Very expensive compared to room quality, size and breakfast food item. Need to concentrate on price. Not value for money.

This Is A Nice Hotel & Resort.

I just stayed here for 1 night on the 11th of March, 2020. I was very pleasantly surprised to find a hotel of this quality in Rangpur. Only downside is that tarriff is bit on the plus side by Rangpur standards, even after discount. But overrall happy. Lovely room, clean, great amenties, good in room mini bar. They have real bean coffee too. Very impressed. Best part was after checkout, I wanted to have a double Espresso, the Manager treated me on the house (complimentary). Wishing Grand Palace, Rangpur the very best.

GREAT Environment. Food is amazing and so is the service. This place is also the most architecturely beautiful place I've ever been. Needless to say it is the best and only 5 star hotel in rangpur As it is new we have to forgive the fact it does not have a parking lot. Also at the time I'm writing this they are currently getting their license for a bar which will be the first one in rangpur.

The hotel is really luxurious and pretty. But as a 5-star hotel I expected more. Everything here is over priced as its a 5star. But the food quality isnt up to the mark. We had brownie and vanilla cake in the pastry shop. The cake tasted like normal local cake and the brownie was good but not that extent. I would've give them a 5star but the lady who was incharge in the pastry shop first told us that the brownie was only 60taka but later she gave us a bill with 150taka per brownie. When we asked she was like the price has increased. Lol wth? otherwise everything was ok here.

The quality of food is not good, the price is high, the price of one cup of red tea is 80 Money. VAT, service charge, it takes a lot more.

Pricy place but deserved. staffs are not much professional. Its a great place for luxury in Rangpur Division. Not a cozy place. Environment of the place is cool. Amenities are good enough.

Quality is so poor, price is too high. They don't know how to behave with a customer. They talk to people with barishalla language. How it could be a good place? You people doing business like you are doing business in dhanmondi 2 number road! Price is too top higher than any good dhanmondi restaurant.

Not a good place as a Four or Five Star ranking. basically its small hotel with restaurant facility. Menue is not up to the mark of a star ranking hotel and restaurant. Certainly, price matches to 5 Star. Need to upgrade food quality and menue and adjust price to standard. i wish smooth journey of this venture.

A new three sta (3✨) hotel at Rangpur city. First time it has bar facilities. Ultra modern facilities with comfortable element and suitable place. Mervalous view. At restaurant one can easily find his/her favourite dishes.
