Everything would be fine if it were not for zero sound insulation, torn curtains and dirty, frayed towels. The most unpleasant impression was left by the reception staff — a complete lack of ability to solve problems and an incredible fear of the administration — he was ready to leave guests without heat, hot water and a burst tank, just not to call the boss. We did not expect such unfriendliness in beautiful Belarus.
Let everything get better for them!

We were left in a terrible mood and impression!
We booked a room for 5 people in this motel for 2 nights, from 21.06. Until 23.06. We were traveling from Minsk, and after booking the house by phone, I called on the day of departure to confirm the reservation and reassure myself that everything was booked, and we would not refuse upon arrival on the street in a foreign city!
But… upon arrival it turned out that we had a room reserved for only ONE NIGHT!
The administrator said that all the rooms were already occupied, and we wouldn’t be able to stay the second night!
I rate the administrator’s work at — 10, I sat and relaxed with friends in the gazebo near the reception, and we heard their “rest” in our room (located near the parking lot) until about 3 am!
The administrator was in no way interested in us leaving a positive impression of this motel, after the current situation with the reservation!
The rooms have very good audibility, when people arrived in the next room (at 7:00 am) we heard their every word.
The doors and floors squeak terribly. The towels are already yellow, as are the bed linens!
We will definitely not return to this motel again, and we will not recommend it to anyone!

I had a chance to visit this place over the weekend! For the money, the rooms are simply terrible! And the girl in the administration is very unfriendly!

We came for the half marathon and stayed one night at the Old Town Motel. There is a large parking lot for vehicles, there are covered places with the ability to refuel an electric car, and there are even places for a motor home. The rooms are located in wooden houses with one small window and a separate entrance. However, everything you need is there: a small hallway with a cabinet and hangers, a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, a bed, a table, a kettle, cups, chairs, a bedside table, a small refrigerator, a TV. There is a historical landmark on the motel grounds — a powder magazine. And there is a cafe where you can eat.

Great place to relax. There is everything you need. Very polite and responsive staff. All problems are resolved instantly. There is space for a personal car. I'm very happy with the choice of this place.

After a tiring and long crossing of the border, this is really the place to stop. Polite and caring staff, clean and well-kept shower, like the whole area, there is a cafe on site. Convenient location. Many thanks to the staff and owner of the establishment.

Wonderful hotel. Inexpensive. The rooms are clean and tidy. The service is good. It was very pleasant to stay there. Lots of different tables for evening conversation outside.

A motel with an interesting appearance, the rooms correspond to the photo, clean and tidy. Friendly staff, ample parking. One small minus: there was no cafe on site at the time of our stay due to banquets. Therefore, you could eat at a pizzeria or McDonald's, or buy groceries at a supermarket (all this is close to the hotel).
Overall, I liked the motel and recommend it.

An affordable and comfortable place to stay overnight. You can bring pets, bicycles, or a large group.
There is a large parking lot on site, there are gazebos, and you can rent a barbecue and skewers inexpensively.
Shower and toilet in the rooms, there is a separate shower for people with disabilities.
There are kettles and TVs in the rooms.
There is no kitchen or microwave.

The motel is built to resemble a XIX century village round an old gunpowder storage house, which gives it a very special hostorical atmosphere. Besides, it means that there' re separate houses instead of rooms, which is good for those who like their autonomy. The rooms/houses are clean and have all the necessary basics.
On the flipside: the top story in 2 — story houses can get very hot in the summer and the stairs are very creaky. One more thing that I was missing is breakfasts.
