I ordered via Uber Eats. Portions were fetish for the asking price.
The flight to the wind had no taste. The meat in the carbonnade was dry. Even the cheese croquettes were disappointing. I called the manager to share my disappointment about the size of the portions: she remained indifferent (to remain polite).
I don't recommend places for a meal.

Disaster for a first May, after having tasted an excellent beef pavement; more way to have a server. In short, being upstairs, I had to go down to the bar after more than half an hour, wait another quarter of an hour to pay. Can't order coffee or dessert. A staff far too young, unable to cope with the influx of customers. So many changes, in so few months.
The establishment was taken over after a predictable bankruptcy and the new management hired a new cook. His map is now quite different and has allowed to find the happiness to return. A well-suited ambient music too. Has a.

They canceled the reservation made via booking, and yet charged us the full amount of the stay! It took us 2 months to receive the refund! Shame on you!

I enjoy going down to this hotel every time I come to Belgium… always well received… The team super nice, kitchen, correct… not yet disappointed… I recommend it. And the price is democratic…

Clean and well appointed room. Except the lack of coverage and the heating a little slow to take. Breakfast is very good.

Very helpful and friendly staff! The rooms were clean and were a decent size. The bathroom was okay, it had one of those “european” handheld shower heads instead of it being fixed on the wall, which makes me get cold when I shower. The lift is very small and we barely fit with our luggage, I almost fell trying to get my luggage out. There are food, stores and “bodegas” nearby. The tram station is a few blocks away, about 10-15 min walk or you can take the bus right next to the hotel. There’s a cathedral in front and a restaurant underneath. Would stay again.

When in here for beer that's it looked ok toilets upstairs didn't see any downstairs. You can eat here decor is 60 70s look.

The hotel staff were nice and helpful with places to visit. The rooms were a bit small with a view of the park and church from your window. The breakfast offered in the morning is enough to start your day with breads, cold cuts, juice and fruits. There is a hotel bar located downstairs. The Wi-Fi can be spotty with no service in the rooms.

The rooms are very small. The restaurant good but the staff not sufficiently trained. But it will come;-)

We stayed at this property for a week and the experience had considerable ups and downs. The hotel is peripheral but well connected to the rest of the city by bus and Metro (station Simonis) that work perfectly. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves to be desired, the breakfast is not varied. However the staff are very courteous and you are next to a beautiful park (Parc Elisabeth) also provided children's play area. The hotel is equipped with a restaurant which, however, has quite high prices. Not far away there is a supermarket of the Carrefour chain that for certain things proved to be of great use. The overall rating is still good considering that it is a two star hotel.

Extremely friendly staff, especially Daniel. He was friendly and accommodating. The room was small but sufficient. It had a private bathroom that was small, but the bed was nice, the desk was adequate. We were on the street side and I could not hear the traffic. I would stay here again and will recommend to my friends.

I always go here for a real Brussels waffle with whip cream (not the waffle liegois that you can get on the streets)! pricing is very good, nice view on the Koekelberg Basiliek (huge church) and old fashioned interior decoration with funny paintings and giant replica of a tree masted ship hanging from the 2 stories high ceiling.

It is not even worth a star, about the hotel, I didn't try the restaurant, the room was dirty, there were bloodstains floor the wrists of the bedside table was all sticky and worst of all it's bugs in the bed that has stung my wife all night, which gave him red patches on the skin. Traces of mold in the shower and services to the smell of vinegar. Horribly awful this hotel, the worst night I made in Belgium. After informing the Manager he couldn't do for us because according to these narrations cleaning service is no longer in the hotel after 14: 00. Pathetic service! He even not offered another room, certainly complete! Know how?

Clean, cheap and easy to find.

Quite poor, many broken things and bad smell.

Great location, 5 min to the metro nice walk to park, great street view of the park and basilica, amazing bathroom! Super clean rooms with very comfortable beds, TV and Wi-Fi all around the hotel. Restaurant down stairs if you felt lazy about to the city, laundromat close by, bus stop next to hotel, play ground in the park if you travel with kids. I recommend this hotel.

Too good and superb service.

I've been staying in this hotel for more than three years (twice a year) when going to Brussels. The service is good and food on offer is quite good too. The staff are very friendly. Very good value for money, recommended.

I like this Hotel and already stayed there twice with a small group. The walk to the Metro Station Simonis is nice, its only about 5 minutes to the inner city (public transportation is very good), you always find a free parking spot nearby the Hotel, the rooms are very clean (although the sizes vary extremly) and the breaktfast coffee is so good. Check in and out works without any trouble and the staff is always helpful. Only the fact that they just offer one Baguette and one Croissant per person (only with jam and no ham or cheese) a negative aspect. And well, maybe the fact, that the strairway is very narrow ;-).

We were in this hotel 4 nights at the end of June. The first impression was that room improved on as seen in the photos on the web, was wide and functional so the room itself as bathroom with shower.
In terms of decoration in itself had no attraction whatsoever but for the price of this hotel not you may be ordering much since the middle of Brussels is a hotel cheap.
Access to the room was a bit difficult since the elevator is very small and steep stairs.
The worst thing about the hotel is its location since it is far from the Centre (40) minute walk as well as the metro.
The partly positive say that the Wi-Fi in rooms works perfectly, staff is correct and the restaurant is open until late and can always take something on it.
Attractions of the area are the views from the rooms to the Park and the basilica and the chocolates like a visit to the outlet of the factory of Godiva chocolates which is close to the hotel.
Finally, for Spaniards say that in front of the hotel there is a Spanish bar where you can taste any kind of drink and/or food Spanish.
