Literally Just awesome. I have been stayed there for 3 times till now. Mind blowing room Decoration and the inside view. Specially what I like the behavior of all staffs. They are so kind polite and lovely. I recommend everyone to stay at that place for once. You will love the foods also. But the price is bit high haha. But its ok. Thanks to all staffs again for being polite and lovely.

It's a decent 3* Hotel. Booked through GoZayan and reached at 06:30 Am in the morning. They politely offered early check-in. Surprisingly they didn't charge any extra for this.
All the time whenever I asked for any amenities such as extra pillow or towel they always comply and their service was quite fast.
Staff behavior is welcoming. They are not trained professional but they are humble.
Geyser wasn't working properly but ig that's a recent issue and they will fix it.

The hotel is exceptionally well I must say. All the very well behaved staff, always feels like home. The room and overall ambiance is so well decorated, clean and mind pleasing. Breakfast was so good like homemade. In a word, completely satisfied and fully recommended.

I stayed there for 2 nights with my family. Definitely one of the best places to stay with the price range. The staffs are really good and well mannered. I didn't feel like staying outside my home. Recommended definitely but there is a concern.

I Just gave 4 stars as the shower area is extremely slippery and dangerous sometimes. There is a provision of improvement. You can use slip resistant flooring mats.

The hotel is situated near Dargah gate of sylhet beside Hotel Noorjahan Grand. The rooms are neat and tidy. They offer complimentary breakfast. The rooms are well decorated, which also has a big washroom. There is also the option for hot and cold water. The AC's are brand new. You also get a desk to work on with a varanda, if you are a smoker. The room service is prompt and quite decent. The manager is super friendly. They also have a roof top fine dine restaurant which is called Skydine. They serve some good food.

Rooms are well decorated and very neat and clean. Price ranges are very good for any standard. This hotel provides their own car service (with additional payment). Hotel is located in a very proper place at Sylhet. In overall, total management team (owner, manager, support staffs, drivers) are very good in behavior and as well as very supportive. From my experience I can say that customer will receive a very homely feelings.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, great interior design. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They even provided us a suite room in the same price the room we booked before previously as we were the 1st indigenous people to visit their hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

The team is very nice, friendly, helpful, and polite. They fulfill every wish you have. The guys are always striving to provide a good stay for the guest. Very accommodating!
For personal reasons, I had to visit two remote villages. A driver was organized for me at a reasonable price. In addition, a hotel staff member accompanied me the whole day, ensuring that I reached my destinations. Even though it was a very tiring day, he didn't complain and was polite and friendly the entire time.
The hotel is located right in the midst of everything on a side street. The room was clean and comfortable. They provide you with a lot of information to ensure your stay is satisfying. I can wholeheartedly recommend it. The guys are there for their guests and truly make sure the guest is satisfied.

Their rooms are very clean and nicely decorated and the washroom is also very modern and clean. They provided a delicious appetizer during our first night stay. The most amazing thing about this hotel is that they have hung the 99 names of Allah with meanings very nicely in all corridor of their hotel.
