Very unprofessional. Their behaviour is not good enough. Their breakfast service is very bad.

Very bad management. Bathroom lock was damaged. AC went off at the morning and did not fix it even after calling three times. Terrible room service. Food quality is not up to the mark, buffet breakfast had very less varities of food. They did not even provide toothbrush. We had to ask for it in the morning.

Washroom was not clean. Service was not upto the mark. It's too much congested.

Tasteless food with expensive price. Very narrow restrarent just pool area is nice.

Nice ambiance and wonderful hospitality! Its a must visit for a romantic getaway!

Whenever I visited dhaka for business, I always prefer to stay in Raintree. The location is very nice, hotel is nicely maintained with all courteous staff. Rooms are beautifully managed.

Good hotel at this price. Food quantity for one portion was not enough for one. They need to improve the communication/ politeness of their reception employees. I booked this via goibibo with one way airport transfer. While coming I came by my own vehicle thinking I will get drop from hotel. But hotel refused it saying they provide only airport pick up They should write this clearly.

This place is really amazing the lobby interior is decorated with modern concept. Peace and out from Dhaka sound pollution. The management team is so well behaved they welcome everyone greatly. And really close to everything such as shopping mall food shops clothing store and mainly 20 minutes away from the Dhaka international airport. Price is in range so I recommend people to stay at this hotel once they travel to Dhaka.

Guests are getting more for their money when compared to other properties in this city.

It's a very compact hotel but really amazing rooms. The hotel staff also were very helpful. The toiletries and room was clean and maintained well. They have a 24hr restaurant which is excellent if you have hunger pangs in the middle of the night. The food taste and quality is great. Complimentary breakfast is available with the kind of package you chose and it's continental.

Spent 6 nights here. Room is comfortable. Excellent Wi-Fi. Staff are very friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Breakfast selection was ample and had different hot dishes each day. Surprisingly good French pastries and bread. The only downside was that the road in front of the hotel is impassable due to construction. Doesn't seem like it will end anytime soon. Not really a walking area (or a walking city, for that matter).

This hotel ticked every box. The room service was fast and everything we ordered was delicious. We really enjoyed the food here. The breakfast had a good variety of options. I arrived last every day due to my son still sleeping. They always topped up for me and allowed me to take some breakfast to my room for my son. They give complimentary cakes every day. Staff were all fantastic and very friendly. Toiletries provided daily. Clean and comfortable room.

Excellent place for for hanging out, there food is really awesome.

It is really good to recommend for staying in Dhaka. Service is good. But the air conditioner had a little noisy.
