.

Basic hotel. Clean. Limited breakfast menu.

Very friendly and helpful Staff.
At the same level as the Ibis we can find in Europe.
Very close to the airport about 1 Km.
In case of problems in the city with cuts of crosses by demonstrations you can reach the one in 4x4 by the beach (I say it by own experience).
Near El You can see the former village of Muammar Gaddafi.

Ibis and Novotel are chord hotels, with Novotel being undergoing renovation, only Ibis currently provides.

Friendly staff. Mrs. Euridyce took good care of us. The rooms are comfortable but I feel that the mattress is not in shape. We also liked the meals and the breakfast buffet. A great satisfaiscit to the whole team of Ibis who is trying to promote the Beninese dishes.

Decent budget hotel. No surprises, holds similar style and standard accros all cities so you know what to expect.

Simple Budget Hotel. Economical with clean and neat facilities.

It is not the luxury, but it is unsurprisingly found the atmosphere of a hotel of Accor group: A quiet room, clean and smells good, a small refrigerator handy, a comfortable bedding (although the mattress is a little soft for my taste) and a staff Qualified and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is decent. A kettle in the room to make a small coffee would be welcome.

Good value for money, rooms are small but just what it takes for a short stay.
I still deplore the absence of some comforts (electric kettle, wall outlet) The gel all in one fixed to the wall as if the customers were thieves lool.

The hotel itself is comfortable and in order but the big problem is the fact that there is no room service at all. You should take clothes downstairs for laundry, no food or drink service to rooms.

Quiet for lunch at lunchtime. On the other hand the evening card is a real mess! 2 starters and 2 courses! I was going to say to the choice, but can we say the choice in this case?

Ok… basic. Good breakfast and internet.

This is a budget hotel. The rooms lack done basic items like fridge and you'll have to do several things yourself, including carrying your own luggage. The reception can be jammed packed with people.

Great place for a getaway un Cotonou.

The mix Ibis and Novotel on the same place it is very successful.
Efficient, clean, well maintained.

I like the corridors here… and the standby ATM at the reception. The rooms are amazingly royal.
