The breakfast was disgraceful. Every table was dirty, there was no service, the cutlery wasn't clean, the coffee didn't taste like coffee, there was no cereal only Coco pops, the eggs tasted revolting. The rooms were far to hot, there was no air conditioning. The swimming pool needs cleaning.

The service and staff are perfect! Employees always have a solution. They are courteous and caring. We try to go once every two months. The price is very correct. NB: we go back at least once every two months. At that price there.

I promise my two stars count for the restaurant more than for the hotel. Hotel was great. Grate rooms and reception. Lovely people. Grate swimming pool and sauna. The restaurant on the other half was looking grate but the service was no excuse. I was passing by in Holliday and as a guest in the hotel, I expect to be welcome in the restaurant as well. The restaurant wasn't even half full and I we had to wait at the bar to eat when the reception was insisted to go in the restaurant. We wore in the restaurant finally and nobody from the service bother to bring us the menu. I walk in there to ask for the menu and I was totally ignored. We decided to eat by pizza hunt what's 10 minutes walk from the hotel. I will never in my life go to that hotel to eat. I would probably miss the quiet.

Very very nice I loved this hotel … food fabulous… staff friendly eat out side to rooms lovely had bath and shower a great stop off place.

We stayed one night and luckily one, the pool pretty but too cold for our taste. The room not very clean, the bathroom ditto. The bedding is good on the other hand it is so unsoundproof that from 6 o'clock in the morning you can hear the doors slam because a whole bus has to go back on the road. Breakfast very well but service 0, staff who say no hello and who doesn't bother to answer you. Personally we won't go back,

This place is wonderful the staff is very nice and very coming. The food is excellent.

Wish I had more time to experience the facilities here, only stopped over one night arrived late 21:00hrs and left 08:15hrs following morning.
Had a very nice evening meal with complimentary Belgian beer, breakfast selection following morning was amazing.

By no means 4 stars worth it. The service is completely overwhelmed and drinks come when they only come half full. Food has to be ordered 6 times, preferably in a period of 2 hours, so that you can still get something if you get to hear at the 7th order. The kitchen is too. Better choose another hotel. The breakfast was delicious but by no means 4 star. Not recommended!

I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness sauna, hammam, cabin to undress finally everywhere, very smiling staff, to restaurants not very competent…

When was this a 4 star? The beds are awful, they feel like they've never changed them in years! The decor is very old it seemed to be nice in the 90's but they need to be updated with the beds. I went once to the restaurant for supper, they sat me and 30 mins later still no apero… So I just left, while leaving the waitress passed by me and didn't even ask why I was about to leave. The only thing they have positive it's the people from the reception desk, they are nice and friendly.

Very nice and clean hotel. The spa is very spacious and the pool very good. Small downside at the restaurant, when you arrive you are left to Poirot for more than 15min to see choose a table while the restaurant was not full and the food is drinkable and the breakfast does not break 3 paws has a duck.

The Hotel is not very friendly.
Ordered a room with double bed for 2 received 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and more room to change.
Room: Tile and window edge not very clean, trace of coffee on the carpet.
Good meal but more than an hour waiting between each dish arrived at 7pm exit at 10.30 pm.
Despite all the staff is listening to the complaints and still enjoyable.

Of you want to de-stress, this is the place to be.

Team restaurant and bar friendly and attentive. Clean rooms, the pool looked good but I didn't test it.

Staff very welcoming and attentive, copious meals but alas state of the rooms which is not worthy of a 4 stars, mold, dust heaps, water leakage ds the bathroom… Only 2 small soaps… I have known 4 * that offer shower gel, body lotion, toothbrushes, slippers… At this price, this is what should be DS your bathroom! Disappointed…

Lovely hotel welcoming and nice room. Comfortable bed.

The hotel has a restaurant serving good cuisine. The employees have all been very nice. The reception was multilingual. The bathroom in the room, however, was a bit old.

Ok for a stop over. Walls thin corridors noisy. Food not bad. Lots of choice at breakfast.

Nice welcome. Access to the spa all day even during stay.

Budget hotel. Walls a bit thin! Food was lovely and staff very helpful.

To avoid. Hotel sale, deserves only one star at best… A shame.

Old and tired on desperate need of a refit. Stuck on edge of a suburb by the motorway you really need a good reason to stay here.

Have a nice indoor pool, sauna or jacuzzi. Food was not a wow! It was more ok.

The hotel was not good at all. The swimming pool is not in the same building, the rooms aren't non-smoking rooms. The hotel is really old… One hour after I did arrive at the hotel I leaved to another hotel called Ramada Plaza!

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Small flat compared to the bathtub whose cork was broken, as well as a bathrobe that smelled bad.

I nice place to stay. Staff where friendly. Alcohol seemed expensive no hot vegetarian meals on the restaurant menu. Breakfast was lovely.

Clean, comfy and friendly hotel. Food is very good, pricey, but you get what you pay for. Local shops are a 15 min walk away.

Very beautiful surroundings and relaxation and fantastic restaurant in the beautiful home and very good and friendly impeccable service.

There is everything t you need at the same place, comfortable spacious rooms, bedding of first quality with a conscientious service. Very nice and good restaurant where I could taste an excellent trio of grilled fish and fresh vegetables, and a wonderful fitness club, with swimming pool, jacuzzi, etc. And with a care service in the small care for you.

Easy access, the hotel offers several facilities. The team is friendly, something that reduces the points of improvement: the contour of the bathtub in the rooms, is filled with black spots in the silicone… it doesn't feel like it. Plugs in bath didn't work… it must be removed by hand, not the top! However, the side wellness is very good for a hotel of this category. Steam room, sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage. It is possible to stay for a while after check out. The kitchen is varied and well presented, the food arrived quickly and in respect of the order. On the other hand, attention should be given to small appetizers: the content does not contain that of the olives… But let's put it on the account of bad luck, because overall, this is a hotel very correct. A little noisy in the morning because not a lot of cars, tourists make a stop at the hotel.

Pretty dated for a 4 star. No bathroom goodies. Nothing in town of interest. Stay in Leige if you can.

Hotel dated and overpriced for the services it offers… bad.

We have very well slept in and the staff is very nice. The exterior is very well looked after. We have or use the wellness of the hotel and we are well relaxed. It is true that the rooms are rather old but the bedding is good.

Restaurant: — the reception in the Restaurant was really friendly. It refused to be English to talk with us and let us first of all in the middle of the room, until everything was organized
until then, someone came up to us, to our order, it took a while. As we nodded to the waitress friendly, symbolized it annoyed us that we still have to wait. She mumbled something in French and was stressed out in the kitchen. — then the kicker: a 45 minutes wait for Appetizer
1 hour wait for main course (while all the others, welch came to us, her food got)
25 minutes to wait, until we were freed from our dishes… And then another 45 minutes for us (ice cream! ) and to serve the wrong Dessert. The money you can save!

All in all good hotel. Well located above a pretty hill. Breakfast average.
Only comments: Rooms too hot and in the room all night there was noise from a bathroom that leaked upstairs (if it wasn't for that, I would have given it 4 stars).
As always, I appreciate the presence of kettle and you… A little less than the absence of bidet, but it would be odd to find it!

An absolute NO GO! Where do I start? Since I have already worked in 4 star Hotels, I know this is 4 star already fine. To all appearances, this is in Belgium, not so, just like the surroundings, the Hotel looks greasy and unclean and The bathroom, outdated ambiance, dirty taps, mouldy grout
In the room itself, a mixture of wanted and couldn't, the renauvierung has apparently made a maid (in a professional manner is different) anywhere the bumps in the Wallpaper and dirty edges. The free Wi-Fi is slower than a 54KB connection from the 90's and the Service in the Bar is not available. (the first beer came after a good 10 minutes the second came, because I left after 30 min in front of an empty glass. All in all, a not Descending very recommended in the vicinity of the Atuobahn, which is used by bus tourists, as a night stock like, the accordingly, the noise is in the house and on the completely verwarlosten and verdrcktem Parking in front of the Hotel. Conclusion for ca 100 Euro per night is absolutely overpriced, especially since the maid didn't invent the work, because the linen is left on two weeks on it and vacuuming seems to be in Belgium, principally out-of-date.

Quiet and relaxing place with two nice pools. Poolside restaurant. Near the exit highway. Small possible walks in the countryside. Pretty landscape. Recommend.
