It was a great experience there. Specially service team was so good as if I was at my home. Mr. Rana from the service team was so experienced and nice.

Feast restaurant buffet dinner is fantastic for foreign and local people's. Indian briyani and chicken fruits salad. Deserts and papya juice. Banana milk shakes absolutely delicious and wonderful.

I found there buffet arrangements really nice & budget friendly. Their rooftop restaurant has an awesome appeal.

I've visited the places several times. I liked their quiet environment and hospitality the most. Their chefs, waiters, waitresses, and other hotel staff are so helpful and polite. Btw, their food is good too.

The sevice was good enough… well behaved and concern about customers comfort.

Several times visited this place. Last time I was not satisfied with their service at dinner time. Becoz of juices, soups, appetizer wasn't sufficient. We informed the authority but didn't get good response. On the other hand environment, quality of food, desserts everything always nice. Remember it's a buffet. Good to visit.

Its a good hotel of three stars. People like it very much because of its excellent environment. Their service is also very good. People enjoy it very much. The menu is rich here and the price is reasonable too. One can get halal food there. Lovely environment, delicious food and world class service are their three qualities that people like much.

Price of deshes r high a bit in comparing the quality. Refreshment n views r good enough. I'll suggest to choose buffet instead of any setmanu for better entertainment.

This is a 4 star restaurant. It is located in Purana Paltan. The environment of restaurant is good. But their food quality is not good enough as a 4 star restaurant. Hope they will develop their food quality soon. The space of restaurant is enough & good for any kinds of party. Restaurant have a bar too. As well as they have a swimming pool in the roof top.

Went their for ifter buffet. Food was fresh and mostly all of the delicious. But less choice on meet items only chicken their. Hope they make some changes.

Well I must say this is one of the best buffet in town considering the price, ambience and service and the best part they are serving 2-3 prawn items in such budget and surprisingly the taste is good too. My personal favorites are Beef mushroom soup, Grilled prawn and Mutton Corma. They have wide variety of continental foods serving in buffet including traditional bengali menu. I am not a dessert fan but I believe their desserts are good too. The rooftop is with a nice swimming pool and good place for hangout and live BBQ party. The gymnesium is also up to the mark. Cant say anything about the room as didnt stay there. Overall in my opinion it deserves a 5 star.

Rooms are better, Location is good, Service and facilty is better. Price is relatively cheap. One may choose his hotel.

It is a business hotel — noisy, on the road. Relatively clean — but definitely not worthy of trip advisor's excellence certificate!

It is indeed a good hotel with a brilliant geographical location. They have excellent security system. The elevation of the hotel is ordinary but the beauty is there inside. The rooftop pool has a brilliant ambiance. The food and buffet spread is excellent. The staff members are well groomed.

I went to fars to have a pool side dinner. You can either sit inside and have a pool view or can sit outsude right beside the pool. The day I went was very windy so I liked a lot being there. I ordered this mixed lebabese kebab platter which came with 5 different kind of kebab and butter naan. It had lamb, chicken and beef kebab. Loved each and every bite. They have live kitchen where you can see the chef making it for you. I would definitely be going back again and recommend you to try out their kebabs.

Nice hotel though in a crowdy area, security is good, I specially loved their buffet which is consisted of around 50 items, but every items were delicious, staffs are helpful, I enjoyed my stay there and wish to go again, prices are reasonable in comparison to similar hotels in gulshan and banani.

Foods are not as tasty as expected. Though the rooftop has a nice view with a pretty much big swimming pool. Staffs are well behaved.

Nice buffet… But last time some great sea foods were missing… Otherwise overall they're a balanced place to have a bite :)

Great hotel in the middle of the city. Their buffet lunch and dinner are great with plenty to choose from. They also have rooftop restaurant beside swimming pool.

Conveniently located next to the town. Everything was smooth at check in. There was (paid) parking available and with our starwood gold membership we could get free Wi-Fi.   We walked everywhere. The bed was gigantic. Even bigger than a California king (more like the size of two doubles put together). Quiet room. Very comfortable and we slept soundly. Reception was efficient and the concierge, Joana, very friendly and helpful.   When we left I was impressed when the staff brought us a couple of bottles of water "for the road". The car windshields were even cleaned! A bit more expensive than the average but very well worth it.

Just Awesome… Security service here is too tight… breakfast had many items and every item of the foods were very tasty… Staffs behave are too friendly… room service was very good… overall Fars hotel's service is really very well…

Very beautiful FAR Restaurant, the quality of food was very good. Almost all the items is very Excellent. However, Bengali food items was prevalent in the buffet, which should be changed to more continental food items and also the starter were too modest it should have more varied options. Overall satisfactory experience.

Good hotel, Food is very good, up to the mark, auditorium is spacious, arrangement is nice and clean. Ramadan time iftar is also good. We had several programs here, no complaints. All good. Only drawback auditorium toilets should be more taken care of.

I've frequently stayed in this hotel since 2015. The quality of food and rooms has been consistently declining.
1. I used to have 6 to 7 nuts and dried fruits. Each time I visited, it was getting lesser. This time it down to 1 dried fruit, sultanas. They seem to have a wide spread of food for breakfast and dinner… But simply no quality. They have many variety of cakes and pastry but hardly of quality.
2. Room service food. In 2015, I ordered fried rui fish. I used to get two medium sized pieces. It has dropped to 1 piece now. Order anything twice ∧ you'll see inconsistency in the way it's prepared and served.
3. The shower and bath tubs are poorly maintained. Take shower and the whole bathroom is wet.
4. I must say that the staff are friendly and front office is efficient.

This place is awesome! What you expect from outside will prove wrong after entering this place. Their food is excellent. Roof top restaurant is a nice one to relax and enjoy the meal.

One of the best 4 star hotel in Paltan Motijheel area which has separate restaurant, convention hall, swimming pool in addition to nice staying rooms.

Nice comfortable well equipped rooms. Very courteous service. Great food in buffet. Good value for money.

Reviewing the gym only. It's a small gym but has a moderately good number of equipments. Provides fresh towels and lockers too. Gets crowded after 7pm but it's pretty much empty around 3-5 pm. However, it is pretty expensive for what it has to offer. A 6 month membership will cost you 30k which is very expensive considering the package doesn't include pool access.

Good resort. I think good for all. Tourist will visit this place.

In this area I must say this is a very good hotel. But if anyone wants my view I would rather say don't choose this place if you want to move in Gulshan/Banani/Uttara. Your life will be horrible.

It's 3 star hotel. Need to pay attention to details. Especially in f&b area.

Nice buffet dinner served with 101 items. The juice and salads were really excellent. Although a bit expensive, it is a nice place for dinner.

As awful as it gets. 1. Very very few items for an 1800/ — per person buffet in a place like Bijoynagar/Paltan. Baton Rouge in Gulshan-1, 1100/ — for an 101 item buffet with at least 4 hours time. 2. To our utter surprise we found they don't even refill dishes properly or you can say regularly! When you are charging at least double amount of what you should and you are not even serving properly! 3. Waiters are too busy there, they don't give a damn that your tables are full of empty plates! You will have to call them request them to take the empty plates away! No place or extra tables where you can put the plates! 4. "Beef Mezban" sorry I have lived two third of my life in chittagong, and am ashamed of what they are calling "mezban"! Lol
On top of that I found mainly bones and liver portions there and I asked for refill… but as you know REFILLS are hard to come by! 5. There cooks/chefs said they need to prepare before refill! Duh don't we know that?! But in a buffet you should be preparing foods all the time whether people eat it or not. Your dishes can't remain empty for half an hour while you are charging tk 1800 for it and for 2 hours time limit. 6. It was iftar time, and after day long fasting am pretty sure people couldn't eat much but but you have to have full dishes for that. 7. Few items are really good that had to be said but there wasn't enough of them to eat them… duh NO REFILL. Very very disappointed.

The rooms are good, but the best part is the courteous staff. They are very friendly and polite. The breakfast could have been better and I would rate it as average.

Stayed here for a few days. Good: great staff. Cool rooftop pool Bad: had the buffet the first night. It was great. Invited a few guests for dinner the next night. Totally changed. Food was disgusting. Embracing to my guests. Ran out of a few items I liked at breakfast. I have to say the food/drink were very inconsistent. No bar. Hair blower didn't work. Gym is also shared with its own membership to its locals. It gets packed. I wouldn't stay again. With that said the staff was great.

A very good place to spend a day within a rush hectic city. I was planning for a long time to go there and finally it happened. Loved their buffet items specially the desert items. Rooftop swimming pool and sky deck restaurant are the main attraction of the hotel. They also have a outdoor candle light dinner option. What I like the most they have a very active website, quick responsive to their guests and the management and staffs are friendly and gentle. Car parking is available here. Definitely a must visit place with your loved ones. :)

As per price room should be more bigger… food tastes not good at all. Staffs behavior is very good. Swimming pool just like bath tub! you should emphasize your swimming pool.

High Fi 4Star Hotel At Purana Polton.

I go there twice a week for swimming. The behavior of their staffs are good and their swimming pool is also very beautiful.

3 star hotel. Restaurant also. Good. Gim, swimming pool, spa, sauna, available.

This is awesome place. Food quality is better. Food is so delicious. And also resort is also fantastic. They have good hospitality.

The laundary service is week they just keep losting my laundary and they don't have care.

I like there food. The rooftop views are beautiful. They provide good services.

The experience here is worth the bucks you spend. Clean, Neat and Posh in its adornment. However commuting to the hotel might test your patience as Dhaka is a city of bustling traffic and the hotel is positioned in one of the busiest hub of the City.
