Reduced service to covid but the staff very helpful and friendly. Spacious clean hotel with great beds and rooms clean and functional. The beer recommend by the staff. Good choice.

Nothing's worse than ending a business trip in an unplanned location. Nothing's better than being welcome and catered surprisingly well without notice or special hints. A step away from the train, two steps from the city. Suddenly next door and you want to come back.

I am not a great fan of chain hotels but I was pleasantly surprised by this one. Food was excellent for the course I was on, as was the breakfast. There are notices everywhere pushing their environmental credentials, which is encouraging. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I like a bit more character, but for a chain this was great. And so near the station without much train noise too.

Nice big rooms good food good service.

Clean rooms that are decently sized for Europe. The team is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is excellent, the bar has some great beer choices, and the fitness room is small but has enough to get a circuit workout in. It's hard to beat being so close to the train station and I've never heard a train in my room.

Lovely hotel. To make it one more star I would love them to have a gluten free breakfast but at least at the time of visit they did not have such.

Modern Hotel with ecological criteria for water and energy. New and practical. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good if you are interested being next to the train station, but it is not far walk from the tourist part and you can also use bus. The station Square is quite lively with more hotels and restaurants.

The hotel is really very close to the train station of Leuven, if you take the elevator and the bridge at the end of the wharf. If you take the main exit, you will have to climb stairs and walk about 5min. Be careful if you have luggage. The area is 10 minutes walk from the Central District (Cathedral, City Hall etc). The décor of the hotel is very nice. From my room on the second floor, you could still hear the trains early in the morning and late at night. If you are having light sleep, ask for a room not overlooking the train station. The value for money is average €109 without pdj) a little soft bedding for my taste and an annoying tendency to put 2 single beds instead of a large bed. Shame.

It's ok. Quite clean and wouldn't worry about it not being so. Customer experience is good untill you ask for something that isn't in their catalog of products and services. For example, don't ask for insite into charging facilities for an EV.

Very nice place. It was a business trip, so I can not comment on the price. The staff was very nice, the room was clean and comfy. This is my breakfast on the picture. Selection is limited, but tasty.

Very nice location, right in the middle of Leuven Centrum. Easy access to bud station and train station. Good restaurant. For breakfast, you will get the sane stuff everyday. Very consistent. :). Rooms are good. Shower is little crazy, it is more like a hand shower. Seems to be expensive compared to other hotels around. All in all not bad.

Nice rooms, good food, excellent breakfast. It is a modern hotel. Only downside is the small windows, most don't have a view of de city only the corner rooms do. Best view is in room 816, which I had.

Second favorite hotel in Leuven. Great service, rooms are spacious and clean, and they go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Appreciate also the water saving campaign and eco-friendly policies. Just next to the station and 15 mins walk from the heart of the city.

Very friendly staff. Hotel is adjacent to the train station and food is great. The room was noise insulated and very clean. No water in the room though which was wierd.

Clean hotel, polite personnel, good breakfast. But very stupidly designed rooms, various amenities absent. Not justified for a hotel of this price range.

Modern, clean hotel. Room not huge but adequate. Was only here one night but very convenient for the train station. Wasn't disturbed by any noise from the trains or other guests. Breakfast is expensive but that seems to be standard nowadays if it's not included in the room price already.

Prima ligging bij het station maar ook dicht bij het centrum. Ook al ligt het direct naast het station hier merk je op de kamers niets van zeer rustig. De kamer was zeer ruim, netjes en schoon en ook de badkamer en het toilet prima. Je hebt er trouwens een separaat toilet. Het bed was prima en hier ben ik altijd erg kieskeurig in. De service in het hotel prima en vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het ontbijt was ook prima alleen zijn er weinig zitplaatsen voor het ontbijt dit werd prima opgelost door het personeel door in de lobby ook de tafels te dekken, maar het was toch handiger geweest als er gewoon meer plaats in het restaurant was. Maar een zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Gratis Wi-Fi in het hele hotel en werkt prima overal. Leuven een erg mooie en gezellige stad een aanrader.

Nice hotel. Excellent location near the train station, about 1-1.5 km from the city center. Room was fine with a king size bed, separate bathroom and toilet. Flatscreen TV, water cooker and air-conditioning were available. Room was quiet, no sounds from the station or the streets could be heard. Breakfast was excellent, many choices of bread, fruit and cereal were available. Only lesser point was the amount of tables: some people had to eat in the lobby. Apart from this, we had a very pleasant stay here and would love to come back.

Business hotel. Good but nondescript.

Very well located, right near the train station, still within walking distance to the very heart of the city (15 minutes). The room are modern, with the standard pleasant, simple but efficient design of the Park Inn hotels. The rooms are very well sound proofed, I couldn't hear any noise, even if I had a room on the first floor, near the street. The breakfast is very good, plenty items to choose from. The restaurant menu isn't very wide, but the food is good. I tried the burgers, which are delicious.

Rooms were great, location was central, but most of all, the staff here are AMAZING. Specifically, they're bar staff (Sebastiano and Cedric) should be commended. Just a bunch of good guys who go above and beyond their call of duty to make guests feel valued and special. One night (morning rather) at 2am, I needed some food and Cedric went to the kitchen and made me a ham and cheese sandwich because it would be difficult to find food in town at that time. Can you say "wow"?!? Fantastic experience at this hotel and would not stay anywhere else in the future. Kudos guys. Wally.

Top hotel, top location in Leuven for reasonable price. Great for business meetings.

It was fine. They have good acid.

I chose this hotel during a weekend in Belgium for a cat show, where I regularly go for 4 years. So I had cats with me and I had checked that the hotel accepts pets. Nothing was marked on the site about a supplement. Value for money, on paper, was great: €62 / night for double room. But what surprises arriving to discover that there is a surcharge per animal and that this amounted to thirty EUROS per cat and per night! With 3 cats, this was the price of the room! But right now we're told that we were going to make a big gesture of goodwill, by charging a single supplement (therefore €30 x 2 nights instead of 90 x 2) — in fact they made the same gesture to all those who were in the same situation as we (a dozen rooms of exhibitors with cats). It is clear that if we had known in advance the price of the supplement, you should never chose this hotel. This supplement is clearly the wrong time, even a scam.
Next year we'll go back to the Ibis budget which is right next door, probably less upscale but more honest (6, €5 of animal supplement).

This place is convenient! Just next to Leuven train station which is about 25 mins from Brussels Station at the airport! Away from hustle bustle of town, 15mins walk from hotel. The F&B staffs are really friendly, they served me warm milk to start my day! One of the staff who cleaned my room replied to my hand written note of requesting for chocolate powder sachets by writing back and fulfilling my request =)! It made me smile when I got back after a long day! The gym was clean and smells fresh. 1 treadmill, one cross trainer, 1 bicycle, 1 fit ball, 1 big weight machine and access by your room key. Good enough to work out for 15-30 mins before starting your day! The room is clean and well maintained. Shower was clean too. The hotel is envrionmentally friendly too! The toilet flushes are flushed by rain water, the sheets are changed once every 3 days if your stay is long. No other shops nearby really but who cares, we just need to rest for the day from work.
