I often travel to Brest for work. This hotel is a unique place to fully recover after a difficult journey and enjoy a wonderful, varied breakfast before continuing on your way.

My husband and I decided to take a trip through western Belarus (we're from the Kaluga region). Brest is the final city of our trip. We initially booked the Persia Hotel (4 months in advance), but received a cancellation letter two weeks before. Good thing (without explanation), I chose the Hermitage. I always choose hotels in the city center. But I realized there were no other decent hotels. One of the conditions was parking; the Hermitage has its own (1000 rubles per day), but many parked on the street. The hotel has a very interesting design: textiles, carpeting, and paintings—Hermitage style—but I must say, it's very, very clean. Nothing, anywhere, nothing smells. Well done! The smell of cleanliness hangs in the air. The room was nice, the bay window was superb, reminded me of a house, and it was nice to look out onto the private sector. The restaurant is good, the breakfast is wonderful. There wasn't enough champagne 😩, but it's vacation, so women would have appreciated it, at least for the sake of it. On the second day, we spontaneously went to the restaurant and karaoke! Great job, the staff is super, the bartender is a sweetheart. That's who you should pay extra for 😂. A magnificent hotel, spacious rooms, huge windows that open, which I personally really liked. I hate the phrase in some hotels: "We have excellent ventilation, so the windows are tightly closed. " The room is beautifully decorated with natural wood in the same style. The mattress was a little soft for me, but I still slept wonderfully; everything was perfect. The breakfast buffet was a special treat; the dishes changed daily and were delicious and varied. It's literally a 15-minute walk to the pedestrian Sovetskaya Street, and the Brest Fortress and the Railway Museum are also nearby. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The AC in our rooms wasn’t working. The gym is a basement room 2x2 with some pathetic equipment. The room was large and very clean.

Cleanliness, beautiful interior, new rooms, delicious and high-quality food in the restaurant, good room service.
The spacious bathroom has new fixtures and a bathtub, but the shower is uncomfortable (it's located above the center of the bathtub), and the light curtain constantly sticks to your skin. It would be better to have a shower stall instead of a bathtub.

It's clear that the hotel once had a lot of pretensions to wow, but not anymore… it's still pretty tired, especially in the rooms, the towels are washed out and grey, the bed linen is also not so great, it was even a bit disgusting ( (the breakfasts are ok for Belarus.

We loved everything. The hotel is wonderful, very cozy, and everything is pleasing to the eye. And the location is great—not far from the main pedestrian street, very quiet, we slept well. The breakfasts were also wonderful!
The only thing that surprised me was the lack of a heated towel rail. But maybe that was just in our room.

Within walking distance from the station, Sovetskaya and Gogol streets. But at the same time in a quiet green lane.
Breakfast for every taste: red and white fish, cheese and sausage slices, cottage cheese, yogurt, sausages, broccoli, potatoes, porridge, hot pancakes, fresh vegetables, scrambled eggs, pastries and cakes, a large selection of fruits and berries… Several varieties of green and black tea and excellent coffee from the coffee machine.
Comfortable bed. Had a great night's sleep. Air conditioner. Everything you need for washing is there. Add more every day as used. There are enough slippers, a robe, and towels; used towels are changed daily. The linen is fresh, not washed. Water is given at 0.5 liters. Large window with French balcony.
The staff is friendly and polite. We left at 7.30 in the morning and didn’t have time for breakfast, they prepared lunchboxes for us (a huge sandwich in beautiful boxes, yogurt, juice, water, chocolate…) and we had a great breakfast on the train. One day there was a wedding in the restaurant, but the bar was open for hotel guests and there you could not only drink coffee, but also eat. The restaurant serves very tasty food!
It was noisy while the wedding was going on.

Lovely hotel, located in the very center, but on a quiet street.
A delicious and varied breakfast; you can order an omelette, which will be quickly prepared for you.
A very pleasant room — spacious, bright, clean, with everything you need (if only there were bathrobes, it would be absolutely perfect).

The hotel is wonderful, but if you are positioning yourself as the best hotel in the city, then you need to take into account several important points:
1. The smell of cooking in the kitchen spreads throughout the entire first floor — it is not pleasant and should not be.
2. If you are planning a wedding, then a room for a family with small children should be provided not on the 2nd floor (as in our case, right above the terrace — number 208), but at least on the floor above. Adults don’t care if the music is loud until 23, but for families with small children this is critical. And it’s a pity that the hotel could not offer ANYTHING to solve this problem.
3. Folding bed for extra. The place could have been more comfortable — my back hurts for the second day in a row.

Great hotel. Classic style. The breakfast is excellent, the quality and variety of products is high. The room is large and clean, has everything you need. Cleaning every day. Polite staff. There is parking at the hotel and next to it.
The bed had twin mattresses and they had a wide thin mattress, so a groove formed at the joint, it was a little uncomfortable to lie down and sleep if you fell into it.
Upon arrival, there was a very loud wedding going on in the restaurant. This surprised me. While dining at the bar, I was struck by noise every time I opened the door to the restaurant. In my room I couldn’t hear the wedding celebration, but in the rooms next to the restaurant I’m not sure.

It seems to me one of the best hotels in Belarus. We've been coming here for 3 years, always pleasant service, cleanliness, smells delicious. The bar and restaurant have a delicious menu. Breakfasts are perfect.

The hotel is in an excellent location: all attractions are within walking distance.

The room and common areas are very clean. It's nice that the hotel maintains high standards of hotel business.

The food was delicious. Potatoes, mushrooms, cheese and meat slices, vegetables and fruits, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, fish slices, sausages, cheesecakes, packaged yogurt, natural yogurt, pastries, bread and rolls.
The room is spacious. Air conditioner. The TV froze on some channels. Wi-Fi in the room. The mattress is comfortable. Free 1 liter of bottled water per room every day. In the bathroom there is shampoo, gel, body cream, shower cap, a set of cotton pads and swabs, and towels. Slippers and bathrobes for additional payment. You couldn't hear the karaoke; until 11:00 pm you could hear a little of the wedding in the hotel restaurant, but at exactly 11:00 pm there was silence.
Overall the hotel was clean.
We were greeted friendly and checked in quickly. We had 2 double rooms booked, we asked for an extra bed for a child in one of the rooms, everything was done quickly.
There is no such thing.

Excellent location, we checked in early, this is important after a long journey! We took into account the wishes of the number. The interior is beautiful, the furniture is good quality wooden. Everything corresponds to the description on the website. Excellent breakfasts.
Notes: poor Wi-Fi, TV has poor reception of all channels. There is a specific smell in the room, as if it smells like furniture polish. It’s a pity that we weren’t allowed in for breakfast 10 minutes earlier. We had an early departure and didn't have enough time. Packed rations, to put it mildly, are not the same. The girl at the reception did everything possible, but the kitchen refused ( (

Close to the station. Go up the bridge and 300 meters to the recreation park, which is nearby. The room is large, there are bath accessories — locally made, but marked "luxury care") ). Very polite girls at the reception and waiters in the morning at breakfast.
Well, it's not exactly 4 stars. I was touched by the guy from room service when I called to say that after cleaning they didn’t supply water, he suggested that I call the reception and ask) the gym is a tiny room, not the first freshness and cleanliness. At breakfast there are polite female waiters, but the choice of dishes is small, not every day cheesecakes, for example. There is only one type of porridge — oatmeal.

Wonderful hotel, worth the price. Breakfast has a variety of dishes, everything is delicious! The bathroom is simply gorgeous!
