Very good location. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Locaton was excellent for exprloring city center. Metro few minutes. Room was good and quiet.

Great location to get around, clean rooms, friendly staff, helpful and professional however you don't sleep at night. The hotel is located in a street that at night fills up with drunks in the street screaming until 2-3 at night, people partying with screams and carousels. At our request we were changed room but the position from point in favor to be so central, becomes an unfavorable point for the mess that is created in the street.

Clean, basic rooms. Largest bed available was full size. No a/c. Room was warm with a small kinda overhead window. Hotel did offer a fan which made it easier to sleep. Good location. Okay for a 1 night stay. Hotel allowed for luggage to be stored but unattended in a locked room on 3rd floor.

Reasonable place even if slightly overpriced considering the very tight space in the room and bed. I paid €75 per night when I was paying €99 in adagio aparthotel which had bigger space and other amenities. The main positive thing about this hotel is its location. The place is clean, the staffs are super helpful and freindly like sebastian. Whether you are travelling for work or pleasure, you will be spending most of your day outside the hotel anyway. So it's better to pay less for an okay quality hotel and save also on time and transportation when you can just go back to your hotel that's already close to the main city attractions. I fully recommend it.

Central downtown and Straightforward. Fair price. The staff is really kind. If you stay more than one night could be good option to choose a bigger room :) Don't expect mini bar, coffee macine and any more then Wi-Fi, TV and bed but you don't need it because is full of restaurants and coffee shops out there.

Hotel is centrally located in the Brussels restaurant neighbourhood. For rooms facing the street this means a lot of noise — as you would expect. Some rooms have been undergoing renovation and are nice. A nice hotel for the budget traveller.

Center location and price are reasonably good, the structure is under renovation so hopefully it will get better. Service sufficient. Do not expect too much from this structure.

It is very noisy its exteriors, but it is close to the tourist sites and there is a good deal to the customer.

It is a very nice hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is crtca of everything important to visit when you are a tourist. But they are doing some constructions nearby and from early in the morning you hear machine noise.

Good hotel but very small rooms.

Very basic on a top A as A can be location. Everything was oke and worked, clean and best you can get for that money I would say. We payed something 60 euro for 2 smallest room they have. There is an elevator. Not too much noise and parking nearby was also not that expensive.

Very good located, but the conditions are poor. Breakfast was ok. During the summer is very hot, but people overthere are kind and helpful. :-)

Small hotel, ideal for a weekend in Brussels.

Hotel located in a truly excellent location, in the very centre of Brussels, at the side of Grand Place, the city's nerve center, with Reception available and welcoming, but which certainly does not shine in as to beauty, rooms and services! Despite not being a 4 * * * *, I was expecting more from this point of view! Ideal though, if you are just passing through, and you want to take advantage of an afternoon of shopping, or for a short visit of the city, enjoying precisely a great location!

We had a perfect stay in this hotel. The facilities are sufficient in relation to the price. The staff is correct and pleasant, and they speak different languages. I will go to this hotel when I will return to Brussels.

Very small single room. A bit noisy during the night as some cleaning machine are going around the street. Good service.

The hotel is near the tourist places, so it is easy to go around. You will not have any problems looking for a place to eat. Restos and snack shops are just around the corner. It is really outdated but clean. The walls are thin though, so one can really hear people talking in the next room.

It has its own style, very nice and clean. Also try the kitchen.

Hotel with very small spaces, not memorable, but it has the discreet value of being cheap and in a central location.

Rooms were a bit small but we were 3 people in the triple room. Having said that we did spend very little time in the hotel as we explored Brussels. This hotel is in a brilliant location and close to all the main attraction! View from the 2nd floor was also brilliant! Overall rooms were ok but location was what did it for us!

I am rating this 1 star due to the price I paid for the room. Over 200euro for a dated, noisey uncomfortable hotel is just crazy. The star is for the location…

Great location, service was nice. We had a nice time.

The opera Hotel is a very central and easy reachable hotel. It has bars, restaurants and convenience stores all around it and they are closed around 24:00. The breakfast was alright, but the room a bit too small for so many guest, especially on a weekend! The hotel rooms are really old but the bathrooms are newly renovated. It has everything you need and the staff is really helpful! One contra is definitely how noisy it is (had a room facing the city) as the streets are cleaned during the night and the walls to the other rooms are really thin. But afterall it was very clean and hygiene and probaly more than you would expect for a two start hotel in the heart of the city (3 minutes to the grand place). Definitely consider staying there again!

Friendly staff, and the rooms were clean, but it's far from modern, and the furnishings and conditions could be upgraded.
