I always love foods of westin dhk. Its always tasty, healthy n most importantly they maintain hygienes of food and the atmosphere. Today I participate the biriani bangladesh festival… 7types of biriyani. Tasted all and all are very tasty. Specially the hilsha, prawn and kashmiri biriyani. Along the birianis they serve different types of chatni, salad and desserts. Love all ❤️❤️.

Worst management and service have ever seen. Mosquito at the pool side. Written bbq buffet but there was no sign of bbq. Offered bbq but without drinks or water and had pay extra for water.

We booked the executive king suite and a deluxe twin king room through the Gm Daniel he was so good to us gave us a bargain deal offer and with breakfast buffet the room and food was amazing 5 star service and hospitality and behaviour they treated us like vip at the Westin Dhaka everything was wonderful the staff were great prompt service first class and Daniel the Gm made sure we were treated well And my family and friends loved it we will be back again and again thank you so much Gm Daniel and all the staff.

I along with my BICM mates had pay visit to THE WESTINE, DHAKA last Tuesday (October 16, 2018) at a Certificate awarding Ceremony organised by BICM in collaboration with DSE and ICB. The most horrible thing is that one of the water bottle (500 ml Mum) that they served was opened before. Some of the dishes they served at the buffet dinner might have been rotten badly with bad smell causing me along with some of my colleagues and BICM mates slow motion! But I visited this Hotel for a number of times earlier and had never experienced such an worst situation!

The Westin Dhaka is a place where my heart wants to go in good and bad, the staff here work to the full capability to satisfy the guests I come here almost everyday but sometimes the experience this hotel has to offer gets covered due to the disrespectful and despicable behavior displayed by the security staff I believe security is one of the top priority at this hotel but by disrespecting the people who are going to provide your bread and butter, the parking is no more and people park on the street but if the security staff act like they have no understanding of how to value the guests it’s very sad and unexpected from who clams to be the best hotel in Bangladesh.

Would like to share my experience with west in Dhaka preggo restaurant. We were basically waiting to watch the game final between France and Croatia. Went to the bar we were 8 however 7 of us showed up and was waiting on the eighth. Every 3 minutes Mahmud was coming over and asking us to order and on the 8th time we mentioned well we'll order when we order. It's safe to mention that we did order at that point however according to mahmud everyone has to order 2000 bdt worth o…r else there are guests waiting. I was annoyed hence I said ok — we'll call when we'll order. To which he just turned and walked away muttering Fucking cheapskate. Our 8th came we ordered and way above budget of aforementioned quota. After I have paid I asked him if it was alright or not to which he again used the eff language and walked away by saying I was arguing. Yap. I was indeed. Because all I expected off Jim was an apology which I believe I deserve as a paying customer who didn't plan on getting rebuked. I even said that I would have to speak to someone about him to which he responded do whatever the Fuck you want to. I would like to follow through. What can I do in this situation?

Went to the seasonal tastes restaurant here. Food was good. Huge sitting capacity and can hold large groups of people at a time. Stuffs weren't well informed about items on the menu and the location of the lavatory. Stuffs weren't as helpful as you you would expect them to be. Overall, it was a good experience.

Westin is one of the best places to stay in Dhaka. I found the hotel very well maintained and friendly staff. The view from the hotel is the city skyline. Breakfast spread is decent and has enough live counters. The service levels however can be better, we expect the best service levels from a place like Westin and it was rather disappointing to note gaps in their service levels.

Just had the worst spa experience. Went there after a very hectic few days at work expecting a relaxing experience. Could have gone anywhere else but as it's a 5 star hotel I expected a 5 star service and as a diplomat living in the area it's close for me to get there with all the traffic so I thought it would be the best choice. However I'm very very disappointed as it was way way below what someone would expect from a 5 star hotel spa. I've been a Google guide for sometime however I haven't given many reviews but this got me so frustrated that I just had to share this. I want to point out a few things. 1. Bad ambience — all the while I was there I could hear doors opening and closing, people talking outside, the traffic and some other noises (not a very ideal relaxing environmental) 2. Usually you'd expect a friendly smile and a greeting from your masseuse but there was none of that 3. It felt more like the masseuse was forced to do her job and was in a rush to finish throughout the massage — I thought relax meant slow and gentle 4. You're not getting what you paid for — the spa receptionist told me that the aroma massage would be best for relaxation if I didn't want any stretching and just to relax. So I'm not sure if the masseuse was even aware of what type of massage I asked for because there definitely was stretching. All in all it was definitely not worth and not what I expected. I really hope the hotel management takes some action in this regard.

Safety and security is also satisfactory. Here the car parking system needs to be better. Embassies of different countries from this hotel are nearby.

Pool, Gym and others amenities are world class. SPG international chain maintained hotel quite perfectly. Spacious rooms and well secured, nicely cleaned.

The bell attendant, room attendant, door attendant are so cordial and carefully treat guest. Concierge are always waiting for guests support. The room is very comfortable clean with all the modern facilities. The Wi-Fi is good. The buffet restaurant is very nice. Hotel has security in place and armed guards as you enter in.

One of the easily accessible hotels in Gulshan 2. It is safe and close to the embassies. Westin is also a great place to hold parties in their banquet hall. The staff is very helpful and accomodation. I had a good experience.

The one of the finest hotel in Dhaka, a luxurious one/ had a very good time in dinner. Thursday, Friday & Saturday evening are the best of the week for verities of food; Best is the Chines Collection & Salad Bar… though they have English & continental menus as wel; the delicious & plenty of desert collection which made the end worthy of time & money.

The food is great, even with the unique identity o Bangladesh foods (carry, spicy etc). The service perfect and rooms looks great. I only have a problem, the rooms are not soundproof so I could hear sounds from the other rooms.

This is one of the best hotel in Dhaka. Once you enter you will feel that you are in different country. Hotel staffs are always there to help you but the front desk Lobby staffs are bit rude and slow. They have security system but the securities are no where to be found when guest there fights. Some guests goes there to have meeting on the cafe and they start to fight using bad language which makes me feel unsafe because securities never comes and hotel staffs hide their faces so they dont have to deal with it. Food inside the hotel is really expensive and they charge you tax and service charge for anything.

I've tried their buffet lunch and dinner both. It's worth every penny. They have a wide array of cuisines starting from Asian to western, live pasta station, tempura station, grill station and a soup station. They've also included assorted sushi, sashimi and maki roll in their buffet. They have plenty of options for non-vegetarian but vegetarian people can also find some good options over there. This is one of the best buffets compared with other five star hotel buffet in Dhaka.
