We stayed here to spend the night before/after the border (2 times). Two children and three adults. The room with two rooms fit comfortably. There is everything you need. There are also two bathrooms! Quite clean, very spacious. The breakfasts are delicious and filling! For three stars everything is great! And the price is reasonable.
The shower is not very comfortable, but these are minor things) In one of the rooms the sofa was dismantled into two halves 😂 It was funny, but in general it should be fixed.

Hello! I wanted to book a room through the island, but it was glitchy, I called the reception and booked without any problems + there was no need for prepayment, on the island the full payment was made immediately. Check-in was quick, the receptionist was correct and immediately asked about breakfast. The hotel is fresh, the rooms are good. The rooms have a TV, bathroom amenities, dental kit, fan, sparkling and drinking water, refrigerator, tea set, large balcony.

We needed an unplanned overnight stay, we stopped here in the middle of the night, the lady at the reception was completely unfriendly, she spent a very long time fiddling with our documents, although they could have let us go to rest. Although the rooms are huge, the beds in the single room are tiny, you always felt like you were going to fall. There were spiders running around in the bathroom, the walls were dirty.
Drunk passers-by were rowdy under the windows.
When we asked to be placed higher up so as not to hear the noise, we were told that they were expecting a group in the morning and the rooms would be occupied.
On the plus side: there is bottled drinking water, a bag of tea and coffee.
For 85 rubles (single) and 140 rubles (double), the service leaves much to be desired.

Great hotel. The rooms are spacious, the staff is polite, very worthy for a city of 10, 000 people. The cafe is good and the food is delicious. Water and tea are a bonus.
On the downside: the only elevator doesn't work, and the stairs are very long.

Two years ago it was much better. There is no progress. The owner is probably content with making money, and service is probably not the most important thing for him. I wanted everything to move for the better. The hotel is billed as a piece of Turkey, but in terms of service it is not even close stood for such a price tag.

Everything suited us.
The only negative for us is poor noise insulation.
But for the rest. You need to understand that the hotel is three * and hoping for a feast is stupid.

It’s hard to even say that I liked it! Nothing! Moreover, the room was for two people, but they provided slippers and towels, water, etc. For one! Well, how’s that?
I will never go back there! Change the hotel manager! I remember with horror! We chose this hotel because it was not far from the border, and we understood that we would be standing at the border for a long time and wanted to relax after that. Check-in was around 5 am, thanks to the girl at the reception, she didn’t keep us long and sent us to our room. The room was not bad, quite clean. We went to bed to the sound of the radiator gurgling and it was very loud, we thought it would pass, but it was not the case, the sound throughout the whole room was constant and we periodically woke up from it! At 8 am (at 7 am according to the time we live) they began repairs and were constantly banging with hammers! At 8 AM! for an hour we listened to hammers and gurgling sounds in the radiator and I could no longer stand it, and called the reception! I asked if the sound of hammers in the hotel at 8 am was normal, to which I was told that the hotel was undergoing renovations and this is normal!

Sunhotel, JacTravel and webbeds are the ones to avoid at all costs. Grossly overcharging, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Email addresses are fake and never respond, never received an invoice with cost breakdowns, no reservation confirmation and no payment confirmation SCAMMERS.

We arrived at the hotel by chance, not expecting anything at all.
This is an excellent hotel for Ostrovets:
— the rooms are spacious, clean.
— the beds are comfortable.
— all necessary accessories are available.
— breakfast and lunch were very tasty.
I would especially like to mention the service! I had a very specific request, they stepped up to the plate and helped. Thanks a lot!

The best hotel in Ostrovets. There is a restaurant, gym, games room. Friendly and polite staff. Located in the center of the city. They provide transfers from Minsk airport and back. Free secure parking is available.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 week, July 2021. The kitchen is so-so, at night they start saving money by turning off the lights in the corridors. The elevator is generally designed for 630 kg and carries a maximum of 3 people. Standard rooms are not equipped with air conditioning.

The batteries are cold, barely warm. They save. The rooms on the 6th floor are cold. Don't move in. Breakfast is very modest. Not worth the money. Don’t put good things in the wash, my jacket was torn and I had to buy a new one. And yet no one is responsible for anything. The only thing that remains from the previous good service is the staff at the reception and in the cafe, the girls are wonderful.

The worst ever hotel I've been to (30+ countries). Real dumpster.

Three days of great experiences! Clean, tidy, large bright rooms. Breakfast and dinner are prepared well and there is a choice. The Internet works great, there is parking in front of the hotel, two grocery stores and a pharmacy nearby. Near the center, lake, convenient for walking. The restaurant in the hotel is normal, there is a decent menu. What is not clear:
The principle of operation of television in a hotel. It is from the Internet and does not always turn on, showing an inscription that the signal is weak. And the shower stall works.
I recommend it, excellent price/quality ratio. They accept cards.
