This is definitely one of the best hotels in Cox’s Bazar. The rooms are extremely clean, and the behaviour of the staff is very friendly. The service is efficient, and the breakfast is also very good.

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was worth waking up early for, the staff was very helpful, and the ambience was beyond amazing. Had the best time with the best friends at the best hotel, no doubt ✨

Amazing hotel and wonderful staff. Great, great value for money and one of the best places to live while at Cox's bazaar. The rooms and washrooms are very clean and well maintained. The place is also very near to the beach and local food places. 10/10 would recommend.

It's good. Staffs are very helpful. I stayed this hotel 2 days. If the hotel arrange swimming pool the hotel will be fully complete for tourist. I badly need for swimming pool in this hotel. Also need Wi-Fi for every room.

Location is nice, 10 mins walking from the beach. Has a nice restaurant with good food and price also reasonable. Hotel staffs are friendly. Large hotel room. Only problem is the linens are not that clean. Will come back next time.

The hotel is a nice place to stay and enjoy coxcs Bazar but when it is crowded it becomes difficult for people who love calm and quiet environment, because mostly the r booked by cheap group of people from the locals areas who don't know how to keep quiet even at midnights.

Its actually very cozy, service are good, foods are great, rooms are spacious, bathrooms are ok. Very good choice for people seeking mid range choiches, like 35-40$ per day. Only problem is it is 1-1.5 km from the beach. Cheers.

Near the beach. Nice room. Washroom is good. But can be better… stuffs are good and well mannered… and I will recommend their restaurant. Really they maintain quality in their food and environment.

Highly overpriced. They have offered fridge with the room BT none was there when I reserved. I made it clear that I will pay half as I was gonna check out late. We had a deal. But the manager completely denied the matter. They need to be more sincere about the service as well. But the breakfast is awesome.

Hi I am kajal, I just stayed only 1 night over there. I was overwhelmed with their quality service and hospitality. The overall environment is excellent including reception, room, restaurant, juice bar area and the finest quality of interior and exterior. It's a perfect place for couples, family & friends to stay with reasonable budget. Food quality is excellent in their restaurant and service is up to the mark. The beach is in a walking distance of five minutes. Anyone can undoubtedly stay over there and I hope you won't regret for your decision to be stay. Thank You.

Great Service. Good Food Quality Room Biggest. Quickly Service enable. Parking good. Good viewing. I really love the hotel: nothing can beat this location and views. The staff was uniformly attentive and excellent. There is enough to do and see on the grounds that you shouldn't have to leave. That said, we were surprised at the mediocrity of all the food we ate on site. I would recommend walking off-site for food, there are many places off of Orange street that are excellent. It's not just that the resort food had resort prices, it's that it was not as good as I expected, especially considering the price.

Lts a three star hotel. I have rated it 4 star as the service, compared to the room tariff is high. It has complementary breakfast, Wi-Fi, room service, a restaurant. What they don't have is a swimming pool and a bar. Accepts Visa/Master/Amex cards. I enjoyed the stay.

Actually it's a very bad hotel not only in cox's bazar but also in Bangladesh. Because of their service and they're very dirty also. And thy writing all "5 star review" themselves.

I had dinner there. The foods are delicious. Specilaly the vorta s (traditional bangal item), Dahl and loitta (sea fish) fry can be catagorized as "must try". Environment and interior in satisfactory.

Really wanted to give this hotel a good rating,
as I go to cox's bazaar every year when I travel from UK to Bangladesh, So This wasn't my first time in cox's bazaar so I know a lot about hotels in cox's bazaar. As I already stayed at Long Beach, Ocean Paradise, Cox Today, Seagull Hotel, Prime Park, Prashaad Paradise etc.

**Bads
1. Food is worst I have ever tried in cox's bazaar.
2. No Buffet from 2nd Day have to agree with fozjon at trip advisor. (even Buffet has only 6 choices LOL)
3. Bad bathroom fixtures low maintained.
4. Internet/Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms
5. Air-con doesn't work when there is a power cut which is a Lot (power cut happens a lot in Bangladesh)
6. Hotel Manager Cannot Keep his Promise (when I booked with Mr Yasin the hotel manager, he promised me complementary airport drop off (most of the hotel dose that complementary) but after dropping me off at the airport he asked me for 600 BDT I had no choice but pay. ($ 7.65 US or £ 6.25 GBP) which I found quit outrageous because even though I am a British National I Born in Bangladesh & I can tell you from white Orchid to airport will cost you maximum 100 BDT the most.
7. Paying by Visa/Master Card doesn't work I wonder why?

A nice 3/4 star standard hotel it is. The environment is awesome. Here have some hill view room. Though the place is slightly backward from beach but at the rooftop there really a outstanding view of whole beach. Their staff knows professionalism really, also helpful very much. Restaurent offers tasty and dlicious food in low price comparing outside restaurent. Have buffet breakfast. Though the Wi-Fi was little bit slow!

Well — I have a good experience with this hotel — travelling cox's bazaar for the first time with my wife — the place is near the beach — from balcony — beach and hill both were seen. Services are good. Environment — good. Everything. I and my wife are satisfied overall.

Very good hotel with a very good bargain.

The hotel was very neat and clean unlike other reasonable price hotels in Cox's bazar. Overall appearance was good. I recommend this hotel to stay. There was a problem, when power goes out you need to re-insert the power card after running the generator. But I don't think it's a major problem. In my room there was no refrigerator as it was couple bed room, I asked for it & they arranged it immediately. Staffs were very cordial and professional. One thing more If you have children, inform them when they give you complementary breakfast coupon, otherwise the restaurant bearer will charge for children. Have a safe tour to Cox's Bazar.

It's a nightmare! Every time the electricity goes out, they start the generator and you'll have to re-insert the room card in the pocket to get the electricity; even when you're asleep…! Their responses to any complaint is EPIC! When I complained about the generator thing, the front desk said "What can we do when the management is unwilling to sort the problem out? " Like seriously! And the room I stayed in had a strong smell of cigarette; after complaining they said, "What can we do if the guests smoke? " You don't wanna spend 2K a night for this kind of s**t.

The quality of the food is absolitely fantastic. The vegetable and dall are so delicious. All rooms are good decorated. Nice front side with garden. Good service. We are pretty happy with overall managment.

Worst hotel ever. I stayed here for one day then went to ocean paradise.
