The simplest and cheapest room is simple and expensive… And the shower water seems to come straight from the sea… I think they could improve the price by being a place of basic rooms. And the water I don't know why it looks so salty…

Very nice spacious and air conditioned lovely.

I stayed at Pedro's hostel it's one step above camping. No AC in the room and only cold water to shower no hot water. It's a good place to stay if you're on a budget and don't mind the lack of amenities. The Pedro's hotel rooms are a bit more comfortable with AC.

The hotel has small but nice rooms full with wood. The rooms are air conditioned. The closest beach is about 3 min walk but the hotel has also its own beach shared with other resort about 7 min walk. The pool at the resort is nice and clean but quite small. The staff is very helpful and can arrange dive/snorkeling trips (two tank dive for 85 usd in 2018, snorkeling was cheaper to arrange in the city center). There is no noise from the airport, as there are few flights per day and are carried by small airplanes.

Pedro's Inn is a fun place to stay on Ambergris Caye if you are on college spring break, backpacking, or sticking to a budget. The cost is reasonable and it has Wi-Fi, pool, AC, private bathrooms, warm water, and tv. If you need more amenities or are going for a romantic vacation I would suggest the sister property of Caribbean Villas, which is right on the water with a private beach. The bar/restaurant at Pedro’s has amazing Lobster Garlic Pizza that you should try if it’s in season and really good cheesy bread! The bartender always offered quick and friendly service. Ladies Night on Wednesday’s with the locals was the only night it was a bit loud. The location was great as it was only a short 5-10 min walk to several restaurants, convenience store, and the downtown area.

Bad service and lack of ooms wings had hair in the sheets.

Sufficient for a comfortable place. Some maintenance would be good for the bath taps but no major complaints!

Pedro's was a fantastic place to stay in Ambergris Caye! The price per night was well worth the value for a king bed, AC, and clean/private bathroom. Pedro's has a wonderful little pool and bar/restaurant attached (pizza was great! ) and fun residant dogs to play with. The sister (more upscale) hotel to Pedros is located 10min walk down the road, to which we had beach/chair/Wi-Fi and pool access. This was a pleasant surprise and we were happy to take advantage! Easy 15min walk to downtown San Pedro and very close to many restaurants. Would be happy to stay again.

Fun bar with very reasonably priced rooms. Wednesday nights (ladies night) can be a bit loud, but join in on the fun and you don't mind. Their sister property Caribbean Villas has a great beach which is open to Pedro's guests.

Staff was great, so were prices. Location is not great.

Staying here wr have more money to play with! LOVE the employees! Looking forward to our next visit~ soon!

Decided to stay at this hotel because of how affordable the rates are. I booked the annex which is one of there nicer rooms. The room was pretty basic and it came with free Wi-Fi. The hotel has two small pools and a restaurant. The location is really great, not too close to town yet not too far from the nearest store and beach. Worth the price in my opinion. Hotel gave me a discount card to their sister hotel restaurants which was really nice.

Nice place to stay only problem Wi-Fii in the where I stayed sucks. There pool and bar here. The dogs are pretty friendly.

During my stay in Belize we went to Pedro's for there weekly Wednesday night ladies night and the pizza. The pizza was delicious we had the traditional pepperoni and cheese. Our experience at ladies night was Fun and entertaining we dance the night away. If your traveling to San Pedro belize I recommend Pedro's on a Wednesday for entertainment and their thin crust pizza.

I always go to Pedro's inn Bar & hotel on Wednesday nights for their famous "ladies night"! If you enjoy a variety of dance music then you will have a great time at Pedro's Inn Bar! Ladies get free entrance! DJ Debbie Spain who is one of San Pedro top DJ will have you on the dance floor all night!

Great place for a reasonable price. There are two pools, bikes to rent, and outdoor seating available to grab a seat and get to know other travellers. The office staff are very helpful and the bar is great for casual food and drinks. Expect a lot of noise at night if there's a rowdy crowd staying and especially on ladies night (Wednesdays).

Wouldn't recommend this place to many people. As far as amenities, you get what you pay for. I bought a simple dorm for $20 USD and was given roughly an 8x8 room with a dangerous ceiling fan to keep cool. My thinking was that I'd splurge on activities and buy cheap rooms. Great in theory, but it's hard to get much sleep with the bar blaring music and inescapable heat. If you need literally only a bed with a roof over your head and are okay with weak to no Wi-Fi, then you can save a few here. Otherwise (like I will next time) put more trip expenses into your rooms. I gave it 2 stars because to be fair it was $20.

You need to choose if you're going to be a hostel or a night club; you can't be both. The fact that my room was literally vibrating until 3am with music BLARING was not conducive for getting any sort of sleep. I might as well have been trying to fall asleep on a dance floor. With this said, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking to sleep at any point during the night, especially when you have things booked for the next day. Easily one of the worst hostel experiences I've had traveling.

Good value for price. Great service! The shower was not working well in the morning and by night we had a totally new shower head.

You don't get much for your money (that's Belize) but we had no real complaints. They have a good bar here.

We've stayed here twice and had a great time! I don't think there is anywhere in the world you can go and feel so welcome! The rooms are perfect for a 'home base' and the prices are fantastic for your trip to paradise. Thanx!

Absolutely horrible, planes waking you up at 6am, plywood walls, you can hear pin drops, broken huge heavy duty fans from the dinosaur age that can't be turned on by fear it will fall apart any second on your head. The hostel rooms have about 3 ft between each bed and the length of the room is the size of the bed. Also, the owner is the rudest and most disrespectful person who doesn't care about his clientele. Screaming at his paying clientele. Stay away as it will ruin your vacation time in San Pedro!

Small place, right on the beach, ok for not expensive hotel on the expensive island. Good budget place to stay for a few nights with access to everything.

$69 for a beach front room (5 stars). However… Karaoke Bar next door so you have to contend with some really bad drunk singing til midnight. Wifi only works in reception area even though I get almost full bars in my room (bad access point). Bar serves lunch snacks from 11 to 5.

The owner is a little shyster, not only did he add an absurd service charge to our bar tab for charging drinks to the room, but he also double charged my friend who put room on his card. When contacted about the mistake, he decided to drag his feet and has only just recently, four months after being informed of the mistake, sent a refund for less than half of the amount that of the overcharge. The accommodations are passable, however if you like to stay up later than 10pm/ have fun in the evenings you will need to look elsewhere because they have security guard who enforces a total silence policy in all of the outdoor/communal areas where you might otherwise be able to socialize, leaving only the bar with all of its ridiculous service charges, to spend time after 10pm. The location is ok, 5 mins walk from the water, but if you want a decent beach to swim at you will need to make a long hike up the beach. Also, whatever you do dont play the trivia in the bar if you happen to be there when the owner and his wife put it on. They charge a $40blz aprox. $20us, per team entry fee, and then the owner's team went on to win the trivia. IMAGINE THAT… If you dont want a bunch of stupid headaches and having to worry about the owner ripping you off I would personally advise avoiding Pedro's.

Great environment! Don't confuse the pictures for the cheaper rooms, but still really nice. The bar is fun and the people are even more fun! Enjoy.

A unique set-up where the owner is very involved in organizing the fun and well-being of his guests. A wonderful mixture of generations cohabiting — people of all ages from all over the world in various walks of life, exchanging pleasant and interesting conversations around the pools, the outdoor tables, and in the bar area. Pedro is the true "Jaegermeister, " the "Meister" of fun, drinking with his guests. Don't be fooled — he is a true professional and runs his hotel with the aura of a benevolent dictator. You gotta love the guy! We were sorry we missed him when we left — he owes us a drink, and we plan to go back to collect it. Peter and Erika Duran.

More than what I have expected! This place was wonderful and the people where just awesome! Can't wait to join you again soon.
