I recommend this place for a family stay.
Very nice, clean place, friendly staff.
In the basement there is a tavern with a very affordable business lunch.
We traveled by car, there is parking from the center 10 minutes.
A critical eye will find shortcomings in the serviceability of the door handles, but we were pleased with the presence of a mini kitchen and clean dishes in the room.
Price = quality.

A wonderful place to relax. Cozy rooms with a beautiful view from the window and excellent service. The kitchen prepares not only your own but also your neighbors’ fingers. We got a room for three. WE — (Coward, Experienced and Dunce). Only in the bright colors of positive emotions and POSITIVITY the evening was a 300% success. If you want to have a lot of fun, Get it. After all, you deserve it.

I recommend to all. I didn't even expect such a service. Great staff. Cozy room. Bright, clean, with good lighting and layout. Comfortable bedroom, large bed with a good mattress. Kitchen annex with everything you need, shower room with accessories and heated floors. Convenient location, close to a chain of shops for every taste. Department of Citizenship and Migration (who needs it) 100 meters away.

Not only do all the door handles not work, the toilet doesn’t flush, but the hotel that says 24 hours a day was closed at 3 am, and there’s no way to get into it. Don’t ruin your vacation, choose any other hotel. Where the 3 stars come from is unknown.

Great place, didn't even expect it. Very clean, comfortable. The room has a separate shower, TV, wardrobe, bedside tables, table, kettle, air conditioning. If desired, you can take an iron and ironing board. You can buy disposable tableware. There is Wi-Fi.
Double room 50 rubles, triple room 60 rubles, quadruple room 70 rubles.
I would also like to say about the staff: responsive, hospitable, positive girls.
The hotel is located near the center, there are shops nearby, there is space for transport, you can park a minibus (I think a bus can also fit).
Wonderful place, I recommend it to everyone.

Pros:
Parking in the yard with a locking gate, if you have a car, it’s convenient. The room is clean, but they don't clean it every day. The location of the hotel is quite convenient, all the city's attractions are nearby by car and a good Almi supermarket is within walking distance. There is an inexpensive market next to the store.
Cons:
Not working Wi-Fi, heat in the room, incompetence of the staff. Three times I contacted the administrator on duty that the Wi-Fi access was not working, but the young ladies seem to have been working at the hotel for a week and don’t even know what’s going on. The room is located under the roof and the sun heats it up to sauna temperature. There is no air conditioning, but you can't even open the second window, because… There is no mosquito net, probably for the sake of economy. The TV is full of Polish programs, but by the time I got to the Belarusian ones, I was tired of pressing the buttons on the remote control.

Everything is in order, the room is clean, the administrator on site checked in quickly. Wifi is weak but stable. The room has a stove, kettle, refrigerator and a set of dishes for two, everything worked. The main disadvantage is that the ventilation in the toilet worked in the opposite direction and the room smells of cigarettes.

We were in Brest for one day, checked in for the first time without reading reviews and liked everything.
The rooms are clean, newly renovated, there is a kitchenette (a frying pan and a saucepan are provided upon request), all the other utensils are there.
It is very convenient that there is a closed parking lot — we were on a motorcycle — this made us happy.
We had room 4, the windows directly onto the parking lot, you can watch your transport.
It was very quiet, sound insulation was excellent, the Internet was fast, there was a heated towel rail in the bathroom, and a hairdryer.
There is a grocery store nearby and in the Hotel building there is a cafe, the kitchen is open until 22-00, the cafe itself until 23-00
Unfortunately, we didn’t take photos — we were tired after the road.

Clean apartments. Small room, but cozy. There is a refrigerator, stove, dishes. Responsive staff. Free parking on site.
The hotel was undergoing renovations during the day and was noisy. It's cold, there are no heaters.
