Slippers are not supplied in the rooms. Some toilets are outside of room. There's no wall clock in the room. No table chair, sofa inside the room. Breakfast menu is very limited.

I stayed here with my wife and three young children during our visit from London. The hotel was clean, very reasonably priced, and in an excellent location.

I had a decent stay. The staff was friendly in the location was very good. I wish the breakfast was earlier.

Resort facility, views and location are perfect. But room conditions are a bit older. The worst part is resturant.

Great location and friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable and the overall experience has been good for me. A good place to stay if you're in Sylhet. The non-AC rooms don't always have windows.

At the BDT 2k bugdet segment this is a good option with complimentary breakfast. Breakfast tastes average. Their AC rooms are okay but I do not recommend non-ac rooms.

My 3rd stay at Britannia and it’s always good. My favourite part of my stays is the Capsicum Restaurant. This time however in room “0”, the bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable.

Considering the price and location, the property truly does justice. I stayed in a single-bed room, which was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

If you want to stay at budget price this is a perfect place, rooms were not that clean, however washroom were at acceptable condition. The car parking facilities were very helpful.

I visited them recently. I have to say they're providing great value for money rooms in certain budget — for AC rooms it costed me 2000 taka per night and for non ac room it costed me 1400 per.

Handy for the station, the hotel is satisfactory. The bed was a bit hard, but I slept well. Breakfast was adequate.

Green Park Tea Resort is a wonderful getaway for couples and groups. Surrounded by lush tea gardens, it offers a peaceful atmosphere, clean rooms, and friendly staff.

Food quality was good. I would like to visit again.

This is the best resort I have ever seen. I am impressed with the behavior of their staff. There is a Hindu woman at the reception, what can I say about her, she is amazing.

The location of hotel is very close to Monipuri para. The hotel staff behaviors are very good. Especially the swimming pool! you can enjoy yourself as much you can.
