Such a beautiful place. Bungalows cottages, in your own personal space. Staff gracious and friendly. Definitely will back.

The cocktails were nice, strange how they cannot get avocados, music was very loud but was a pool party, but atmosphere didn’t resemble it, the bar was understaffed and the poor team had to run around crazily. I would go back and hope things improve but it lives up to the curio collection style of trying to be boutique but at the same time as trying to get as many people in with as little staff.

Great location, private beach and pool scene. Excursions organized by concierge kept everyone adventuring. Delicious menus/dining options and multiple bars with attentive tenders — happy to serve where we were — by the pool, on the beach or at one of the many bars. The heart of San Pedro was easily accessible by golf cart and the kids really enjoyed immersion into Caribbean/Belizean culture. We will be back — to see Mayan pyramids and fish the flats again — and would surely recommend Mahogany Bay Resort very highly.

The stay here was awesome. The entire staff at every level was super pleasant and helpful. Every level. The landscapers offer greeting throughout the day and offering a ride to the great house. Everyone was amazing. Special shot out to our waitress Rachel who was not only beautiful but super engaging at each interaction/ Stephanie at the rental counter was the best in customer service even under super pressure of a lot of guests. The people on site with Tuffenuff tours beyond awesome Dave and Waddle like family super engaged entire time. Don’t think they ever went home. Well taken care of. Will be back to Mahogany Bay. Believe the hype it’s real and worth $

A few nuisances (everything moves on island time), but overall a very good resort. The staff is super nice and they make you feel welcomed to be here. Even though they're not quick to respond, but when they do it's the best customer service you will receive.

I recommend this resort as a rest haven, very peaceful atmosphere and beautiful accommodations. The Belizean culture is displayed well with fresh fruits and vegetables served in the restaurants and bars. I think the breads and pastries were freshly baked.

Every staff member we encountered was extremely hospitable and accommodating. They provide some of the best service we have experienced in a while. Marian specifically was extremely helpful and kind. Prior to arriving I arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport but even with consistent communication with flight information and delays no one showed up and we had to call someone to come and pick us up. On the first night of our visit dropped the remote between the bed and the mattress and found old chips and food from the previous visitor. We chose this place because on the delta vacations website it was listed as a gold standard resort but this is completely unacceptable. The first night we had tried to call the front desk for assistance but no one ever answered the phone. The best part was the snorkeling tour with Tuff E Nuff tours with Peppa, Afri, Travis as well as the catamaran tour with Rex and Tigger. You definitely pay for convenience and not quality at this resort. The food and drinks weren’t very good but they have tons of options to choose from. Most of the food we ordered was pretty dry even the stew chicken. At the restaurant you pay a 10% GST tax as well as a hotel service fee that does not go to the server. The food prices are definitely American prices. I would definitely not stay here again or recommend to friends or family members. Also, the shower head in our room did not work, fortunately someone fixed the next day.

Had such a great time. Could have spent several more days there just relaxing. Enjoyed doing the catamaran tour very much! My husband and I just checked in this afternoon. From the moment we set foot on the property, our experience has been amazing. The front desk staff, restaurant staff, and everyone else we have met have gone above and beyond. We had a Wi-Fi issue that was dealt with immediately. Looking forward to the rest of our trip.

I would not recommend the resort to anyone. Because of the resort closure, my reservation was canceled and I have been waiting for a refund for the past two years. Nothing has been done! Horrible customer service. I do not recommend!

We had a great time. Food was good, staff was friendly. The private beach and boat ride was very nice. Relaxed atmosphere, good for relaxation and regrouping.

Overall a good experience, nice place and great private beach. However, on the only day I asked housekeeping to come in, my AirPods and a pair of diamond earrings were stolen from our room. I knew exactly where they were and were there when I left, and when I returned a few hours later after our room was cleaned, they were gone. After spending several thousand at the resort, I felt this was extremely poor treatment. Aside from this, we had a good stay, however it was obviously overshadowed by the one bad experience.

You have a nice and clean private beach club with a great restautante and bar just for Resort guest hammock or bed over the water no one else are aloud. So you really get vip service.

We had a great stay at MB first week in March 2021. Only minutes from San Pedro airport, an absolutely beautiful resort. Very friendly staff and good service. Great pool area, outdoor dining and bar. Also, a serene beach club serving food and beverage accessible by boat. Good shelling there if you are willing to walk knee high in the water. We will certainly return, and hopefully soon.

The staff are so friendly and will go above and beyond to do anything you ask. All of the flights, taxis, etc. Worked out perfectly that they booked for us. I mean we called for extra towels and they were literally running down in 2 mins. They start calling you by name after a day or two. The breakfast is delicious on the resort and we had exceptional service by Miguel each morning. Edir was great at the bar. The private beach is beautiful but I was disappointed in the chairs (very uncomfortable-that would be my only negative). They make incredible drinks and have paddle board, lots of games, etc. To do out there. I will say I wish it was directly on the beach just for it being more convenient then having to wait for certain times to depart and come back but it’s every 30 mins so not bad at all. We did rent a golf cart for the week which I think is a must because The island is amazing to explore, so many places to eat nearby and I would recommend visiting Secret beach or Rocky point. They’re both absolutely beautiful! We did excursions with the tuff enough group through the hotel and all of them were outstanding (highly recommended for diving and snorkeling). The pool is nice but I wish they had servers at the pool but the bar isn’t far away to get up and grab a drink. Overall, really nice resort, extremely clean (lots of Covid protocols in place) and very friendly and accommodating staff.

It's beautiful. You can ask your Front Desk to rent you a golf cart and you can check out the town and visit Secret Beach if you want to leave the resort.

I love Mahogany Bay Resort in San Pedro Belize it was a wonderful we went out and snorkels and looked at the reef we fed the Sharks we went to the private island and it was great night life everybody needs to go there at least once.

We stayed in unit 331 c and it needs some TLC. I would go back to Belize but I would stay somewhere else. The mosquito's are a problem also. On a positive note the private beach was amazing.

Four start resort with room for improvement. The staff are still figuring out what it takes to be a Hilton resort. The beach, a short 15-minute boat ride, is a vast improvement above the seaweed beaches eastern side of island. The pool and facilities are a work in progress but are top notch. Food/drinks where reasonably priced. Front Desk Staff 3/5. I showed up about 12:00 wanting to check in early. They did not have room ready till 5:00. Desk staff to me last person had a late checkout, with no apology. Would not give me same curtesy of a late checkout even though I’m a HH Member. Staff in restaurants etc. Were middle of the road in terms of understanding what would typically be required at similar Hilton resort, and private mediocre service. Beautiful, but still developing. Some of the rules are overboard (e. G. No smoking anywhere on the property… it's central america, folks want to enjoy a cigar on the veranda). And you feel stranded even with a cart. Speaking of which, their golf carts are way overpriced. Beautiful resort, very kind and helpful staff.

By far my favorite vacation stay ever! The staff there were incredible. In fact, all of the islanders we encountered were extremely welcoming and friendly. We stayed on property for 1 week and in that short amount of time, we felt like we made a dozen new friends/family. The staff at this resort really go the extra mile 24/7. They accommodated every ridiculous need I had no matter what odd hour of the day or night it was. I would give more stars if I could. I recommend this place to everyone.

Great place just visited and had a great time. It has just opened so the whole resort had this kind of work in progress feel. The bar and pool were very well done as was the food. All of the staff we at all times helpful. At one point we were pretty sure one of them was as high as a kite. Would for sure suggest coming here but make sure you explore the rest of the island not just the resort.
