Disgusting hotel, for some damn hammered your passport details. The TV was not working. Sat down to dinner the hostess, a fat creature stood over her ear and began to crack. I forgot to enter I was asked to give her passport again. After she brought them, began to whine that everything is bad in her life and with her asking her all these data and that no hostility to us there. With her failed to compromise. And we moved out of the hotel. Asked to return money were given to us 2 rubles. Did not argue, gave her the money. + The hostess is rude, muzzle when she tried to explain something. My advice if you now read the reviews, turn around and go to another hotel.
