Location.
The towel provided was gray and smelled of mold or mildew, and the bed linens also smelled stale. The shower smelled of mildew. The room was very cramped.

I liked everything. Low price, high quality. Clean, tidy. And a really great location. Everything you could and should visit is within walking distance. And 100, 500 beautiful photos.

The two beds in the room were somehow pushed together and fastened together, and there are no partitions downstairs, so you can sleep like you're sharing a double bed with your hostel roommate.

It's centrally located. All the sights are within walking distance. The hostel staff is wonderful.
The beds are terrible. The second bunk is very low above the first. When you sit down, you hit your head on the bunk bed, which is very unpleasant. They also creak really, really badly! The mattresses are hard.

Great location, right in the center. In the morning you could hear the bell ringing, it was nice.
In the evening the loud sounds of music did not cause any inconvenience, although there are a lot of establishments around the hostel.

You need to choose small rooms, because in a large one you will hardly be able to sleep well because of the creaky beds. But I was lucky, I was alone in a room with dormer windows.

Boorish service from the receptionist at the counter. Hostel rules that change from administrator to administrator. As a result, when I routinely ask for hot water, I receive a reprimand that the SENIOR administrator prohibits the use of kettles, and that all previous administrators before her were too kind to guests and clients.

The hostel is not bad for its price, in the very center of the city. There are three bathrooms — two toilet + shower, one just a toilet. The rooms are cleaned every day. Upon check-in, they gave you a small hand towel. Wi-Fi worked fine, but in the evenings it can slow down due to heavy load. The staff is responsive, they do not refuse to help at any time of the day or night. The kitchen has dishes, you can cook something simple (you need to bring food with you! ). There is a kettle and a cooler.
Overall, I liked the hostel, I will stay when I go to Vitebsk again.
Thin walls. You can hear almost everything, both inside the hostel and sounds from the street (and this is the center, so it is never quiet there). The beds are old and terribly creaky, but this is their only drawback. There was no soap in the toilets, but there was always toilet paper. After 11pm the entrance from the main street is closed, so I had to go around the building from the other side — there is practically no lighting there, and when I arrived everything was dug up due to some kind of repair work; a flashlight is your best friend if you return late.

The second time I chose a 10-bed room with dormer windows, and the second time the same bed under the roof. It is a bit inconvenient, because you have to bend over all the time, but the bed is single-tiered and there is a lamp on the nightstand.

Highest score! the most historical center, cozy streets, its own courtyard, convenient for parking a bicycle (I went on a bicycle trip)

Good location. According to reviews, they thought it would be worse. In fact it turned out to be a normal cheap hostel. For that kind of money you shouldn't expect more. Clean is relative. During the day, the entrance to the hostel is easy to find, but at night the gate is closed, so you have to walk around the building along a dark alley with a flashlight.

In the center! Everything is nearby, very convenient, we checked in at night, it was a 20-minute walk from the train station with a suitcase, it was convenient.
In the bathroom on the 2nd floor, the shower doors do not close, they are broken, there is always water on the floor.

We went to a competition with the team, although we wanted to sleep at night and didn’t want to sit on our phones, but still, why take the phone away at night? The thing is that the hostel itself picks it up, not the trainer, otherwise the rooms are normal.
