Stayed here for Andre Rieu concert in Maastricht. OK but a bit basic. No coffee/tea making facilities in room. Had to pay for parking (EUR 9.50 per night) which given location seemed unnecessary.

Our club organized a themed party in their facility and the success of our evening was made possible by the lovely staff. They were welcoming, funny, quick on their feet to serve us, and catered to our every need all through the evening. The food was fresh and delicious, generous portions of everything, and the effort they put to accommodate our specific demands is highly laudable.

Such an amazing experience, organizing a dinner party for 80 ladies was challenging but the management made their utmost to make it perfect. The service was excellent and friendly, the choice and quality of food was spectacular, we drank the finest wines, the decor and surrounding was beautiful, the terrace with the Tiki bar was perfect for our welcome drink.
The flexibility and professionalism were just over the top. … We are definitely planning our next gathering there again. What a celebration!

I was lucky to visit Belgium this year and to stay at Eurotel Lanaken hotel. The hotel left only good impressions with it's identity, neatness, excellent cuisine and especially with the personell. Good clean rooms, nice yard with tables to seat and enjoy local pure nature, charming fireplace inside and a pleasent atmosphere all around. The hotel is lucky to situate inside of a very good landscape — there is a National nature park with a small castle and a forest with huge chestnuts, a perfect place for walking or jogging. Fair prices and an excellent quality makes this place a perfect choice for staying. Have a nice stay at Eurotel Lanaken!

Hotel is said to be 4 stars. Very disappointed with the Deluxe room! It's an old room to retype. Electrical wire that protrudes behind the bed, old switches, old bathroom, old chassis and poorly soundproofing. The room was away from the restaurant, hallway, still in hallway and then staircase. Really disappointed with the room. On the other hand we ate very well and the staff of the restaurant was very friendly.

Breakfast very varied and gourmet heated swimming pool very warm room and spacious bathroom cosi Restaurant and neat kitchen without hesitation, more very well located!

Nice place for a night or a dinner. Take a seat on the terrace with open fire. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful but didn't tell us that the Andre rieux dinner stopped at 6pm despite us booking a table for 6-30 pm. So we had a very basic barbecue that cost 30 euros each. The staff in the restaurant were very bad — count care less. I went to the bar for drinks myself or we would have sat there like lemons. After the barbecue we waited to see what was on offer for pudding and we are still waiting. The help yourself salad was out for a long time and we couldn't find plates. The room is clean and there is a fan as it's really hot. It's not too bad here but I wouldn't book again and I definitely wouldntveat here. We eat in Maastricht Saturday and it was much better all round … price and quality.

The room was nice and big, some minor problems with the woodwork and some strange smells. But overall a very nice stay, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful.

Been here before in winter which was a good stay, but I would never recommend it in summer because there is no aircon and you cannot open the windows because there are no nets in front to protect you from mosquitos, breakfast is below average (e. G. Only two different teas), would not recommend it since 100-120 $ a night is way too much and there are better places for a lower budget in the city.

Very nice hotel, comfortable and modern. Spacious rooms and access to the pool and good breakfast varied.

Excellent hotel, friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Very clean with a superb restaurant. The pool was an added bonus. Lovely garden and terrace. Highly recommended.

Whether at the reception, the bar, the restaurant, the breakfast, all the staff are welcoming, friendly, smiling. And above all, help each other to express themselves in French.

Our room was upgraded for free. Very clean room. Enjoyed our stay here.

All rooms where booked out only Budget where free. Isnt that a problem but the fact that a club over this budgetroom is is not that good! Never again in this hotel!
