Let me explain:
I had taken this establishment by pure chance, I had come in "tourist" mode with my sister and her boyfriend to see a movie, we wanted to take the Penta Hotel not far from the Palace Kinépolis, but it was full, so, looking on Booking, I found this hotel, at first when we saw where it was located, we immediately think of an old hotel of dilapidated "scum", but do not at all! The welcome was very good! :)

We took a triple room, it is very large, a nice little TV, a nice table, and most importantly, right in front (almost) of the Palace Kinépolis, it was perfect! :)

The only complaint I could make to this hotel would be that the bathroom is strong small. But hey, frankly, for the very low price, we close our eyes ;)

Had to wait 10 minutes for me to be admitted to the hotel. In the cold in the rain. In response, no apology was followed-all right. The room was awful, nasty. Just in the room rebuilt pigeonhole for the toilet and shower and you sleep head in the toilet almost. Pigeonhole width of 90 cm (width of the shower tray), even the walls are not up to the ceiling. The bed linen is nasty, grey. I barely survived that disgusting night. There's never a leg!

-Bathroom very small — staircase very cramped — breakfast was very manageable — bed was too soft to me but that's a matter of taste — parking space in front of the cost, just like parking garage next to the hotel (€10) per night — staff was friendly and made an effort — for one or two nights Sufficient.

Far too small room without fresh air supply. The toilet with shower looks like it doesn't belong inside.
Parking spaces were available but only for money and still with height restrictions.
In the room it was noisy.

Beautiful old building. Clean, fresh rooms with comfortable beds. High ceilings, very charming. The staff were very friendly and put out a great breakfast spread. There's also a cat who hangs around the lobby!

Nice place. Very quite. Very cute with pictures of actors and movie posters.

Single room really minimalist with window on 1 wall. Everything is one on the other. By contrast, breakfast princess.

Ok, I book this "hotel" quite in a hurry, because I have to cancel my other booking due to check in hours problems, so I don't really check the location thoroughly before choosing. Anyway, the reviews are quite good, the photos seem nice, and the position basically in the center of Liege sells it. I arrive there at around 11.30 pm, the guy at the reception is really nice and I check in quite fast. I take my luggage, go to the elevator (my room is on the 3rd floor), convince the elevator button that I really want to go to the 3rd floor, and finally arrive at my room. The place is quite crumpled, by the way. I enter the room, expecting a nice, small room with the bathroom, same as always, but instead I somehow go inside what looks like a roulotte: the room is there, the beds are there, but there's absolutely no space whatsoever to place anything, from clothes to, well, a matchstick. And the bathroom is there. As in "THERE". As in "inside the room". The bathroom is a plastic box placed inside the room. And it has no ceiling, it's literally opened on the top. I took a shower and the entire room became steamy. Unbelievable. Now, the room is clean enough, and the beds are comfortable, but I really can't have a bathroom so small, and crumpled, and inside the room. If I wanted to go camping I would have rented a camper. And this information is not present anywhere. I won't suggest this hotel and I surely won't come back.

Good service and nice location. Friendly staff! Unfortunately the single rooms is like a bunker and the breakfast is very limited.

I'm sitting here on the final night of my stay at Hotel Les Acteurs, and I've been so impressed by my stay here that I had to write a review. The reviewer below seems to have blamed the hotel for all their own problems, so I want to offer another perspective. The hotel is lovely, newly renovated and immaculate. It is tiny but it has everything it needs. The staff absolutely could not have been nicer or more patient with my poor french. All of them were warm and friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast is simple but nutritious and fresh and quite sufficient. The location is perfect, a minute's walk from the best part of Liege, where most people will want to spend their time. Liege does have crime, so maybe visitors with cars should find a garage, but the location is fine, just a few hundred feet from a major boulevard filled with tourists and restaurants and shopping. I was traveling by myself, so I opted for a room with a single bed. The room was tiny (and very inexpensive) but it had everything it needed, and it was sparkling clean. I even had a balcony with a beautiful view of the city. It's winter here and the room was toasty warm. There is free Wi-Fi with a good connection speed on the ground floor. I wasn't able to use it in my room on the fourth floor, but lobby/dining room is a comfortable and welcome place to hang out with your laptop at any time of day. I will definitely always stay here when I visit Liege in the future. Highly recommended.
