Its was really wonderfull place. I enjoyed the place very much.

The best time I have ever spent in cox's bazar in any Hotel. I would highly recommend anyone to have a visit to this tremendous Hotel and just make your time memorable.

The sea beach in fornt of this hotel, so it's a nice view.

It was really awesome when we stayed at hotel. This is bcoz largest sea beach view in front of the hotel. But need some breakfast menu improvements. It was really poor.

It's very popular of this area. Becaus this area has a popular sea beach. In this name of sugondha. I hope all tourists safety area. So in this hotel is batter than any other hotel.

Large rooms and some have balconies with u can see the ocean from, food is expensive and VERY cheaply made. Floor were wet 100% of the time inside our rooms, black mold was on walls and ceilings, beds smelled like mold u can see blood and spam on bed TOO MUCH DIRTY! … I didnt even lay my on it brought a bedsheet.
Room service was poor though while we passed 3days on this hotel but they dnt even gave us any towel. Ahh that AC was a trash it couldn't cold the room just like hell.

Ac was poor they dnt even have fan and ac couldn't cold the room all though this hotel is wosrt ever for couples, family …

After seeing negative reviews I was little bit afraid to stay there, but I got far better service. Maybe they improve their services. I wish them good luck for further.

Worst Service ever! This hotel feels very exciting from outside, inside the lobby and reception, but once you get into the room it's nothing but a Hell. The interior is so poor and most of the lights were not working, the Air-condition is high quality though. The most horrible thing is their service, I barely could find the hotel service boys there and the phone doesn't work to call them. Moreover, they haven't provided the common things like Towel, ashtray etc. This hotel needs intensive improvement to get to the satisfactory level. Very disappointed.

Almost on the beach. Huge property but little mismanaged. Big rooms with very basic amenities. Food is good. Staffs are friendly and cooperative.

Very near to the sea beach with excellent view. Large specious accommodation but not much expensive. Value for money hotel.

Only the location is good…
1) they said we changed the bed sheet. Actually they wont… discolored.
2) we rent 3 room… in 1 room ; ac wasn't working (408)
3) in 1 room's shower wasn't working (409) & droping water through the light :P (408) …
4) intercom wasn't working (409) there eas no hand shower.
5) most of light of the room was damaged except 1… :P.
6) only the sea view from belkony was favourable & good but the chair was provided to sit was broken :P so b carefull before check in…

This is one of closest hotel in this area. Foods are awesome and fresh. You need to order before 20-30 mins. It has a common balcony that make difference because you can not only see but hear the sound of sea. My suggestion, you can try then you decide. Thanks.

Woooorrrssstttt…! Without location everything is poor, room condition/food /service even their commitment of room charge. Be sure before check in.

… One of the worst hotel. … dirty bed sheet … dirty pillow cover … Breakfast quality very poor (we had to waig for 30 min for parata) … I will never send anyone to stay here.

. We had to wait more than 1 hour in the lobby cause room was not ready. Finally got key at 2 pm. When we checked in, I find the Rooms are uclean (didn't even changed the Bed sheet or pillow cover). When I asked them, they said. Sorry there is a laundry problem & they also failed to provide a single towels.
… house keeping service is very poor. I called l them 3 times for 1 extra pillow, they replied… they will try to give it & finally didn't give it.
… Lots of Mosquito. They gave 1 or 2 puff of Aerosol which seems a joke to me. Then I rush to the market and bought 1 Aerosol by myself.
… continuously Water dropping from Air conditioning unit. So, Room remain dirty all the time.
… Although this hotel is adjacent to the sea, the view is superb but for the non professional management I will never ask anyone to stay here (specially with family & kids).

It was my first visit on january 9th 2018. The view from hotel was good but the interior of the rooms are poor. They need a lot of improvements.

Stayed twice here, rooms are nice, staffs are helpful. But the view from the hotel was way better before. The roads and area surrounding the hotel have become polluted since my last visit, just like the beach itself. The hotel lobby is great but the breakfast menu is not satisfactory.

Great Hospitality. It's right in front of the beach. There's mermaid Cafe just beside it.

Although it's a 12 story tall building. Only 3rd and 4th floors are active. Rooms are decorated with extremely outdated furnitures. Walls are damaged. Toilets don't work properly. Wifi is extremely slow and unusable. Pro tip: just head down to mermaid cafe next door and get their Wi-Fi password and use it from your room, it's lot faster and has better reception than the hotel's useless Wi-Fi. Service was extremely bad. From the person working at the front desk to the once doing housekeeping. They work extremely slowly and not helpful at all. When it was time to check out, they were asking for 500 tk more than the actual price. Which is unacceptable! That's why I left early and booked another better hotel for similar price.

Very attractive view from belkoni & good hotel for stay… Room service is quite slow but otherwise every thing was pretty good even there buffet breakfast was tremendous. Recommend to go there.

I had a great experience here! The rooms are very nice, very luxurious. I feel very pampered. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful.

A 3 star hotel in Cox's Bazar. It is beside the Shugondha beach. A good place to stay in Cox's Bazar.

Good hospitality, last time I was only one guest. But they give all service like central ac, room service.

Overall service was good. But management isn't strong enough n walls were a little damaged. Beach is fairly near. We can see the beach from balcony. Stuff were good. Prize was also reasonable. I suggest you checking this place out.

This hotel has got the most exciting location at cox's Bazar hotel motel zone. But management team is not competent enough. They should focus on service and management. In addition, they also need to build a swimming pool here. Over all its good enough.

During visit we were there for three nights. Overall service were moderate. But housekeeping was not satisfactory. They should look into this.

Needs strong management team. I visit this hotel every year right from the beginning. But each year I am getting more problems then previous year. This hotel is very near to Sea beach and very beautiful. Needs lots of internal works to attract the tourists. Otherwise people will not come in future.

The Sea Princess cannot be called a hotel. It is basically a rental space where u bring your requisite yourself.

Location of this hotel is awesome, just near the beach. New hotel with modern facilities but hotel hotel staff are not well trained. You can enjoy the beauty of the sea from its front baranda (balcony).

Nice beach side Hotel. Comfortable and well facilitated. You can see the sea waves at full moon night from the balcony. Can take meal from this hotel but will be costly.

My rating says I loved it. Yes, I loved it. Everything relating to this hotel is simply gorgeous and beautiful. Everything, the front of the hotel, the total inside, the facilities the stuffs provide, their careful and loving service, the room and the interior modern amenities, enchants me greatly. Besides, the most important fact I feel I should mention is the hotel's fair. It's far cheaper comparing other hotels similar to it. One can enjoy lovely beach staying in the hotel's balcony. The beautiful beach is very adjacent to it and I regard this is the most charming side of this hotel. I'm in love with the hotel and everything associated with it. I strongly wish I would come here again to enjoy my time and to make my time worth remembering. I highly recommend others to come here to make their moments worth remembering and valuable. Hotel Sea Princess, stay gorgeous, stay beautiful. I will surely miss you most. You're really like a princess.

I stay 5 different hotel in cox bazar. This is worst hotel I stayed in cox bazar. The food quality is worst than homelesss shelter, room is really bad. Compare to the hotel price their service is nothing.
