Even with the restrictions in place, this hotel has provided some of the best service and amenities of any establishment I’ve been to this year. The chicken wings I ordered to my room for dinner were some of the best I’ve ever had and the breakfast selection was huge, delicious, and delivered at exactly 7am as requested.

I stayed one night last weekend at the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel. It was very convenient to the airport and the train into town. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff at the Front Desk and in the restaurant could not have been nicer. The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. Upon checking in my shower would not work. The concierge had it fixed right away. I would definitely stay there again.

All staff goes the extra mile in service, they can keep your luggage so you don’t have to bring it all to your room. Good restaurant, very friendly with children.

Our flight was cancelled, but we didn`t mind at all. One of the best hotel experiences. Beautiful house, large room, very friendly staff, delicious dinner and good choices for breakfest.

The room was clean, the staff lovely. The matress was harder than plywood and still managed to be squeaky. The room had no fan or air circulation. The bathroom had no ventilation. And the restaurant, tho very good and attentive staff was over priced.

Rooms are good. I had to return my “very rare” tuna, because it turned out to be really well done. I was corrected without an issue however.

Gym plus good food plus very convenient to walk right across to the airport. Also, just a train away from Central station to see the sights of Brussels as well. If you've got an early flight, highly recommended to stay here although it may be a little hard to find their parking, different from the rental car parking lots.

I was here few times. And I loved it. It is a very nice hotel with good food and pleasant staff. The checkout negotiations are reasonable and the simplicity of having a hotel close to airport makes all of those delayed and canceled flights much simpler and easier to digest.

Fawlty Towers has nothing on this place! Every interaction with the staff was genuinely bewildering and hysterical in equal measures. Interaction one: Got into lift with a porter. He asked which floor. The man next to me said ‘five’. The porter looked confused, so I said ‘cinq’, hoping that would help. He studied the buttons for a bit, pressed 3, then closed the door. Upon getting to floor 3, he hopped out, covering the buttons so we couldn’t reach them. He then proceeded to send the lift back down to Ground Floor. Good job I saw the funny side! I got to my room, and opened the fridge. A half eaten pizza fell out. Interaction 2: Me; “I just wanted to let you know that there is a half eaten pizza in the fridge”. Reception; “What did you do that for? ” Overall, the hotel is of good quality, and if you want to feel like a star in a Monty Python sketch, I cannot recommend it enough.

The hotel is placed directly in front of the airport, so it's the best choice if you must stay close to the airport. Rooms are comfortable, clean and filled with everything you need. Obviously, it is not cheap, but the hotel really deserve that price.

Good option if you're just going in and out of the airport which we were. The hotel is literally across the small street so to just walk right over. Staff was friendly and the room had what we needed.

Lovely room literally walk out of airport straight into the hotel … fantastic breakfast, very friendly English speaking staff, 5 Star stay for us, highly recommend. We really enjoyed the club lounge and would definitely stay again!

Good hotel. Refined, modern, clean and very comfortable for those who need to stay near the airport. You can reach the centre of Brussels in 20 minutes with a fast train.

A little expensive but indispensable if you take off in the morning early.

The quality of customer service is measured by how to manage problems when they arise, listening, and sincerely looking for solutions. And here it's dramatic! Due to a typing error, my booking dates were incorrect. Immediately contacted, the hotel booking service did not want to know anything. They charge me the full cost of the booking. No human consideration, no listening, no empathy. A dehumanized factory where the customer is not a person but a line on a schedule! What a negative emotion and a disappointment! Shame on you.

If you are not the one of unlucky airline’s pax dumped into this establishment — invest in a taxi ride and find a decent place to stay in the city. Avoid.

Hotel is very convenient for an airport hotel. Just cross the road in front of departure and you are there. One elevator is available from arrival level. Rooms are conferrable and extremely quit. No soinds from airport at all!. Restaurant and pub is very good… maybe a bit pricey, but it is Sheraton, you can't expect something different. Recommend!

Excellent hotel, service comfort and food. Highly recommended for business people who come to Brussels for doing business — not at all for leasure because it is far away from Brussels core and most visited attractions, unless one doesn't mind of using and has plenty of time for the public transportation which is very good.

Great location (right opposite the airport! ). Very friendly staff! Decent rooms and you also have the opportunity to procure extra Starwood points by refusing daily room turns. Overall great hotel! Recommended!

Due to weather conditions in Oslo I didn’t make my connection and Brussels Airlines put me up here for the evening. I loved it! Beautiful large rooms, really comfy beds, the restaurant was divine, service was perfect. There’s always usually something but here, I just really loved! :) would definitely recommend.

I had great stay at this hotel the staff where helpful. It was directly outside the airport. One level above the arrived hall. You can also leave you logged at the reception to go in to the city all day.

Nice hotel in front of Brussels airport (just cross the road). Large beautiful rooms, some of them with view on the atrium. Elevators with view on the atrium. Even if in front of the airport, very quiet hotel. Nice Gulliver restaurant with bar on the groundfloor. Good cuisine. Very nice personnel. Wine somewhat expensive. Large parking place. Good service. Very convenient emplacement for late arrivals and early departures. Very convenient as well for business meetings. Several meeting rooms. Well organized. Very friendly.

Very convenient location and fairly priced. Breakfast selection good. My room was comfortable but really warm. I couldn't adjust the heating down more than 3 degrees from the initial setting and there was only a thick duvet on the bed so I didn't sleep well because it I was so hot.

Nice hotel, decent food. We stayed there after our flight was cancelled and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was right beside the airport, so it was very convenient. Not a high end hotel, but clean and decent.

Rooms were above average every way, location is perfect and it was very quiet and peaceful on there. Staff was nice and friendly. Restaurant offers excellent Flemish food. Beer selection in the bar is below average.

Staff was amazing. The gym was awesome and it was to myself. The room was large and comfortable after my travels around Europe and it's only 50 feet away from the airport.

Room was fine, bed comfortable, bathroom nice. A/C was not keeping the room cool which made for a long hot night.

This is comfortable and and close to the airport as one can get, but in short it feels like a chain hotel — an upscale chain, but a chain nonetheless. *Pro*: Located right at a central airport entrance. Fine dining and room service available. The blackout curtains work well. The shower is strong and steady. Plenty of restaurants are a short walk away. Service is friendly. Vending machines are available with necessities like phone charging cables and toothbrushes. Usual amenities like free shampoo *Con*: Price. Rather, the consistent up-charges. It is possible to get a good deal on the room, but everything else is expensive. No complimentary breakfast, amenities like toothbrushes and phone chargers are extra cost. Service is friendly, but the more you pay the more you get. No mint on the pillow. It is like getting good service from a butler with a forced smile. He's doing his job, but expects a good tip for doing the job.

Perfect location. Hotel is undergoing renovations, we had a preplanned power outage 1am to 4:30am, other than that it was a great stay. Will use again next time I'm in town.

This hotel is perfect when arriving off a late flight! Reception staff were so friendly and welcoming and the rooms were great and comfortable. I was travelling with my parents and the very short walk from arrivals to the hotel was great for them. The breakfast was lovely and check out was fast and again staff were friendly and took the time to ask about our travels in Belgium. Thank you! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again!

Good food, terrible bad service (ignorance, single language, showing their back to customers, quarreling internally on customer behaviour). Looking fw to more customer service.

The air conditioning wasnt working and it was so hot in our room. We asked the hotel to help. They sent someone to reset it but that didn't work. We had to call and ask again and it took the second guy over 30 minutes to arrive at the room. He only offered to switch rooms.

Very unhappy about the TV channels in the rooms because practically no French channels.
Not TF1, not Antenne2, not France 3… etc… lamentable for a hotel considered a 4 star… We had a very bad evening and will no longer be walking into a Sheraton hotel.

Very good Hotel, directly at the airport located in less than 1 Minute walk. Parking and Restaurant are extremely expensive.

We had Breakfast in the Sheraton. Unfortunately, the hot portion of the buffet was cold. Egg, Bacon brake the whole American almost in addition, the Champions from the tin. For 26€ is not acceptable.

Absolute Waste Of Money. People are treated according to classes: the Wealthy get a-la-carte food and the rank and file a Buffet that is not only sparse but also easy not to tastes! Very disappointing!

Great hotel for an overnight stay before you fly out. A bit far from the city and its slightly expensive to reach the city by train although it takes only 20mins.

9 Euros to park for 15 minutes in the hotel's parking. Have they no shame.

Great location, big room, and breakfast is definitely worth prepaying for (I don't know how much it costs on the spot). You do need to pay for internet and I don't know how fast it is. If you have T-Mobile world plan, internet works fine on the phone.

They charge $15 for "premium" internet. It's complete garbage. I rely on internet for work and phone.

I am happy with my stay at the hotel (I stayed twice, with my teenagers). Very convenient when you have a morning flight. The room is perfect. Complimentary tea and coffee and bottled water. However, I have not been offered to become a member of the Starwood Preferred Guest program, nor have they asked if I am member of any other loyalty programs. I will see if they still award me the points! It's also cheaper to have breakfast at the airport.

Hotel has declaired that all rooms are non smoking but still smell smoke all over. Room is big and nice but aircondition is not really cold. What I like is just opposite to Airport. Very convenience for wait for the next flight.
