Superb time ; the calm and well-being.

Close to the centre of town. The room clean, tidy and the staff very friendly.

Moderate level hotel. No restaurant. Good point is that it is a near city centre.

Great hotel. The room smelled a little like cigarette smoke and the bed was pretty worn but the shower was AMAZING! Parking was VERY tight.

Great hotel. Great welcome.
Breakfast was varied and absolutely delicious. Coffee was less so.
Too bad for the bed in the room (2 beds put together).

Breakfast was typical European hotel faire. Room was small and hot — you have to pay extra for a room with air conditioning. The hotel was clean and the staff members were very nice.

I stayed in one of their apartments, located across the street from the hotel. Studio coquettish, quiet and functional. Rather satisfied overall; except for one detail. A major detail: bedding. It was one of the worst mattresses I could sleep on. Suffering a lot from the back, the 4 nights I spent there were really unpleasant. I'll come back to that, though. But please change the mattresses!

Beautiful room, spacious and clean… Super friendly staff. A breakfast at the top. Super interesting conditions for a visit to Pairi Daiza. I highly recommend.

The hotel is within walking distance of the centre. A large car park is located in front of the hotel. The hotel is well maintained and the staff very friendly and helpful. For breakfast, all I can say is that it tasted very good. There's something for everyone. The rooms are large and clean. We didn't miss anything, we spent a very nice weekend in Mons and would book this hotel again at any time. A thank you.

Probably closer to a 3-Star hotel… some of the furnishings were new, but the bathroom needs to be renovated and the linens/towels were quite uncomfortable. Breakfast was fine, but doesn’t open until 7am and they don’t offer any alternatives.

If I could bet I'd that the majority of the guests are visitors of SHAPE. As such you don't see here party animals nor tourists in the lounge. Did I just use the "tourists"? In Mons? Hahahaa. The hotel offers a descent quality. The carpet getting used in the rooms, but there is Nescafe and tee at your disposal. There is bath tub, a larger one, quite comfortable. Breakfast is on a wide range, offers all good french stuff. French? Yes, mostly! The receptionist student at the counter of the Hotel didn't speak too much English. But the stuff is nice, serves beer in the lounge. The sauna is well equipped with a jacuzzi. The gym is okay for a hotel — there is a treadmill. However I wasn't able to play my music… All in all when I stay in this Hotel I feel that extra effort they once implemented here which satisfies me for that couple of days.

A four star, no minibar in the room. A bar with no bartender, no class. And glass taken in a fridge by the receptionist. In short a motel a little improved. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist did what she could between the front desk and the bar.

Conveniently located near the centre. About a 10min walk to all the restaurants and the square. Breakfast was great with variety of cold and hot selections. However, during a non busy night we waited a while for service at the bar. One of the male reps completely ignored our order and services the other locals. Overall could use better customer service but the hotel itself was good.

It is ok. A little dated. Wouldn't call this luxurious. Does the job. Staff is friendly. Some free public parking available nearby. Normally free after 5 pm.

Very nice hotel. Location is close to the center. To the main square of the city go straight. There is a small fitness room. There is a sauna and a jacuzzi. The room was in the attic-very clean and cozy.

In season, I stay in +/— 10 hotels over 1 month, but this hotel greatly exceeds my expectations.!
An impeccable staff, (especially at the reception) spacious and comfortable room, sauna and gym available, buffet breakfast is extremely good provided.!
I recommend it to everyone.!

My first experience had been very nice, the second much less.
The room remains beautiful but the hygiene leaves to be desired. Dirt in the corners, the bathroom is not clean, moisture stains, hair, odors…
Breakfast €10 at will, but the quality is totally forgotten.
Practically that poor quality products is bland and unhealthy.
The room is overheated even with the radiators cut off.
I also found a bandage in the jacuzzi accompanied by small piles of sand in the background.
In short very disappointing for a hotel of this level.

Cozy rooms but sad hall.
The rooms, with balconies, are an excellent outlet for smokers, overlooking a beautiful courtyard. Unfortunately on the floor there is a carpet and the bathroom, although comfortable, is free of bidet. Overall it is a good hotel and it is very central. Price of double EUR 110 per night.

Very nice hotel, well located, the activities are at the rendezvous. The big negative is the room, with a bedding that is not worthy of a four star.

It's been a nice year. The rooms would be OK. The bathroom was dirty. The joints would be partially moldy. The spa area is OK and has a small sauna which, however, was quite cool 72 ° and a large Jacuzzi. The breakfast was perfectly fine.

Hotel very quiet no noise slept like a big baby is very clean the room is warm color the perfect breakfast there is for all tastes if you go through here N hesitate there is gym sauna and jacuzzi it is well worth 4stars a 500metres of the Big square.

Deceptive advertising on the Internet… beware because in the end when you book on the Internet you have a low-end room and a dirty old bathroom and not renovate be very careful!

The hours for the gym and sauna were inconvenient for a buisness traveler. Hallways were dark and had spare beds against the walls. Breakfast selection was very good.

Very nice hotel offering excellent service and only few steps away from the Grand Place. Recommended.

Very friendly and welcoming. Attentive staff and very responsive. Impeccable and comfortable room with its king size bed (we were in classic luxe room) and its balcony. Hotel classy and quiet. Nice Spa, lack of cushion for the head and sound background in the jacuzzi. Decent breakfast Buffet. We will go back.

Beautiful hotel as soon as you walk in. Everything looks very welcoming and high class from the lobby especially with the spiralling staircase. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated with a modern touch. Very nice lighting ambience in the room and the beds are very comfortable. Very nice amenities such as a complimentary water boiler/coffee and tea in room, a nice gym facility and best of all their breakfast spread was amazing!

Overrated. Good housekeeping, attending staff, however only breakfast is available, mostly cold served. Bed is comfortable, no water bottles in the room. Limited parking space, but local paid parking is in front too.

One of my favorite hotels when I'm in Haiti for business. Easy for my vendors and client to meet me for meetings and the staffs are extremely friendly. The rooms are absolutely fantastic and bathroom clean. The staff is there to assist you before you even know you need something. The GM, Ron is always around to guarantee you the very best service. The only problem I had was leaving (But I'll be back).

Well, if you require a good bed, don't lodge here and if it's hot there is no airco leaving the windows open is no option, to much traffic noice. BREAKFAST — Be early or you miss-out nothing is replenished and the worst scrambled eggs I have ever encountered, looked more like scrambled egg soup! Don't lodge a complaint, they are not interested! Also Wi-Fi signal is extremely poor to non-excistant, just forget it and just forget lodging there ever!

The lobby is ideal to relax with 1 drink + knowledge.
