During a recent trip to Brussels I stayed in this hotel for two nights in room number 5. I am sorry to say, it was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in my life. For 100 Euros a night this could not be more worse, a rip off indeed. The hotel was smelly so was the room smelling really bad. There was no refrigerator or minibar or the room looked anywhere close to the one shown on the web site. It is not renovated, its a scam. The bed sheet, comforter and pillows were dirty and really really old. When I asked for another pillow, I was simply given a pillow from another room, clearly not washed. The room smelled of smoke and the towels used to its life. I hope this email is read by their upper management person of your hotel. Stay awa from this hotel.
