Good place to stay and room rate is affordable. Neat and clean spacious rooms. Breakfast and foods are very good. Highly recommended.

It's a nice place, but be careful about their staff. They will try to scam money out of you — make sure you know the terms before arrival so they cannot scam you.

I had a great experience at this hotel in Dhaka. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly hospitable and always ready to help with a smile. The location is close to the metro, making it easy to get around the city. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!

Very Bad Experience**
I checked into your hotel on 8th May 2025. At the time of check-in, no one inquired about the duration of my stay. I was charged only for one night, and assuming it to be standard procedure—as is common in many hotels—I expected to settle the full bill at the time of check-out. Out of my own sense of responsibility, I proactively informed the front desk on 9th May that I would be extending my stay and not checking out that day. I repeated this courtesy on 10th May, stating clearly that I would be checking out on 11th May.
At that point, one of the female receptionists mentioned I had an outstanding balance. I expressed my intent to settle the entire bill at check-out and explained that I was in a rush to attend a critical business meeting. That should have sufficed as a reasonable explanation and could have been the end of the matter.
However, what followed was entirely unacceptable and unprofessional.
On the night of 10th May, I returned to the hotel around 11:45 PM after a long and exhausting official event. At the entrance, I was abruptly stopped by two male reception staff who demanded to know my room number and insisted that I immediately clear my dues. I was shocked, not only by the timing of this demand but also by the manner in which it was made. I calmly explained that I had already informed the staff earlier that I would check out on 11th May and would pay all dues then.

It was a very nice experience, since I have travelled to Bangladesh after 15 years, the staffs were very friendly and approachable. The food was very delicious and enjoyed breakfast as well. Zakariyah was very helpful.

This hotel is awesome. I really like their service and the room.

Staff are extremely rude. They have no sense of hospitality. They try to scam people by charging extra when it’s time to pay the room rent. They have hidden costs.
I would advise everyone to avoid this scammy hotel and stay at a reputable one. I would give ZERO stars to this hotel if I could.

A very good choice downtown Dhaka! The facilities are exactly as they should be and location is central with multiple choices to start hovering around the city. A special thank you to all the staff members who very kind, helpful and supportive! Thank you guys and hope to be back here someday!

A little clean oasis in the midst of the busy and chaotic capital of Bangladesh.
Breakfast items were pretty spicy, but they were able to make plain eggs for me.
You will hear calls to prayer in the middle of the night, as I believe a minaret/mosque is pretty close by.

This was an amazing experience. It was my first time in dhaka. I have some family members that live nearby so I decided to book this hotel. I would say they deserve more than 3 star rating that they have. I think they are more on the 4 star hotel.
From the front desk staff, all of the amenities in the room, cleanness of the rooms. They went above my expectation. I wanted to take some sweets to my new guests house, the hotel send a staff with me to get what I want and from the location that I wanted. They also did my shuttle service from and to the airport.
I strongly recommend this hotel. It is brand new, and the service is great as well.

But the outside food is not allowed, seriously?
I thought they are so confident with their food and drinks to actually restrict the outside food. But it turned out to be not. I tried fried rice & moron polao & soup and some mango smoothie and orange juice.
I d say food were okay ish but drinks are not so good. I would say they don't really know how to make drinks. The smoothie was separated by two and wasn't cold at all. Orange juice was fresh one and didn't taste sweet at all. We were disappointed with drinks so ordered another mango milk shake this time. This also disappointed me. For milk shake the ice should be smooth and there should be not any cube ice left in it. It was too milky and I couldn't feel the mixed taste at all. The best one I d say is firnee.
For drinks I think they need to study about them if you wanna actually restrict outside beverages, how do you expect me to drink it.

Staff really amazing and professional. Food good. They up great room. Quite area. Hotel in hiding place. Plus point can escape frm dhaka noisy and irritating traffic with horn sound. Good and save place to stay. Positive vibes.

Worst service ever, while we are staying in the hotel, we booked 3 rooms for our full family,, but the thing is without notifying us they book the same room for another client.
Stuffs are very rude, not well mannered doesn’t have any knowledge how to behave with clients. Very disappointing,
First they will welcome you with a smiling face then you will get the ultimate result.
I have stayed many hotels in Dhaka, but never thought a so called 4 star hotel will behave like this. Me and the members of my family were sleeping as we came hotel late at night from hospital & that is the time they call someone to leave the hotel.
Lastly I would say if you can adjust with such type of uncertain and rude behaviour you are welcome here otherwise please don't.

Everybody of Munshi family is very helpful and they always want to remain peace.

I stayed here in February this year for almost two weeks and had a really great time. It was my 2nd time staying here. The rooms are clean and very modern. The service is outstanding in every way. Kazi is very mentionable as an outstanding Dining manager. Receptionist Abdullah was especially a very professional (! ) and helpful one. Furthermore Mahdi as well as other staffs gave us a very pleasant stay.

Pros:
— The hotel looks as nice as it is in the photo.
— They gave us a bigger room (upgraded) as the room we booked wasn’t available.
— They let us leave our luggage after we checked out.
— Someone from the Kitchen made me a cup of tea. That was very great.
Cons:
— Privacy: We were out of the room for a couple of hours and they entered our room to clean it. They didn’t even think about asking for permission to enter. (Our personal belongings were open there)
— Location: Although the location is not so far from the main road, still the road construction is in process and you have to walk for 2-3 mins from the main road to the gate. (They helped us to the main road by carrying our luggage)
— Food: The buffet breakfast isn’t so great. There were very limited items. They serve only one type of fruit in the morning and you have to ask them to refill it when it's empty. Other food quality isn’t so great. If you're coming from a taste buds different from Bangladesh, you won't find it great.

We allotted room, 702 Room is very good big. Service is excellent, food is good. But way to hotel from main road is narrow. Over all hotel is nice to stay.
