Their food is the worst food I have ever tasted in my entire life. Ordered Pasta and chicken Choupsey through Foodpanda, it was a pickup order. I went to the restaurant and came home with the food. I was shocked seeing the pasta and choupsey.
It was not pasta it was just cheese and and raw pasta mixed. And for the Chicken Chopsuey it was just Chinese Vegetables with the macaroni type thing.
Total cost was 552taka with discount of 50 taka.
I found a piece of hair and one insect in the Chopsuey.
I don't like wasting food but I had to throw it anyways. It would be better to eat that money instead of this food.
Please refund me.

Worst experience ever in a hotel. Simply the worst.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. We took a (3 individual bed) suite room for 3 of us initially for a day. One of our friend (the 4th one) joined with us later for few hours and we initially told that we will stay 4 in that room. They have told us that they will give extra bed for him and will charge 1k for that extra bed & breakfast. We said okay. However, due to Corona virus outbreak news, 2 of our friends didn’t stay at night and went back to dhaka immediately within few hours after check-in. So 2 of us basically stayed at the hotel at night & didn’t take extra bed since it was not required & we informed the front desk immediately for that. However, in the morning while checking out, the customer service manager charged us additional 1k with the regular room rent of 3500/ — (In total BDT 4500/-). When we asked, why we have been charged for extra bed since we didn’t avail that bed and breakfast, he said thats your problem you didn’t take extra bed and you didn’t stay. We have given input in the system initially which we can not remove, so will charge you. I told him politely that we have checked in just few ours before and within that few hours we informed you that we don’t need additional bed, so why are you charging us then. At some-point, he didn’t even care to misbehave with us even. However, lastly I didn’t pay him extra 1k cause I was stick to my point but I told him that this is the last time I am staying at your hotel.

Wi-Fi service is Very Poor… Just FB well but Video call & download is Bad.
Otherwise eventing well.

This hotel is run by Sena Kalyan Sangstha. This is a three star hotel in the heart of Khulna city. The room are well lighted, cozy and clean. The waiters and food are great!

As a local hotel in Khulna, It was on the top of my choice list. Unfortunately the receptionist was so much mannerless and worst in her job that right now I'm referring all to other hotels in that city.
She was acting like that she is the all in all and has the supreme power to do anything.
In my long tourist life I have been visited more than 30 hotels around the world for several times. No one was this kinds of unprofessional, mannerless, rude to the customers.
Hotel Castle salam and Hotel millennium is best in customer service with Hotel city inn is best in other services. Hotel royal is damn care and Hotel Victoria is as usual.

It's a very old restaurant and hotel in Khulna. Nice and famous one in Khulna. Good food and good accommodation. Decorations and rooms are fairly okay.

Looking nice. Food also good and tasty. Last january I was visited their restaurant with some guests. They were happy to eat and environment. I thing its one of the best hotel in Khulna city for eating and night stay. Its important place for air passenger.

I visited the restrurant on 30th March, 2018. This is a nice place. Their decoration is so good. Food test is also too good. I experienced burger and cold coffee. Both are of good test, specially the cold coffee was mentionable. Price is reasonable. It was a great visit for me. I wish to go their again specially to have the cold coffee.

There is no better location than this. Inside the rooms are not that much shiny, but overall stay experience was good. Lover their restaurant and food. Complimentary breakfast is awesome.

We stayed here for one night. The choice was due to the proximity to the bus stop from Dhaka. The hotel is clean, close to the city centre. Beautiful reception and halls on the floors. Breakfast. In the same building from the street is a fast food restaurant Shaverma House. The staff were friendly. The room is large, even elegant, with the back of the bed. The bed is big, comfortable. There are bedside tables. The furniture is new, there is a large desk with two electrical sockets, a safe, a phone, a big flat screen TV and a refrigerator with a fairly expensive mini bar. In the bathroom shower stall, a set of towels. The hairdryer and bathroomaccessories are good. Free fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast is a buffet. There are vegetables, some local dishes, you can choose not very spicy and edible.

Food is not up to the mark, I had breakfast buffet, in system of buffet u will take food in one plate, finish them, go to the food, grab another plate and take food, but in tiger garden u have to carry ur used plate all the times u grab ur food, it's so much disgusting, there was no fruits, the juice was not sweet, dessert semai was very bad taste, there is no clean washroom for the guest, and their behavior was also bad,

Interior is awesome… Service quality is up to the mark … Food is ok but not exceptional… if you wanna have live music, good food, good service with your family or friends then I will recon this place…

Food quality & taste both are good. So much food & varieties of food are available in buffet menu list, difficult to select the item & not but the least wastage of food by the guests were in remarkable in number. Authority should take necessary steps to avoid wastage of food. I will love to visit again for their lovely environment & behaviour.
