The Sultane room is beautiful! A large space with sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, swimming pool. A superb decoration for a unique wedding night.
Massage, lunch and lunch were also enjoyed.

We spend a night in the 24fevrier in the following marquee and I took the VIP formula, I have really nothing to say except that the meal and really not good and not cooked all we had to order pizza to the place I have sent an email and my wife a message on messenger never had the answer when you pay the formula to 240euros and that its really not good its that its not fun.

A true private suite of a luxury! Very clean with everything available! Perfect.

A lot of negative things and very very expensive for the services.

We booked the suite Sultana for a night, with a gourmet menu and we had a free meal. To have looked on the website, we expected really to a certain standard … To our arrival, we were very disappointed because the quality was not at the rdv compared to the price. The suite itself is great of course, but the deco is not modern at all, a lot of things in bad condition, the walls of the gradients, telephone jacks hanging, the table cloth brown washed out (not very romantic…) the cleanliness leaves to be desired in some places, hair, dust in the sauna etc … in bathrooms that do not pay mine… it is not worthy of a " suite ". A gourmet menu of charged 80€ which is not worth its price! When we suggest things gastronomic, it serves gourmet dishes! Outside, where it was clearly ps the case! input: two slices of Foix gras (very good) but a little bread each (for the whole meal) … the main course of the lobster (5€ surcharge) with a ton of spaghetti, which really did nothing gourmet, sauce, box, lobster rubbery (not fresh, in my opinion) bland, presented in a plastic box. At more than 80€ menu is served in plates or not?! For The menu "offered" the entry was really very good, but the dish of lasagna Vegan really horrible and I weigh my words! acid, a great tomato taste burnt, it had nothing to do with lasagna… I took two forks and I stopped the massacre. Basically, we got hungry throughout the time of our arrival until our departure.

We spent a pleasant night In the suite of the marquise de Sélys. The room and beautiful and very clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive. And the welcome at the top. We eat well, also the meal was very good. Has a next time.

Excellent on all points of view as possible! Cleanliness niquel, nice staff, the equipment, nothing to complain about, kitchen hyper equipped, etc, We were first in love in the sequel, the Setting, the room is truly magical. The swimming pool is in a separate part, and its effect cave is just beautiful, not to mention the bed in "zero gravity". We also had a small terrace. The second time we were in the suite Sultana, beautiful room also. This time no terrace but the court (which is also very well decorated) was at our disposal. We were able to put the car in the court to the Sultan, in regard to the Setting we had a parking space reserved just in front of the hotel. Concerning the breakfast it is rich and delicious (croissant, pains au chocolat, eggs, bacon, salmon, cold meats, fruit, cheese, brief, good things), just concerning the eggs and the bacon, they were better prepared for the first time. We will come back very soon for a third time because as they say, never two without three! A big thank you to you for your services!

Yes carefree is located super and super suite pretty me I eter the 1 September 2nuit in the suite sultana very very very smooth and super beautiful in this sequel, it lacks nothing at all it was just beautiful I recommend it all the world I will return.

This is the second time that we have, the first time was magical, and our note was 5, this time very far from being magical, we arrived yesterday for the ecrin, the gate opens and we say no place for the car, therefore, obliged to leave his car on the road, then the person we do visit the result in three minutes, these explanations are not fair and it doesn't show us all, apparently she didn't know the place well, we say do not touch the temperature of the sauna, we did not listen because a sauna at 55 degree never seen before, I tell him that it is for the birthday of my husband and there, she asked me out, and make me pay on the street, I was shocked when the result of a lack of cleanliness is evident, the brush and the toilet was in a deplorable state trace on the windows, crumbs in the microwave, when warming up our dinner, we go to accounts there is no bread, excellent for sauce, so I ring and they tell me that there is more person on the spot, super 3 minutes after I resonne to tell me to complain the next day, I told the person that I'm not moving forward at all, then for the rest not possible to sleep with the noise of the swimming pool, the light of the sauna which does eteignent not, a night of hell, the next day starting at 11: 30 as we were to anything said on the day before we left without seeing anyone, and had the impression to leave like thieves home frankly a big zero cleared, I just have a question is this a change of owner?

Big disappointment for this 3 rd nights at the Clos des Thermes. I have, however, been completely satisfied with the first two suites rented. (the Marquee and the Sultana)
When we arrived at the gift box, we have found that this suite is not finished. Cables come out of the walls, or logically it should be the light fixtures, the kitchen was poorly installed (lack of class), this lack of cooking utensils (no chopping board, no plate for leather pizza or appetizers, not flat flat kind with salad and j-pass), a nice chaise in the middle of the room without even a small table where lay his glass, the dining table repainted in half, ect ect. Level equipment one falls much lower than in the other suite.

I spent a wonderful evening/night/morning! Equipment at the top! A Sauna, hammam and jacuzzi tip top! the music is really well chosen — the bedding is just too comfortable! Thank You Thank You! We will be back!

What can I say except that it was a perfect moment!? I had basically booked the room Romeo and Juliet at the o secret, unfortunately a damage of the waters the day before My arrival forced them to change my room. Rather fortunately in the end because they did not hesitate to upgrade me in the suite Marquise selys of the baths, and this at no extra cost! A professionalism at the top, more than pleasant staff, an impeccably clean room, beautiful and decorated with a lot of taste!

We just spend the night this Saturday in the suite "The Sultana" in formula all-in. Everything was perfect to disconnect from reality and to spend some time in privacy and in a way romantic. The part of the house is magnificent, the wellness private is at the top, the champagne and the wine were very good and the meal was delicious. The room is very well soundproofed, we had a peaceful night. Splendid atmosphere in a beautiful setting for a fabulous night!
