Nirvana Inn

Room is very old looking, ripped up bedsheets. Bathroom had a very strong smell of gloss paint. I checked out one day early due to poor room.

Hotel room is very good place. And meal is very tasty.

Very nice to stay there. Outstanding receptions, very clean and organized.

It was a good experience.
The complimentary breakfast was nice. The location is at the heart of the city, good if you wanna shop around and eat all the traditional food Sylhet city has to offer. Especially really close to panshi and pach vai restaurant.

Horrible experience.
Food was served after 30 minutes. The AC was not working, and the electricity shut off frequently. Poor management and a lack of manners from the staff. There was a bad smell coming from all the glasses, and when we asked the responsible staff member, he simply replied that it was normal. A strong odor was also coming from the washroom, and the food quality was not good at all.

The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with modern amenities ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff is polite and attentive, always ready to assist with queries or requests. The ambiance of the hotel reflects a blend of simplicity and elegance, making it a good choice for both leisure and business travelers.

Came here for my cousin’s wedding and was honestly surprised. The place felt warm and peaceful, rooms were clean, and staff were super chill. Everything ran smoothly. Felt like a good escape from the chaos. Would def visit again.

Room cleanliness and service is not upto mark. Attitude of some staffs are not service oriented. Service is declining day by day. Management must take care the issue. So please ensure the issue in future. Reception is good but not received with welcome drinks and well hearted attitude.

Around interior & out side is good. Service & location both are satisfied.

Staff Denied all knowledge of complaints. Management has no control of hotel staff.
Manager Uttam failed to respond, failed to follow-up call.
Order food with certain ingredients to be left out, chef fails to understand and cooks to his standard.
Bathroom is filty, housekeeping cannot maintain.

Cozy Large rooms, with great breakfast and it’s almost a full brunch.
The staff are very cordial and helpful, including reception, dining area, room service staffs. Very secure and they take utmost care for guest’s security.

Me and my wife with their for breakfast buffet so much. They have a great selection of breakfast items. All the staffs were Really nice and well mannered, especially Shimu Gazi. She is fantastic and an asset to the company. I would recommend this to my friends and family for sure.

Great hotel in a great location. Clean and first class breakfast and cool pool. I was very happy with the staff (especially Tor the bellhop who went above and beyond to help me with everything with a smile).
I did have a minor incident with the front desk manager uttam Halder (although he remedied the situation once I threatened a bad review), because he didn't want to hold my luggage after I had checked out, as a courtesy, since my flight wasn't for another 5 hours, although they were doing it for others.
But all in all a great hotel!

Supposedly the room I got was supposed to be the very best in the hotel with cold water jacuzzi that don't work breakfast very low the lobby staffs are plight and friendly nothing to recommend really.

Very poor service and quality. Reception desk service quality is too bad. They have no manners. Swimming pool water is not good. Bad smell and pest everywhere.
