I had the most wonderful experience at this property. This is one of the best hotel stays I have ever had! From checkin to turn down service and breakfast it was a 10/10!

We had a very relaxing visit enhanced by staff who were gracious, helpful and always friendly. It is located on a quiet square and we experienced the quietest nights ever in a city hotel.

Staying at the NH has been an outstanding experience, largely thanks to its unbeatable location right in the heart of Brussels.

The reception was really helpful and nice. We got room on the fifth floor and it wasn't that bad.

Great central location just a few steps from the Bourse and 5 minutes from the metro station. Good value for money. Friendly check in. Comfortable bed. Room a bit basic but clean. Breakfast OK.

A great stay for a good price. The host Guy helped me a lot when I was facing difficulties due to a strike in Germany. The room I had was small but good. The bed was very cozy and comfortable.

Home to the top staff very nice clean room. Some finishing of the room should be reviewed (painting over too fresh, …) efficient and discreet maintenance staff.

I had a serviced appartement for three weeks and I liked living there very much. Laundry facility in the basement. Nice appartement, good bed. Close to restaurants and grocery stores.

This was an outstanding hotel with excellent employees. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We had to extend our stay, because I broke my ankle and everyone at the hotel was so helpful and kind.

The room was spacious and comfortable with great artwork throughout the hotel making the atmosphere quirky and calm. The location was fantastic near the metro, trainline and restaurants.

The hotel is well situated within easy walking of popular sites and amenities but without being in an area flooded by tourists itself. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient.

Stayed there for two night during the start of my Europe trip. Very welcoming staff. The room was spacious and good for it's price. Offers free parking for the guests of the hotel.

This hotel is outside the centre of Brussels. It is actually nearer the airport than the centre. It is close to the St Luc hospital and 7minute walk from the Alma metro station.

This hotel is in a great location and features spacious rooms with a really nice selection of wall art. The breakfast had a good variety and was highly enjoyable.

Overall, we had a very good stay. Everything was very clean, which we really appreciated. The staff at the reception were polite and friendly.

The hotel location is great, the area around feels safe. The lobby is beautiful and everyone at front desk was very polite. But I couldn’t enjoyed my visit 100% because the rooms are not well cleaned.

We stayed 7 nights at the Renaissance Brussels Hotel for vacation. Check-in was smooth, and the room was comfortable.

We almost canceled because this is 10 minutes from the airport and they did not provide shuttle service before 6:30 am and our flight left early and we needed shuttle service at 6 am. Corstina

I had a lovely stay here! 🏨 The location is perfect, tucked away on a quiet side road. My room was comfortable, though they were painting during my visit. The heated swimming pool was a real treat!

I would rate this stay a 4.5 out of 5.
Clean, quiet room. We heard very little noise from the other guests in the hallway.
