➜ The apartment was not available. Evasive quarters was further away. Handing over the keys only with delay and multiple calls. Apartment was unclean, glasses not flushed, hair in the bathtub, shelf broken under mirror. Despite various problems and additional costs due to bus journeys only a refund of 10%.
➜ Very bad experience. Dirt stains everywhere: on the floor, on the couch, in the cabinets. Boxes of old medications in the bathroom drawer. Carpets filled with dust rolled in cabinets (so impossibile to use them as cabinets). Dust on everything. Doors without keys with paper inside. The person taking care of the check-in arrived with 40 min of delay (without warning) compared to the confirmed arrival time several times. The phone service only responds once in two.

Swindle! Attention I rent the apartment then they cancelled my reservation for no reason. No discussion possible with them, it tells me that the person with whom I communicated no longer work at home and cancels my reservation under false reasons! On the phone only an English speaking person answers you. Strange not!?
