Class'eco Charleroi Hotel

We enjoyed the location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect place for a night on the fly.

We were told that we had not paid for our rooms (which we could prove we had). We had to pay twice in order to get our rooms. Handicap accessibility is not good at all, and the place is rather disgusting.

The dirtiest night hole in the region. Because of the low price nevertheless overbooked so that in the evening the common sanitary facilities overflow. Great bow to make this hole!

Sometimes* friendly check in staff were the only remotely positive aspect of this experience. My first room was filthy and smelled very strongly of body odour. I have doubts as to whether the linens on the bottom bed were even changed at all. The hotel was extremely noisy and the walls very thin, allowing me to hear snoring and yelling from the room down the hall. I was then forced to change rooms at 1am after waking up to a bed covered in bed bugs. Got no refund, despite being denied the most basic service possible. May seem like a good deal, but it's really not good enough.

Too expensive for the quality of the room, do not talk to the staff, you will annoy him… anyway, go elsewhere;

Not that cheap for a room with no light. Breakfast Was not satisfying. But is open in the night. 2/5

Bit grotty but really cheap. Could do with a spruce up, but if you're on a budget, it is just the job.

Clean. Friendly staff. Good location. But too much money. The bathroom is very bad. However, I'll book again if needed something this close to the airport.

I don't like the concept of showers and toilets outside…

In this type of hotel Francii is much better for the same cinu, cleaning on a rough 3-5 system.

Hotel is well worn — almost worn out. Shower and toilet facilities are poor, even by Formule 1 humble standards. Staff are very friendly and helpful but the facility itself is just plain old, neglected and generally poor.
