I went for iftar with a couple of friends. It was a good deal, buy one and get two free. The food was fresh, the staff were friendly and it wasn't too crowded. Both indoor and outdoor seating were available. The decorations were also nice.

It was enthralling feeling as the service was spellbinding. All the staffs were well mannered and in reception Ms/Mrs samia as well as others were overwhelming eo_operative.!

Had buffet breakfast. Every item was delicious. The place is nice and there staffs are really well behaved, specially Yeasmin.

Had a really bad experience with their breakfast buffet. Firstly, some of the best items that we had last 2 times were missing; both in main course and dessert. Except for 1 or 2 dishes, the taste was not good at all. The bread of the sandwich and the donut was dry and hard. Nothing special about the noodles either. Taste wise, the dessert section was disappointing as well. After our last visits, we were really excited to come again. We recommended many of our friends to try your buffet breakfast. However, we will have to think twice before coming back again let alone recommending it to someone else. utterly disappointed.

The lasagne was by far the best I've had. The Mexican platter was just.

We stayed here a couple of nights. This was one of the best hotel experienced I've had in Dhaka city. The Way is tucked away nicely in Gulshan 2 away from the crowd. The staff is next level courteous and the food is mind blowing. Compared to Amari, Lakeshore, Sheraton or Sonargaon, I'd do the Way Dhaka anyday. The amazing staff and the cleanliness of the rooms is what makes the stay here even more cosier. Anytime there is any issue whatsoever they will take immediate action. … Everyone's behavior is beyond professional and courteous. This is really a hidden gem. There are 40 rooms but over 100 staff to attend to guests.

Wonderful ambiance, tasty dishes and least but not last Professional n efficient staff members warm attention n caring attitude made our family dinner memorable!

A boutique hotel hidden in a small alleyway in Gulshan area of Dhaka. They have a small number of rooms but each is nicely designed. Coffee at the lounge coffee shop is good. The rooftop restaurant is excellent with stunning view of city skyline. The roof is transparent so one c an have a dinner under the sky.

Located in Dhaka, THE WAY Dhaka features a fitness centre, BBQ facilities and terrace. The property is around 300 m from Embassy of Germany and a 4-minute walk from Embassy of Spain. Buffet food was truly exceptional. Very alert waiters. Polite. Clean environment. Excellent rooftop pool. Love this place. Recommend.

The main entrance is bit narrow that the only problem so far I saw with this hotel. Lobby and restaurants are nice place to visit. Room fares are also reasonable, so far I hard from my foreign customer. You can have a standard room by below USD 100, which is comparatively cheaper than other real five star hotels in Dhaka.

It's a nice place although I didn't went there for accommodation purpose. Experienced the foods available at their lobby. Also there is a nice food place located just next to the lobby. Nice atmosphere. Good place to hang out with friends. However, the atmosphere is more enjoyable at evening. Foods are also good.

I went there with my German guest and he impressed with the foods in the restaurant. Very nice environment in addition pool side sitting in the open sky. They don’t have a lot of variety in food but what they have is lovely enough for dinner. You will love it. Staters, main course and sweets all are very testy. Helpful staffs. For family with kids you can have a great dinner.

The Way Dkaka is a boutique hotel in Gulshan-2. I've been there for a morning buffet breakfast with my team. The interior are modern and elegant. Food taste were good and the range is fairly wide. Buffet Breakfast costs BDT 2530 Net (buy one get one free) even without any bank's credit card. It is one of the most popular place of European/Western residents living Dhaka city. There is a small smoking place just outside of the restaurant. Early morning is very pleasant with a cup of coffee there. Only thing it lacs of it's parking facilities. In fact no parking facilities for walk in guest.

This place is neat & clean and very well secured. To entry there security will check you thoroughly and the price of food is really very expensive. Although this place is pretty much expensive but well secured. A good place to stay for a while in a relax mood by counting a lot of cash! Employees are friendly and professional. They help you with any trouble you have instantly.

Fantastic breakfast. One must of course try mini beef steak. Taste is awesome. The coffee is phenomenal. But worth it only if offer available.

VERY poor food. Went on 23rd for Arabian Buffet. False advertising of food items. MuttonChops were missing. Other items were missing too. Dont want to go in to desert items, not worth mentioning. I usually dont give reviews. But tired of seeing their misleading ads in Facebook.

This one is one of the newest five star hotels of the city. The interiors are just terrific. There are glimpse and touches of a luxury at every corner of the hotel. Their swimming pool area is one of the coolest attractions of this hotel. The food of their restaurants are also commendable. They serve different types of cuisine such as thai, indian, Chinese, Japanese, bangla, Korean, etc. The behavior of their staffs is also good. Their rooms are up to the mark with all the modern amenities.

Very good modern interior. Specially the open sky-view of the restaurant adds more pleasure while dining. Their food is tasty but service of the staffs are not up to the mark. Had much better service in similar hotels.

An exceptionally tasteful boutique hotel that is nestled away in the heart of Dhaka. I especially enjoyed their coffee; good coffee is hard to find in this city. The gym is tiny at around 6x4 mtrs with only one treadmill, some dumbbells, a bench and an elliptical. I only wish that they served Bircher Muesli for breakfast, which they don't. Otherwise, a great hotel.

Not so good … compromised on privacy and food… asked credit card info on phone… already raised a complain to their management for in experience staffs… hopefully they shall ensure changes soon. However management is good they lost in to customer voice and potential to be a good hotel.

I booked this hotel for my newly wed Sister in law and her husband for their first night. They've ruthlessly charged them 7000 Taka extra during check out in the ground that they ruined their bed sheet with flower petals. They way the petals were placed under the sheet, it was hard for the couple to notice. Also, their service men could ask them to be careful with those! They not only deliberately missed it, they were being very rude during the check out as I've heard. … While my wife called for an explanation — one of their employees said — 'they seemed to have had no experience staying in a hotel! ' The audacity their people had to talk like that with my wife and the guests! They ruined a couple's first night! My extensive travel experience around the world tells me — this was the worst case of hefty professionalism! I demand an clear apology from the hotel!

Very nice hotel. At 08:00am they will ring the door and ask you if you have laundry… Very pleasant stuff. The breakfast is good and rich.

Such a bad hotel in Dhaka city. Bogus customer service. Rude behave in front desk but food quality is nice. Room is too much small. Top roof view is nice. But I don't recommended to anyone for renting this hotel. Bogus.

The pool roof is fantástico, being like a large jacuzzi. The only issue is Wi-Fi is poor in terms of broadband, I could not use my company's VPN, and internet goes slow for videos.

Lovely room and nice swimming pool.

Great ambiance but the food does not match. My taco was stale and the salmon was dry. The roast beef portion was small with far too much fried rice. I asked for a mocha but it tasted like latte… but they still claimed it was mocha… and so on!
