Lovely place to stay food is superb it’s clean and stylish the staff were very nice and always there to serve you I highly recommend this place I will be staying again.

Very considerate managers. Room we booked a little small but nice for one night. The restaurant that is part of the hotel has good value for money. The breakfast included in the room price is quite reasonable.

Welcome, good menu, good food. Friendly and dynamic staff. Great concern for people, among others, people with disabilities.

I think that this establishment does not treat its staff with dignity and it feels strongly during the service.

We left in love via a wonderbox. Although the village is pretty the hotel was frankly below our expectations.
First of all, the room: we had to pay extra 24euros to get a room on the date we wanted. We were hoping to have a decent room but instead we received a small room with a small bathroom (mold in the shower, broken toilet board, washbasin at the toilet height. ) Hygiene really left a lot to be desired.
The same for the hygiene of the sauna. Even if this one was very nice, I think it would be good to review the hygiene and cleaning of this room.
Every time we returned to the hotel there was really an unpleasant smell of old cigarette coffee…
As far as the lunch buffet is concerned, it is clearly necessary to present yourself with the opening under penalty of no longer avoi3 of you Orange couque or chocolate spread.
Finally, at the level of the reception, it would be advisable to be more pleasant with the customers by presenting them with their arrival the amenities (not wait for the customer come from himself) and above all the friendliness and the smile are for us a prime point. (obviously not for everyone)
To conclude, I would not personally return to this hotel for all the reasons quoted above. However the surroundings are very beautiful, very quiet and very nice. We had a lot of fun.

Clean and ok hotell in a small village. I only stayed 1 night.

The welcome very disappointing, no smile, no welcome, the double room instead of a large for two, the TV does not work even after complaint, the bedside lamps do not work either but they can not do anything and the shower door does not close, the breakfast is not worth 3 stars.

A very classy and quiet setting, a warm welcome, excellent food, many activities nearby… I go back regularly…

We stayed one night at the Best Western Hotel. Nice room, great breakfast. However, the staff could be more updated about nearby tourist attractions such as local ski-areas.

We stayed for one night in this hotel in february 2010. We came in at around 12:00, but despite that you can officially only check in until 16:00, they cleaned the room for us. So that was a nice surprise. The room was excellent, very clean, nice bathroom, and excellent beds. TV had all kinds of international channels. Breakfest was excellent, and the breakfest room was nicely done. We paid the very low internet discount price of the day before (69 + 2 euro tax for the room), even though we reserved very late by telephone. Service is very friendly and quick. The personnel knows no english at all, and no dutch either, so we had to work with what little french we could. They also do not understand what Wi-Fi is: we brought our laptop, but they kept saying we could use their computer. I assume this means there IS Wi-Fi (indicated in room guide), but you have to pay for it. I think it should be free. We used the hotel for some walks in the Ardennes, and you can just start walking outside the hotel, so great location for hiking trips. We actually came by train from Liege, which is doable, but it only goes once per 2 hours, so dont miss it.
