Worst pool service ever… no matter how many times went there the water is unclean… no proper drainage system… and receptionist n housekeeping are no were for help…

It was a pleasant stay in sky city hotel during my Dhaka trip, I would like to stay here again and again when ever I will visit Dhaka, Helpful staff is awesome. Rooms clean and neat. Delicious food, comfortable room bed, all I can say it’s a boundless of happiness. Highly recommended.

I won't recommend this hotel. This is too over priced. Their food don't worth for price. Their service is good. But first time I went with my family but they sscammed us by wrong info. I would recommend other 'Platinum Restaurant'. Hope everyone would give a respect to my review.

The best place to stay in Dhaka, Restuarant staff are friendly, and very supportive. The captain Bursha — always provide warm welcome with ample smile. Sure I will stay again.

The food at their ground floor buffet restaurant is amazing and reasonable in price. The interior of the restaurant beautifully displays the history of Dhaka. The rooftop barbeque restaurant is beautiful as well, and the kebabs and barbecued chicken are perfectly cooked. My favourite place to hangout in Shantinagar-Shiddeshwari area.

This is the best gym I've ever seen. It has free Wi-Fi, open air and the best interior design. Very friendly with lots of options for everyone: Excellent environment Will equipment. Trainer a Very helpful too. Overall great experience!

We booked our anniversary dinner at skycity hotel at the charcoal bbq restaurant. We took the platter for two and some desserts. One word for all of it. Exquisite. highly recommend it.

This is a 4 star hotel. They maintains all kinds of hotel codes. There Indoor pool, health club, memorial Dhaka restaurant is excellent. There’s a rooftop view which is excellent. I am very happy to visit this hotel. It’s situated on the heart of the town.

I posted this review on Google 2 years ago* Spoke to one of the staffs and requested him two month early to book 3 rooms for 6 people when they arrive. On the day of arrival, the person says he has only one room available and he could not arrange any room. First & last time experience.

I had a barbecue dinner at the roof terrace & the food was most amazing with fish, chicken & beef cooked to perfection & the nan bread was excellent best in town.
The service was very professional I will give this place 5 stars.

Its a great budget hotel with spacious room, courteous staff, clean and good gym. They have good buffet and food is delicious. Restraunt staff is really good specially the staff member Ahona who took care of the food during my navratras fasts. This is my second consecutive time I am staying in this hotel. Highly recommended.

We went to dine in and the food was really good. Considering the location, the food was good and our service attendant Mr Sakib was very friendly and cooperative. Overall, had a very gud experience.

It’s been last one year I used to come most of the day and having coffee here. Bushra she made perfect coffee and her service is excellent and very much in professional care to us. Environment is gorgeous.

Hotel deco and rooms are nice but customers service is worst. I believe hotel management is very greedy as they'll charge you for a dirty towel as well while checking out. It seems I supposed to keep room clean as I am not guest I am a cleaner.

Was there in July with my family, it’s a beautiful hotel, really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was really nice and clean, the management looked after us very well. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Have a pause there for short visit and found the Manager Mr. Shoket very much cooperative and helping. All staffs were ready to serve their best. A clean and clam place with ample scop for relax.

Namely a three star hotel. They have restaurant, Barbeque at rooftop, Swimming pool, sauna, spa, banquet hall for Conference or party. Food quality not satisfactory compared to price, very poor service. At least they didn't serve sufficient drinking water. Think they serve 02 bottle containing half a litre of water for 10 person & I was totally disappointed by their reception. The guy was totally unprofessional.

Good Place to stay for work. Entry road to the hotel is very cramped. Need to understand billing system and provide better optiins.

In the centre of Dhaka, an excellent place to stay. Can compete with any European Hotels. Excellent local food, nice atmosphere, gym, friendly and helpful staff. If you have any business to attend in the centre of Dhaka, and would not like to go through the traffic jam, then it is a place to stay. The hotel will organise to pick you up from the Airport, probably need to pre book the pick up.

22.06.2018 was the important day of My life. My Wedding Ceremony Day. I stayed in Sky city hotel with my family members without knowing their services. Now I am highly satisfied with their Services. From check in to Check out everything was fine. The reception Staff, Restaurant Staffs, security Staffs & others were very humble & Polite. They honored us not like Customers but family members. Specially, I thank Mr. Md. Amirul Islam, Director of Sky City Hotel for his very much Surprising gift to me & my New wife. He gifted us the Most exclusive space, the Honeymoon Suite in the premises. Mr. Amirul Islam treated me as like his Son. Thank you Mr. Amirul Islam for making my special day of my Life Memorable. Thank you Sky City Hotel Dhaka. I strongly Recommend Sky city Hotel for any kind of Personal & Official Purpose.

Warm welcoming at the airport. Impressed with the atmosphere around the hotel, helpful staff, especially Mr Sumon at the reception who took extra time to arrange a city tour for me. Breakfast buffet has many varieties of healthy choices, thanks to the chef. Room is nice and bed is comfy. Had a spa and massage to rejuvenate my energy. Hotel is spacious, clean and pretty decor. Enjoyed my stay in this nice cosy hotel. Thanks.

Great ambiance. The quality of the food is great specially their thai soup & beef chilly. Behaviour of their staff is also well. Nice interior. Specially I loved their pool, it is clean & well managed bit they should arrange a sound system on poolside. & they have a big gym too, which can be used on daily, weekly or monthly package. Like everything new, they are trying their best to make a mark and you could see the efforts. Definitely a value for money deal is their lunch buffet where they were specially generous with their selection of the dessert line among others. Ambiance is above average and the place is definitely worth a shot.
