Recommended place to rest and relax.

Beautifully furnished accommodations right on the beach managed and maintain be a hard working crew who are very responsive to requests. Will definitely be visiting again, and again, and again.

This place was awesome. The 3br unit was huge and nicely furnished. Extremely attentive staff. Great pool. Beach not so great but that's not the resorts fault, the whole island except the secret beach have awful problems with stinky seaweed. It smells bad so bad I suggest a pool view unit rather than beach view. I have stayed in resorts all over the world from basic places to Ritz Carltons and up and this place will not disappoint you.

Nice roomy location. Not far from restaurants and attractions. The beach is a few feet away. Nice, helpful and pleasant staff working the front office. Decent pool on the property.

Wonderful rooms with amazing views of the ocean. Pier 366 restaurant food is also excellent. Friendly and helpful from all the staff.

I guess I am missing something with all these 5 star reviews… Nice place, beach was not kept up (seaweed made it smell and look terrible). Internet was down — which is understandable. They said check in was 3pm. We where there early — they said they would get us at the pool when the room was ready. They didn't. We had to go back to the desk and they were like — yeah it is now. I asked for a crib via reservations — guess what — there wasn't a crib in the room. We asked three ti…mes and eventually showed up. We asked for a place they recommended for dinner — they recommended a place next door and nothing else… obviously they have an arrangement. We didn't take them up on this recommendation but looked elsewhere (See my review of Robin's like 100 yards down the road if you want a good rec). Super expensive — but hey — if they get bookings then don't change the price right. We will look elsewhere next time.

Nice place, good beach access, nice pool. They state that they will charge you US$3 for the packet of Folgers coffee if you use it and it's US$30 should you break a glass or a plate. Nice size kitchen, but nothing other than a few pots, pans, and dull knives for cooking. No salt, pepper, olive oil, etc.

We had a great time! The staff were wonderful. The property was amazing! Everything we needed for a family vacation. Can't wait to come back!

We had a 3-bedroom condo for 5 women and it was perfect. Beautiful, clean, modern place with an ocean view. Loved that it had a washer AND dryer! It was close to town, with a supermarket, bakery and fruit stand a short walk away (we did rent a golf cart to get around, which was SO worth it). Pool was nice as well. I wish the pool bar was larger/livelier, but luckily the Banyan Bay sister resort is a short walk on the beach away with a larger bar, and livelier pool area (part of the Pier 366 restaurant, which serves great food as well) Watch out for all the iguanas at the pool, though! One left us a lil surprise. Overall, a great place for a great price! I'll definitely be back.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff, security and location are great! Highly recommend. We got a great deal at $170 per night for two of us girls! Beautiful villa.

Great place to stay in San Pedro. Stayed in a very clean and well furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath. All of the staff, from the bartender to the security guys, were so nice and accommodating. Close to "downtown" and just a short walk on the beach to the restaurant at the sister property.

My family and I stayed at Grand Colony last week and had an amazing stay. Grand Colony is close to town, has a restaurant on site (at their sister resort), has beautifully decorated condos, and most importantly has great employees. They had 24/7 security officers that were truly great. They were friendly, informative and most importantly made us feel safe at all times. Shout out to Diego for being awesome. We will be visiting Ambergris Caye again and staying at Grand Colony.

Absolutely a well deserved 5 Stars! The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, Room 18. Gave us recommendations and contacts on San Pedro for everything to where to eat, snorkeling, fishing and places to enjoy the night life! Definitely will be coming back and staying here once again! Just stayed here for the last week with two other friends in a two bedroom, two bath facility with full kitchen. Accommodations were excellent (#16). Patio overlooked the pool and ocean, so peaceful. Great location in the southern part of Ambergris Caye. Complimentary bicycle, kayak and paddleboards. Everyone was pleasant and responsive to our needs. Would absolutely recommend Grand Colony Villas.
